• PANAGIOTIS (6/5): Βολικό αλλά εφιαλτικό - Εύκολη πρόσβαση στο δωμάτιο. Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης και εύκολο το παρκινγκ στην περιοχή. Ευγενικός ιδιοκτήτης. 1. Τα πόμολα ξεχαρβαλωμένα, καθε φορά που άνοιγες η έκλεινες μια πόρτα, σου έμενε το πόμολο στο χέρι. 2. Διαφημίζουν μια υποτυπώδη εσωτερική αυλή με τραπεζάκι στην οποία υποτίθεται οτι μπορείς να κάτσεις για να χαλαρώσεις. Στην ίδια όμως αυλή "βλέπουν" και πολλά άνωθεν μπαλκόνια άλλων διαμερισμάτων. Κάθε μέρα λοιπόν φρόντιζαν οι νοικοκυρές των εν λόγω μπαλκονιών να χύνουν εκεί τα νερά απο τη μπουγάδα τους. Τα νερά λίμναζαν και σε συνδιασμό με το γεγονός οτι υπάρχει γύρω γύρω μάντρα και η αυλή δεν αερίζεται επαρκώς, μαζεύονταν σφήκες και κουνούπια τα οποία δε σε άφηναν να σταθείς έξω ούτε δευτερόλεπτο. Επίσης, ακαθαρσίες παντού και μια απλώστρα ρούχων, πιο σκουριασμένη κι απο το ναυάγιο του Τιτανικού. Κακώς λοιπόν παρουσιάζεται η αυλή ως παροχή. 3. Το σπίτι δεν είχε καθαριστεί. Υπήρχε σκόνη διάσπαρτη σε πολλά σημεία του σπιτιού. Τα μαχαιροπήρουνα ταλαιπωρημένα και λερωμένα. Τέλος, κανω ειδική αναφορά στο μπάνιο, στο οποίο βρήκαμε τρίχες στο νιπτήρα και ...κρατηθείτε... κάτουρα με υπολείμματα κοπράνων στον καμπινέ. Ο τελευταίος ανθρωπος δηλαδή που βρέθηκε εκεί μέσα πριν μπούμε, φρόντισε να κάνει την ανάγκη του και να μην τραβήξει ούτε το καζανάκι. 4. Κερασάκι στην τούρτα, μια ψόφια κατσαρίδα σε αποσύνθεση κάτω απο αυτό τον καναπέ που βλέπετε στις φωτογραφίες.

• Alexandra (10/5): Wonderful appartment in the heart of the city! - Awesome place!! We had a wonderful time. Very clean and the air conditioning is excellent! Owner was very kind. Neighborhood is walkable and tons of great shopping and food nearby. Would definitely come here again!!

• Ofer (9/5): We chose right, and the value for the money is amazing! - The apartment was beautiful and very well designed! It made us feel at home and at the same time at cool place:) alexandros the host was soo kind and helped us even at night, when we needed him:) the location is in the center of the island. So we had an amazing time thaa as now to Salaminas apartments, and are soo happy we’ve made the right choice:))
