• MG (8/5): Studio nahida - Bon emplacement, propre, les photos correspondent, tram l et métro proches. Quelques détails : escaliers étroits sur 3 étages pour atteindre le studio, très peu de vaisselle pour cuisiner, pas de torchon pour la vaisselle. Plutôt prévu pour des cours séjours mais agréable.
• Andrea (7/5): Agradable para descansar. - Limpieza, ausencia de ruidos ideal para descansar, muy buena calefacción. El baño no tiene pileta para lavarse las manos.tiene solo inodoro. La ducha está en otro ambiente pasando por la cocina.

• Lara (8/5): - Wir fanden die Lage angenehm. Man könnte gut parken und vor der Haustüre direkt S Bahn und Metro Stationen. Außerdem schön an einem Park gelegen. Nachts war es ruhig. Gastgeber sehr nett und hat zeitnah bei Fragen geantwortet. Im Sommer könnte es sehr heiß werden (3. Stock).

• Kovilan (5/5): - Fairly neat , had the what we needed for our stay Tried to call and e mail the property but no response. Very bad communication. Towels were stained. One towel for 4 days stay. Water leaking at electrical point. Frying pan was not cleaned - we had to clean it to use it. No washbasin in the toilet - had to walk through the kitchen to get to the bathroom to wash hands. Property on third floor- we are seniors so was difficult every day especially with luggage

• Del Blanco (10/5): Lo recomendaría si vas a pasar unos días a Bruselas. - Me gustó mucho la distribución y lo limpio que estaba cuando llegamos. Además el ventanal de la habitación es perfecto para que entre mucha luz. La ubicación es muy buena y tienes una parada de metro a 3 minutos. El espacio reservado únicamente para el bater estaba siempre muy frío aunque diésemos el radiador.

• Mateusz (8/5): Akomodacja warta swojej ceny. - Było czysto i pachnąco. Duża słuchawka od prysznica pozwalała bardzo wygodnie się umyć. Suszarka do włosów o regulowanych osobno temperaturze i sile dmuchania była dużą dogodnością. Ręcznik papierowy w kuchni, to rzecz, która się przydaje, więc warto ją docenić. Stabilny kubek na szczoteczkę też nie wszędzie jest standardem, więc podkreślam ten plus. Łóżko było wygodne. Lokalizacja zaraz obok bazyliki w Koekelbergu, niedaleko stacji Simonis pozwalała sprawnie dojechać do docelowego miejsca. Bardzo wąskie schody na klatce schodowej sprawiały, że nie dało rady wnieść dwóch walizek naraz. Trzy kapsułki z kawą nie wystarczyły mi na sześć dni pobytu.

• Zofia (8/5): sympa mais pas le moins cher - C'était un endroit agréable pour séjourner et bien situé. L'appart était assez grand, la cuisine bien équipée et le lit comfortable. Dans le quartier se trouvait un joli parc, station de métro et des superéttes. Les toilettes étaient vraiment froides, il y avait un fenêtre qui fuyait probablement. Carte, l'appart était super, mais le troisième étage pourrait être un problème pour certains personnes

• Carmen (8/5): Angenehmes kleines Appartement, gute Anbindung - Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe eines Parks und ist sehr gut mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen, eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Das Bett ist bequem. Der Online-Kontakt mit der Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich - und bei Problemen wird direkt reagiert, um eine Lösung zu finden. In der separaten Toilette befindet sich kein Waschbecken - man muss durch das Schlafzimmer und die Küche gehen, um zum Badezimmer zu kommen und sich die Hände zu waschen. In der Küche fehlten ein Spültuch und ein Geschirrtuch.

• Eva (8/5): Practico y buen comunicado - Un apartamento con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias, aunque se echa de menos una tele. Creo que debía haber algun problema con los desagües. Habia un olor desagradable en la escalera, por suerte el apartamento estaba a salvo del mal olor.

• Roberta (5/5): - Silenzioso e vicino al luogo del mio soggiorno a Bxl. Davanti al parco Elisabeth. Vicino alla M. Lo studio si trova al 3 piano ( e non al 2). L' info sull'assenza di ascensore è messa in fondo invece di essere messa all'inizio nella descrizione generale. Gli interruttori delle scale sono senza spia luminosa e quindi difficile trovarli al buio. Il wc ( in camera) ha radiatore non funzionante ( stanza=ghiacciaia) con scopa e mocio in bella vista. Si accede alla doccia dalla cucina nella quale si trova la caldaia con rumore annesso ed un groviglio di fili e spine ( vedi foto). Ho seguito tutte le richieste di check-out ( spegnere radiatori e luci, pulire e mettere le chiavi nel boiter della porta che ha serratura traballante), inoltre il proprietario ha avuto il sospetto che avessi trafugato un bollitore ed una piccola ciotola di vetro contenente capsule di caffè ( che non bevo) chiedendomi dove potessero essere.....bastava guardare con attenzione..ciotola dentro armadietto e bollitore sopra forno!!

• Matylda (8/5): Czysty apartament blisko metra - Przestronny apartament, z dobrze wyposażoną kuchnią. Wygodne łóżko. Ładny widok z okna. Stacja metra była blisko. Lekko rozwalone drzwi - klamkę dało się wyjąć, ale po zgłoszeniu przyjechał Pan i naprawił. Strome schody. Według internetu najbardziej niebezpieczna dzielnica Brukseli jednak my tego nie odczuliśmy. W okolicy jest park i Polski sklep.

• Chiara (8/5): - L'appartamento era ordinato e pulito, vicino alla metro che in poco tempo ti porta al centro della città. La cucina ha tutti gli essenziali necessari per potersi preparare qualche pasto. Il letto era comodo e la zona tranquilla. Sono mancati giusto qualche asciugamano in più, dato il lungo periodo di soggiorno, che avrebbero fatto comodo.

Estaba un poco apartado pero en transporte público se llega fácilmente a los sitios más destacados. Las escaleras del edificio están bastante empinadas así que si vas con maletas será más complicado de subir.

• Carmen (9/5): Schöne kleine Wohnung - gut geeignet für einen kurzen Aufenthalt - Sehr sauber, verkehrsgünstig gelegen an einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Netter Online-Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Ich komme gerne wieder.

• Geoff Myko (10/5): Eccellente - Il posto merita 10 su 10. Anche la posizione è ottima, comoda per spostarsi e ben collegata. L'appartamento era pulitissimo, profumava appena entrati e aveva tutto il necessario per cucinare tipo padella, pentola e altri utensili utili. Il letto era comodo. Il checkin è stato semplice e veloce, l’ambiente era tranquillo e silenzioso. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consiglio assolutamente! L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è fare le scale hahaha ma pazienza!

• Darko (6/5): Could have been better - It was easy to collect the apartment keys, instructions were straightforward although they were sent to me in an email in French. The apartment itself was quite okay for my needs, separate bathroom from the toilet, shower, kitchen and bed, there was even a fridge, so I have no complaints there. There was no communication with the owner. I have sent three emails asking if it was possible to receive a refund for the last day of my stay because I had to shorten my stay due to a national strike. Although I didn't hope to actually get a refund I certainly expected at least an answer. I couldn't reach them by phone either. As other guests have mentioned the apartment is older and in need of a renovation, the floor squeeks, as does in the upper floor so I could hear people walking/children stomping their feet. At night time it was quieter but I still couldn't sleep normally.

• Luis (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in a very good location. It’s not in the city center, but it’s close to the metro and other attractions you can enjoy. The area is safe at night. The room is spacious, has a kitchen, and is well-equipped. The owner is very kind, and the room was very clean when we arrived. It has heating. The only downside is that if you have large suitcases, you have to climb up to the 4th floor using stairs. But if you're traveling light, it’s perfect.

• Zo (5/5): Passable - This place was... interesting. Had some ups and downs. The good I'd say is: -The owner was really nice. Greeted me when I got there - The room is spacious and clean. Nice amenities like a stove, coffee machine, fridge and microwave - Great location with a great view - Great price It was so close to being a great place to stay. Here are the downsides: - No elevator, and the rooms all take two flights of stairs. So if you're on the "first floor", you have to take two flights of stairs. I was on the 2nd floor and had to take four flights. It can be tricky with luggage so just be aware of that aspect. Luckily, the owner was there when I got there and helped with the luggage, but when I left to check out, I was on my own - When I was staying there, there was a smoke detector that needed new batteries somewhere in the building so you'd hear the beep every 30 seconds or so all day and night. Feel like they should take care of that - The locks on the doors are pretty loose and unsecured. The deadbolt lock on my door was very loose. There were no steel covers protecting the locks either. - not a big deal, but there's no sink in the room with the toilet, so you have to walk to the kitchen to wash your hands after
