- Helen (4/5): Absolut nicht zu empfehlen - Gutes Restaurant nebenan Keine Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern – nur in der Küche. Ab 4 Uhr bellende Hunde, um 7 Uhr kommt der Müllwagen. Schlafen unmöglich. Winzige Schlafzimmer, kein Platz für Koffer und nicht einmal Kleiderbügel. Winziges Bad mit klebendem Duschvorhang. Terrasse voller Wespen. Essen draussen unmöglich.
- Sylvia (8/5): Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge im Süden der Insel. - Alles sehr sauber, nette Vermieter. Etwas laut und der Strand in der Nähe hat uns nicht so gut gefallen.
- Παρασκευη (10/5): - Πολύ ωραία περιοχή και πολύ κοντά στο αργοστολι,κανα 15λεπτο μονο. Ευγενικοί οικοδεσπότες, πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν σε ότι απορία!! Καθαρός χώρος, μεγάλος, ανανεωμένος, ότι πρέπει για μια 4μελη οικογένεια ή και 5. Εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με τοστιέρα καφετιερα και αλλα Λίγες παραπάνω παροχές σε βασικα προϊόντα, πχ παραπάνω χαρτί τουαλέτας, χαρτί κουζίνας, λίγος καφες θα βοηθούσαν!

- Laura (9/5): Appartamento vista mare a due passi dalla spiaggia di Spartia - Io e mio marito abbiamo alloggiato nell’appartamento numero 2 con 2 camere da letto e una piccola cucina. Il bagno è diviso dalla grande doccia, quindi molto comodo, peccato che la cucina guardi direttamente nella toilette. Bello il patio dove fare colazione e cenare all’aperto guardando il mare. Comoda la doccia esterna. Pulizia impeccabile. Il proprietario, gentilissimo e disponibile, ci ha procurato un ombrellone da utilizzare durante il nostro soggiorno. La zona è molto tranquilla e poco trafficata. Posizione comoda per raggiungere Argostoli, tutte le spiagge della zona e gli ottimi ristoranti nei dintorni. Lavandino del bagno molto piccolo e cucina con vista sulla toilette

- Barbara (8/5): Bell'appartamento vicinissimo al mare - Appartamento completo di tutto l'occorrente, tra cucina, stoviglie e biancheria. A disposizione barbecue e lettini da sole. Wi-fi libero e accessibile. Posizione ottima per visitare l'isola in lungo e in largo. Proprietari disponibili e gentili. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia di Spartia! I cuscini in gommapiuma sono piuttosto scomodo e il bagno purtroppo era in aspirazione, ma gli altri appartamenti del complesso li avevano con finestra: sfortuna nostra! 🤷

- Serena (9/5): Ottimo posto qualita' prezzo - Ho preso l'appartamento con giardino trilocale. Giardino fantastico con doccia esterna comune e doccino piedi anche nell"abitazione.. Zona perfetta per girare e vari ristoranti davvero buoni dove mangiare nei dintorni di cui molti raggiungibili a piedi. La spiaggia a 5 Min a piedi dalla casa e' bellissima ma non attrezzata. Grazie a Spiros! Davvero gentilissimo! Bagno piccolo e api sempre presenti se si mangia all'esterno ma questo accade davvero spesso sull'isola dato che e' molto verde.
- Καμαρινού (10/5): Πολύ καθαρό και άνετο διαμέρισμα. - Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πολλοί ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Μερικά προϊόντα για τις πρώτες ανάγκες μας περίμεναν στην κουζίνα. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ άνετο και βολικό για την περίπτωσή μας. Ο εξοπλισμός και τα έπιπλα ήταν ολοκαίνουργια και πεντακάθαρα. Τέλος, το πιο ωραίο μέρος του διαμερίσματος ήταν η βεράντα στον κήπο, στην οποία μπορούσαμε να απολαύσουμε την θέα στην θάλασσα όλες τις ώρες της ημέρας λόγω του προσανατολισμού της. Κανένα αρνητικό.
- Desislava (10/5): Excellent stay! One of the best sea views! - The house is well equipped and clean. The yard outside is a real treasure. It has a spectacular view towards Spartia bay. You may stay in the egg swing chair for hours and enjoy the stunning view, usually with a few luxury yachts, resting in the bay. It’s priceless and real holiday for soul and eyes. The place is very quiet and calm. The house has enough space and comfort for a family of four. The island has a lot of beauty to show and Spartia is a nice location to explore it from. A few steps down and you are on a private sandy beach with a few people. Nothing to complain! Nothing!

The studio is located in very quiet place. The owners are very friendly, always ready to help. Nothing missing for a perfect vacation. We will pick the same place again. Nothing
- Konstantinos (8/5): Our stay was very pleasent. The host were new in this line of work and welcomed our suggestions. - The house was quaint, comfortable and had a nice courtyard and free parking. It was located near the beach ( walking) and restaurants near by. Full kitchen with the hosts offering coffee, snacks and appliances if you wanted to prepare meals. The Air-conditioner was in the front room and took a long time to cool the bedroom. You couldn't leave the air condition on when out because the key was attached to the electricity pass card. This is common in Europe however the door only unlocked with the key which was on the wall. This is an unsafe practice because in the event of a fire, you would need to take the key out of the wall slot and hope to find the key hole in a smokey room for your escape. I would suggest some other quick release door lever or a hand twist bolt lock. Other additional amenities would be a full length mirror in the bedroom and a two folding suite case stands.

- Marco (10/5): Outstanding!!! - Greek hospitality at its best! We were two families of four on vacation and the structure with it's open common spaces was a perfect choice to have the chance to spend time together. The apartments are large enough for four people (one with a larger living room and one with a larger bathroom), super clean and recently renovated. Outside showers simply perfect for a quick rinse just after the sea (you have two wonderful beaches at walking distance) We appreciated a lot the spacious table outside with shadows and barbecue And the view.... just wonderful! Just one last word about our hosts Foteini and Spyros: so welcoming and warm, always ready and responsive to any need and question

The apartment was clean and nice with outside shower too for the afternoon sea swimming. Right place to relax and enjoy the sea and beaches, top 😎 The people in Greece are too kind and if you need something, just ask and they will help you in any way they can.
