• Igone (8/5): Correcto y buena atención - Ubicación y atención por parte de propietaria La placa de los fuegos estaba arrancada cuando llegamos, aunque lo arreglaron al día siguiente al mediodía. Respecto a la ubicación, está cerca del metro, pero la zona está un poco desangelada.

И главный плюс расположения: близко Меркадона, что позволяет существенно экономить на еде. В общем чистота. Пятна на стенах, шторах и диване. Полы не подметены, дохлые тараканы в углах
• Beatriz (5/5): Un buen apartamento pero necesita una buena mano y más limpieza - Ubicado en una zona residencial tranquila y cerca del metro. El apartamento estaba sucio. Las paredes estan llenas de manchas y se nota que necesita una buena mano de pintura. Además, tenia telas de araña y habia varias arañas por ahi. Los utensilios de cocina bastante sucios y la limpieza de la cocina también dejaba bastante que desear. Las almohadas y la cama no eran muy comodas y la nevera hacia un ruido tremendo. Contaba conciliar el sueño entre el ruido de la nevera y la claridad que entraba por la puerta de entrada.

• Anabel (2/5): Lonja rehabilitada. Carente de alma . - La ubicación era buena para para mis planes. Lonja rehabilitada como piso. Lo más parecido a alojarse en el piso de exposición de IKEA. Tuvimos que comprar hasta papel higiénico. Ni sal, ni jabón lavavajillas,ni trapos de cocina: NADA. El jabón y los trapos los solicité un par de veces. NI CASO. Para colmo la vitrocerámica iba por libre. Ninguna tecla respondía a su cometido . NI CASO otra vez. Así que si por un precio parecido encuentras un hotel, por lo menos al volver encontrarás la habitación limpia y la cama hecha.
• Fernando (8/5): Todo bien. - El apartamento estaba bien y era fácil aparcar. Un poco sucio. Había pelos en la ducha cuando entramos y las paredes de todo el apartamento estaban muy sucias y con desconchones. Una mano de pintura no le vendría mal.

• Alberto (8/5): Muy bien, pulir detalles. - Cómodo, limpio y muy bien situado. Hay dos tv, la de la sala no funciona. La calefacción del dormitorio tampoco, echa aire frío. He contestado a la pregunta del personal por rellenar porque no hay personal, todo es via email o wasap y eso no me gusta.

• Isabel (7/5): Aceptable - Apartamento completo, de acuerdo a lo descrito. El apartamento necesita una reforma, o al menos alguna mejora. Uno de los radiadores estaba algo descolgado. El frigorífico estaba apagado cuando llegué y echaba agua.

Viajábamos con nuestro bebé de 5 meses y solicitamos una cuna, al principio nos dijeron que estaba bajo disponibilidad pero finalmente nos confirmaron de que sí la tendríamos. Al llegar al apartamento no había cuna y llamamos por teléfono al anfitrión para pedirla. Su respuesta fue que no tenían a nadie disponible para que nos la llevase.

No me gustó el tema que tienen o la forma del chekin es un rollo enorme y demasiado requisitos que piden. Parece que íbamos a firmar una hipoteca. Y la ayuda que te dan es desde una conversación por wasap. Fue lo peor que vivido hasta hora.

• Paqui (10/5): Accesible - Todo muy ordenado, muy cercano al metro, todo lo necesario muy cerca, sitio tranquilo y con aparcamiento gratis justo en la misma puerta.

• Mark (7/5): Overall the property was good but just needed a few items to make our stay better. - Good size and comfortable. Good supermarket near by. Short walk to two metro stations. It lacked a few items eg tea towels, plug for sink, bath mat and mattress protector. There is a washing machine but no dryer or drying rack. It was also noisy at night time - you could hear the people next door as well as noise from bar / restaurant along the road.

• Paula (6/5): - Ease of collecting the key from key box. Very cute tapas bar in walking distance. Apartment was not clean when we arrived, floor had not been mopped, bathroom unit not cleaned. There were ants in the sofa bed, the insect repellant left there was empty and there was ZERO toilet roll. However we did get an immediate response from the owner who offered to have the place cleaned, bring us toilet rolls and repellant.

• Naharro (8/5): - La ubicación es estupenda, el barrio es tranquilo, el apartamento pequeño, pero limpio y agradable. La empresa contesta rápido por mensajería instantánea. La primera noche no pudimos pegar ojo porque los inquilinos del apartamento de al lado estuvieron de fiesta toda la noche. Contactamos con la empresa, que habló con ellos, y ya no se volvió a repetir.

• Eduardo (7/5): Todo perfecto. - Tenía todo lo necesario la verdad En la puerta de la entrada había un estor para la luz pero no cubría entero y para los que como a mí dormimos 100% a oscuras es un problema.
• Manuel (8/5): Buena opción más o menos cerca del aeropuerto - Lo reservé porque tenía que coger un vuelo al día siguiente y está relativamente cerca del aeropuerto. Por lo demás, un sitio limpio y que cumple con lo que promete. Hay bares y tiendas cerca, y se puede aparcar más o menos fácil. Al ser un bajo (tiene pinta de haber sido antes un local comercial) la sensación es que estás un poco 'vendido', pero vamos, no nos pasó nada.

• Sheila (6/5): Ok, but far away from the city centre. - The property was ok, quiet, good shower and the flat overall is new. In the photos is not very clear that is a studio, and in the description is says that have one bedroom, which it´s wrong, because the bedroom needs to be separated, and not all in the same space. The description needs to say that is a studio. The flat is in a backyard of a building, in a corner of a bar, so didn´t really felt safe but it was safe in other hand as we didn´t had any issues, but we were with kids so we had to be careful. The area is also a bit dodgy. The nearest tube station is 10min walk, and it takes 20min to the city centre. The studio itself was ok, but missing plates, cutlery, hangers in the wardrobe, need to have all the items needed for 4 people at least. The bathroom was ok too, clean, however the handwash and shower gel could be topped-up, as it was in the end already. I had already a guesthouse, and I think looks good if we top-up all these products we offer for every check-in, don´t take long and makes the difference. Also, a more neutral option is best, as the smell was very strong. Is also needed another option for the door blackout as it was short, and therefore the light was coming during all night, as there is a electric lamp just outside in the street.
• María (7/5): Good stay - It is a quiet apartment with the basic elements needed for a short stay. I liked the little garden in front of it so avoiding car and/or people noise. The bed is comfortable. As this is a ground floor apartment, the light is limited. There are so many hours a day in which artificial light is needed as the lights at the apartment are quite "white", not really cozy. However, with the lamp, can be fixed. Walls are quite deteriorated with stains and hot water was not always constant.

• Shea (8/5): Worth the money, very good and responsive service - The property had everything needed for a studio apartment, shower and bathroom was cleaning, heating worked well, and bed was comfortable. Very little insulation- you can hear the neighbors next door so bring ear plugs. Also the blinds on the door is too short which lets light in at night. Bring an eye mask too.
• Alexandre (7/5): Good - NIce and clean inside, with all appliances, heating and facilities. You can take a maximum 5 minute shower, after which the water turns cold. The electrical water heater is small and shared between 2 flats (8 people total) so even if no one showered before you, you have 5 minutes of hot water. When asked the host, they said to wait between showers (we rented for 4 people, so that's 2h just for everyone to shower before going to bed)... Thankfully the heating works well as Madrid is cold in winter

It is an old commercial premises, at street level. Not the safest area in Madrid.
