• Nadiia (9/5): Great! - We were very satisfied. Everything fully matched the description and photos—no unpleasant surprises at all. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it very comfortable to stay in. A special mention goes to the large and very удобная terrace—we spent a lot of time there enjoying the atmosphere and the weather. The location is also excellent: the sea is very close, which was a big advantage for a family vacation. There is a quite nice and well-maintained pool on the complex grounds, perfect for relaxing and changing things up. Overall, we were left with only positive impressions. One downside was that it was almost impossible to find parking nearby. The nearest large parking area is about a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

• Iryna (10/5): - Нам всё очень понравилось! В отеле было очень чисто, всё необходимое в номере есть — даже такие приятные мелочи, как солнцезащитный крем, полотенца для пляжа и крем для бритья. Это было очень заботливо и мило. Парковка вдоль улицы иногда была занята, но всегда можно было найти место. Рядом есть кафе, магазины и прекрасные пляжи — расположение отличное. Отдельное спасибо Эмме — всегда на связи и готова помочь. Мы чувствовали себя очень комфортно. Обязательно вернёмся, отдых получился просто замечательный! Supper!

• Lauren (10/5): - The apartment is great, clean and tidy and has everything you could need. The pool area isn't fairly represented on the photos, it is much larger! This is in a perfect spot. Within 7 minutes walk you're down by the beach with plenty of places to eat and drink. It feels safe and is friendly. Emma and Nancy were also really helpful via WhatsApp and allowed us to stay a little longer due to late flights and no immediate booking. I would come back here again 🥰 In the twin room you need a lamp as the big light is very bright. That's my only criticism.

• Amanda (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment was immaculate, very comfortable beds. Lovely big patio. Had everything we needed. Location also great, close to beach and restaurants. Will definately be looking to come back next year. Sunbeds around the pool were old and need updating. However, the pool side bar made up for that! Lovely food and people.

• John (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was spotless,large and had everything we needed . The location is great with restaurants and bars near by and the beach not far away. In general the apartment and staff are excellent and would have no problem going back.
• Michael (9/5): Fantastic stay, great location, very relaxing. - Location was fab, apartment was fantastic, modern and very clean The pool area was a bit tired and dirty. The sunbeds need a clean and some in need of replacing however we do understand this is a shared pool area and not the apartment owners fault
• Mark (8/5): Overall a pleasant stay but was over-priced for the reasons given above - The cleanliness and facilities in the apartment (apart from the seating area - see below) and the relatively close location to the resorts amenities. The layout of the apartment is odd! There is no comfortable place to relax in the main living area only a sofa bed which is not comfortable to sit on for long periods. There is plenty of room and seating on the outside patio but it is next to a busy road and sometimes you need a break from the heat by being inside and in this respect there is nowhere comfortable to sit. We also found the complex to be tired and dated, particularly around the pool. Finally we were disappointed that the only air-conditioning unit is in the main seating area with nothing in either bedroom.

Host let us have a late check out as are flights where in the evening Needs more pillows on the beds but that’s just being picky!

• Lysa (10/5): Amazing stay. My family were so comfortable here. - This apartment Was brilliant, so clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable and the poarch was so big and spacious. Showers were great too. Pool is brilliant and the location is fabulous, short walk to the beach and even aqualand. I loved everything, host was brilliant and helped me with all my questions. I know this is a self service apartment but I was expecting there to be enough tissue roll and towels for the duration on my stay. Or even a broom to brush up. But nothing major, still had a great stay.

• Charlotte (10/5): Clean, modern apartment in a fabulous location. Would highly recommend. - Travelled here with my mum and 3 children. We felt really safe and secure. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Large terrace, decent sized bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms was a bonus. There was a full sized fridge freezer and a washer which was a bonus. Would definitely recommend and would certainly book again. Thank you. The only thing I could ask for would be a bigger washing line but that’s just me being picky.
• Gyorgyi (10/5): Great accommodation in South Tenerife - Modern, spacious, new apartment in a well frequented area of Costa Adeje. Large terrace, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, beach towels and parasol. Kitchen is well equipped, the apartment is close to everything (ocean, beaches, bars, etc.) The south airport is 15 minutes by car.  We highly recommend it to friends and families. -

Superb patio outdoor area and overall the property was very clean. Francesca and Lorenzo were very friendly and accommodating, would definitely recommend this apartment.
• Diane (10/5): Immaculate apartment and great location - The whole apartment had been recently refurbished and it showed. Everything was really clean and fresh (towels, linen etc.), it had everything we needed as well. Communication with the hosts was excellent as well. The complex could do with a bit of refresh, however this is outside the control of the hosts. There was nothing that we didn't like about the actual property.

• Vikki (10/5): What a great find! - Beautiful, spacious, modern, private apartment. Spotlessly clean. Great facilities. Air conditioning worked well. Loads of storage space.Very large sunny balcony. Close to the pools. Very well located for the beach, restaurants and shops. Great communication from the owner Lorenzo.Thanks for a perfect stay The balcony faces a busy road, but it is screened off. With the doors closed, it is extremely quiet though! It wasnt a problem for us. Not many sun loungers around the pool. No parasols there either, we took the one supplied in the apartment.

• Roman (6/5): Brand new app with big terrace, unfortunatelly owner not helpful - Appartement is brand new refurbished and clean with very big terrace, few steps to the pool (some sunbeds need replacement), complex is old but well maintained.. Can be hot in the bedroom even with AC unit in the kitchen running. Several small markets nearby, big supermarket and shops in Sur-X center, pretty close to Torviscas beach, and few restaurants around. Pool bar in the complex too. Parking should be possible on the street or big parking lot on other side of the complex. Complete reconstruction of the appartement nextdoor during our stay, drilling the walls with 80 to 85dB of noise in our appartement for several days for hours. We were doing some computer work there so not really all days beach time... The reconstruction should be going thru whole September 2023 according to the owner of that neighbour appartement. 1/ They did not wrote us a thing about reconstruction ongoing beforehand (but the community of owners was informed about reconstruction). 2/ After we asked owner of Mariposa Azul for partial refund so we can move elsewhere the owner refused which I find very unprofessional regarding they did not informed us about upcoming reconstruction nextdoor.
