- Doline (8/5): Very good - Large bed, big apartment, quite area, free coffee, washing machine Small shower
- Grzegorz (5/5): An apartment with unused potential - - easy check-in/check-out
- WiFi
- wide bed
- contact with the host - for 3 days in a row we were woken in the middle of the night by an alarming methane sensor, it is not known whether it is a sensor or an actual gas leak, after reporting this fact the host asked to disconnect the sensor from the power supply, the alarm also goes off during the day, there is a gas heater in the kitchen, which may be the cause of these alarms
- no possibility to open the shutters, only artificial light in the apartment, which is very uncomfortable, in the photos in the offer the shutters are open
- mold from moisture in the bedroom and bathroom (on the ceiling)
- dirty bedding in one of the beds!, instead of a duvet cover the host uses sheets, which is uncomfortable
- too few towels for 4 people
- broken drawers in the chest of drawers in the bedroom
- the price is too high in relation to the quality offered.
- Pavel (9/5): Superb -
- Schlager (8/5): Very good - good communication with friendly host,
possibility to check-in earlier or to leave the luggage before the normal check-in time,
comfortable bed in the bedroom,
there is enough warm water for taking a shower,
some coffee pads for free,
several power adapters It would be nice, if the shutters of the windows in the kitchen and the bathroom could be opened. Now there is only artificial light and rather little fresh air in both rooms. (But maybe it is possible and I just couldn't manage to open the shutters.)
The sponge in the kitchen should be replaced and a towel in the kitchen would be helpfull.
One drawer in the bedroom seems to be broken, therefore I didn't dare to use this drawer.).
A second role of toilet paper would be nice.

- Lana (10/5): Exceptional - My stay at Minerva House in Rome was absolutely wonderful! The location is ideal, just a short walk from Vatican, making it easy to explore the city. The room was modern, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Luca was friendly, responsive and supportive. It was also a quiet and peaceful place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. I highly recommend Minerva House for anyone visiting Rome! N/A
- Katarina (9/5): A lovely stay near the Vatican - The apartment is spacious, clean, nice modern spaces. It's close to a metro station and walking distance from the Vatican. The host was very accommodating and helpful and always responsive. N/A
- Галина (10/5): Wonderful - Very nice apartment, all the rooms were very clean, the beds very comfortable, perfectly suitable for 4 people, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need, including a coffee machine (there was also coffee) and a washing machine. The bathroom was also very clean, it was always warm water.
The location of the place is great, one stop away from the Vatican, and the metro stop is very close, of course you can also walk to most attractions. There is also a 24-hour Carrefour nearby.
I recommend and would gladly stay here again!
