• meier (7/5): - 房子为新装修，房间的床都是宜家实木床，质量很好 房东用心装修房子，但有很多细节建议改善。 1.厨房用具不充足，没有砧板，刀具，咖啡机很脏 2.有些插座坏了，存在安全隐患 3.对面的房子正在装修，比较吵，装修灰尘导致阳台很脏 4.洗衣机和热水器共用一个插头，建议使用一个多用插座 5.当地天气温度达到38度，但房子只有客厅和主人房带空调

• Mária (7/5): Good - Location in city. Mould in the bathroom. Air conditioning only in 2 rooms. Living room and one sleeping room. Coffee maker was not descaled. Could not be used. And there were no cups for hot drinks.

• Troy (10/5): We would highly recommend this apartment, our state was wonderful, and the host was incredible. - The apartment was in a wonderful location with access to bakeries, cafés, supermarkets, and historical sites in the center of the city. There was a parking spot which was wonderful as well.
• Sumin (10/5): Exceptional - The hostess is warm and thoughtful, the room is in a good location, the facilities are complete and clean, it is a good place for a family trip and living. Worth recommending!
• Hornsby (9/5): Jaen city is an undiscovered gem. - The apartment is very centrally located - about 7 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Plenty of bars, shops etc in vicinity. The whole town is very hilly and this is definitely in the upper reaches of the town. Very spacious - 3 bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable and everything clean and tidy. Communication with owner was good. It isn't a minus point but if you arrive by train, I would definitely get a cab from the rail station. The bus station isn't so bad - about 15 minutes walking up hill. As the apartment was in the centre of town, there was some noise in the evening, particularly from the flat above, although not enough to disturb.

• Cassie (8/5): Very good - Good location. Beds extremely comfortable. No bowls or mugs. Parking is tricky. The place has a parking space in a nearby garage but despite asking in advance we weren't given directions to it until we arrived, meaning an extra drive around town. The space, is in a small underground carpark that is horribly hard to to get in and out of.
• Nadezhda (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very nice with very comrade beds. Everything is new and you have everything you need. There are ACs so very convenient to have heating in the winter and cooling down in the summer. The location is amazing, just 3 minutes away from the cathedral.
