• Guerrero (8/5): confortable y cerca al lugar de mi capacitacion la UDA universidad del azuay - la amabilidad de su personal y su ayuda en todo lo que necesitaba y que el lugar estaba a pocos pasos de la universidad del azuay que podia movilizarme a pie de forma segura, lugar donde tenia que asistir para mi capacitacion no incluyo desayuno mi instancia

• Alexandra (8/5): Recomendale - La ubicación está cerca de varios sitios como restaurantes que se podían visitar en la noche. El área es muy tranquila y segura, y la habitación estaba ordenada y limpia, el baño tenía agua caliente a disposición. A pesar de que yo pregunté antes de llegar si podía hacer un late check out y me dijeron que no había problema, al momento de salir intentaron hacerme un cargo adicional por late check out, me tocó mostrar los mensajes recibidos y aunque al final no me cobraron, fue una experiencia desagradable. También creo que podrían dejar un par de mantas o colchas extras en las habitaciones para huéspedes que sean más sensibles al frío.

• Patricia (10/5): Muy buena. - Está ubicado en un barrio muy tranquilo, pudimos dormir, no había ruido en la noche. La limpieza del baño y la habitación impecable, agua caliente en la ducha perfecto. Seguridad para dejar el vehículo, reciben 24/7 muy amables todos. Falta alfombras para los pies alado de la cama, falta una jabonera en el baño (es decir para dejar el jabón o el shampoo)

• Claudia (6/5): Pleasant - The location was great, I came with my dog and there were nice little parks around the hotel to enjoy. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The room we were in was not good we could hear the guests across from our room because our wall did not connect to the window there was an inch gap which allowed sounds through. Hopefully this issue can be fixed! The room was clean and spacious though.
• Zambrano (8/5): Nice stay in Cuenca - 1. The location. 2. The bathroom. 3. The TV service. 1. Apparently, the room was not finished yet 😔 1.1 There were a couple of holes, no hot water in the sink, and a lack of decorations. 2. No hairdryer 😔

• Brandt (4/5): Room was ok, but if you charge more for a room with a jacuzzi, the jacuzzi should function. - Location was close to where I needed. I was happy with the late check in. I paid extra to get a room with a jacuzzi. You had to crawl to a utility hole to turn on the water and close the tub drain. The water was very slow, cold and dirty. After 40 minutes of waiting I got in (about 1/3 full.) Then the warm water went out and was strictly cold. When I became too cold, I gave up and tried to sleep. The pillows were very hard and tall. It took three hours to warm up enough to fall asleep and I woke 3 hours later with a neck ache.
