• Gaylord (8/5): Une vue incroyable sur les rizieres - L emplacement est juste exceptionnel, en plein milieu des rizieres... quelle vue tous les matins! La gentillesse du personnel et le service de chef a domicile est tres appreciable. Le service de blanchisserie est un vrai plus et le petit dejeuné bien adapté pour 2 ou 3 nuits. Pas simple a trouver avec une route tres petite et pentue => bon a savoir en amont car il faut un chauffeur qui sache bien manoeuvrer surtout si vous etes en minivan, mais le notre a assuré 👍 La maison en elle meme est magnifique mais necessiterait qq petits rafraichissements pour maintenir le standing. Ceci dit ce coin de paradis est a faire surtout si c'est pour y rester 2/3 jours, nous recommandons 👌
• Vanessa (7/5): Needs a really good clean and overall maintenance - The villa itself is beautiful, with stunning views, a lovely pool, and a great outdoor atmosphere. Breakfast was good and Eka, is very kind and caring. Unfortunately, the maintenance inside is lacking. The floors hadn’t been mopped in a long time and everything felt a bit grimy. The bathrooms – both upstairs and downstairs – were not very clean: lots of limescale, mold, and even leaves in the downstairs ones. Curtains had stains, and although the towels were washed, they still looked stained and not really fresh. Overall, it’s a villa with great potential, but cleaning and maintenance really need to be improved to make the experience complete.

Perfect voor als je de rust zoekt .. op een afstand van +- 12 km van UBUD ( 30 min rijden met grab ) Geen opmerkingen

• Luke (4/5): Disappointing - The location was lovely and quiet but still close enough to get ubud food delivered. Wonderful breakfast and Eka was great There wasn't a cot available even though we requested one, and the request was approved. Our 1 year old ended up on a fold out bed and rolled off during the night, even with pillows down the side of the bed. The main room was open air, open to mosquito's and lizards, we had a bird inside as well. Everything was tidy, however everything was dirty. There was wood dust from wasps on the stairs, stains on the tiles that looked like they'd been swept over but not mopped, stains on the couch, towels and bed sheets were stained, the bins were never emptied (we had a 1yo so dirty nappies were left to smell), the kitchen was filthy. I hope to God that it was cleaned each morning before being used, we didn't get sick and breakfast was good. There were no water bottles and the water dispenser had no back up water, we ran out and had to go dry, no teeth brushed etc overnight and it wasn't replaced until later the next morning. If it was just me, no big deal but we had 3 kids. The main bathtub leaked all over the floor and the outside shower was in desperate need of a scrub and mould treatment. The air conditioner in our room dripped onto the floor but there was no solution other than a bath towel under it to catch the drips but as nothing was cleaned or replaced, this towel was soaked the entire time and with tiles, this was pretty dangerous, 3 kids slipped constantly. There were lizards everywhere. We we unable to use the main room on night one. They were treated on the second night and we lost the use of another room to bait them. The baits were left to rot and by night 3 they smelt so bad we didnt end up being able to use this room other than the first night. 5 of us in the same room, 4 of us in the same bed for 4 nights. I understand that it comes part and parcel with the area, but try telling that to 3 kids under 5.
• Pamela (7/5): Good - Overall villa is big and beautiful, especially the pool and surrounding rice fields but there are few flaws. It’s definitely not new or renovated which would be a plus. We had last bit of toilet paper and shower gel almost empty bottle. Kitchen was quite dirty, especially inside the drawers. Sun loungers also were dirty. We think that for the price we paid it could be better. Besides flaws the host lady was really friendly and helpful if we needed anything. Breakfast also very good. Nice rooms with comfy beds.

• Sergio (9/5): A paradise with a few minor flaws - A Tropical Paradise with a Few Minor Flaws Villa Arcadia in Ubud was a luxurious and relaxing getaway. The stunning pool, surrounded by lush greenery, was the perfect place to unwind. The staff provided impeccable service, and the breakfast was delicious. While the villa was generally clean, there were a few areas that could have been improved. Overall, Villa Arcadia was a delightful stay, but there's room for improvement to make it truly exceptional. Considering the price, we felt that a few more amenities, like a billiard pool or a larger selection of toiletries, would have enhanced our experience.

• Natalia (9/5): Superb - Gorgeous spacious villa with spectacular views across rice fields. Ani was very helpful and responsive, organising massages and motorbikes at the house for us and Eka made a great breakfast each morning and was very sweet and helpful. A fantastic spot to enjoy the beauty of Bali and close enough to the fantastic eating and drinking options in Ubud. The house is hard to find and a bit remote so you do need transport which is a fair trade off for the wonderful location. We took a lot of grab taxis which was easy to do but they couldn’t always find the drive to the house so we always had to walk to the top of the road. A couple more sunbeds would be appreciated to enjoy relaxing around the tranquil pool.
• David (9/5): Amazing house with a once in a lifetime view and a perfect garden. Just wow!! - The location is really nice and the garden is just perfect with the perfect view. A great location to visit some of the wonderful waterfalls. Once on the grounds of the house you have all the privacy you want even though you are in a busy part of Bali. Your own private paradise! The house is gorgeous, mostly well maintained and the staff is very friendly. If I would have to criticize anything, the bathrooms could be cleaned a bit better than they were. They all need a good scrub to be perfect again.
