Guest Reviews
- Melanie (5/5): Would not use the letting agents again….i was made to feel a nuisance not a very polite reception was received on contac - Location…… Access to property with luggage can be problematic as the lane the cottages are located had work vans blocking road access to transporting luggage to and from vehicle is not ideal ….especially with visitors with disabilities. As wheely bins are only collected every three weeks I found having to put other visitors rubbish out not fair as you have to transport from the back of the property via a lane which was obstructed with other broken containers new containers and half bricks strewn all over the lane. Also a used kitchen pan was put back in the drawer with fat and food on it. Ringing letting agency provided me with excuses and in my opinion they were very negative about my concerns and made me feel I was a nuisance and my opinion did not matter. The housekeeper was at the property and we hadn’t even left it. They then leave a message on my mobile on my way home saying “the housekeeper could not locate the hairdryer” I did explain no one had used it and it was in the same place where it had been originally placed.
- Lorelei (8/5): Lovely cottage near to walks and amenities - Lovely cottage, close to town, sea and wonderful walks nearby at the byes. We all slept well as it was very quiet. Bus station was nearby. I had a phone message the first day advising the property was ready whenever we were which was very much appreciated, thank you! No WiFi that I could find, which was fine for me but something to be aware of. Parking was a 15 minute walk away and we didn't use the car during our stay but again wouldn't suit everyone.
- susan (10/5): This was a stay to meet up with close friends as we know SIDMOUTH very well we hadn’t stayed I this area but now we have - Central location to all amenities didn’t use the car all week Exceptionally clean comfortable beds well stocked kitchen lovely little yard
- Kimberley (9/5): Great place to stay. Would recommend . - Location was perfect. Cottage was cosy and comfortable . Car parking was a bit of a pain as the car park ( which was very reasonably priced ) was a 15 minute walk away . It does say this in the pre arrival details.
