• JENNI (8/5): Bonito apartamento. - La limpieza, la posición, es grande y luminoso. Tiene una cocina equipada y agradable de usar. Es una zona bastante tranquila y sin demasiados ruido. Fácil la entrada al piso siguiendo las instrucciones del dueño. Se encuentra en el tercer piso sin ascensor con una escalera muy estrecha. La ducha es super pequeña a Pesar de que el baño sea grande.
• Sean (9/5): Great location to the delicious gusta- trio restaurants nearby - Great location near food hubs. Not a long walk to the main area of Florence. Comfortable apartment. No issues. The stairs up to the apartment. No AC (although there is a fan) in the room.
• Agnes Maria (7/5): Zentrale Lage in einem hippen Stadtteil - Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Santo Spirito ist ein beliebter Stadtteil mit einigen kl. speziellen Handwerks-Läden und vielen netten Restaurants. Dementsprechend ist natürlich sehr viel los - auch nachts - in den engen, kleinen belebten Gassen. Die Lage ist super. Ganz viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Plätze lassen sich gut fußläufig erreichen. Bushaltestellen sind in der Nähe, so dass eine Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut möglich ist.

Had trouble with online check in because I had a lot of trouble with patchy internet before I arrived. It would have been easier to meet someone on arrival. Also had door code issue during stay.

Whether you’re visiting museums, cafés, or enjoying the streets of this beautiful city, everything is just a short stroll away. The hosts were exceptionally helpful, always available to answer any questions and ensure I had a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Florence!

Minutes walk from all the main points of interest, with numerous cafés, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores in the area. The apartment itself is spacious with lovely design and has all the necessary things for a comfortable stay. Great WiFi, too. The self check-in was super easy and the stuff were always available for help and very friendly. We had wonderful time and would definitely book it again for our next stay in Florence! I wish we stayed longer :)

Highly recommend! - This was a great property for our 4 night stay in the city, in a fantastic location in the fashionable Oltrarno district, and within easy walking distance to all the key sights. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay, with a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and good bathroom facilities. Communication with the hosts was efficient and friendly, and we would highly recommend a stay here.
