• donna (9/5): Lovely cosy apartment close to everything with a little bar next door which you have to pop into for a drink! - The location is fab, walking distance to everything. We met the owner as there was an issue with the heating which was nothing he could have helped but he had it sorted in no time. Once the heating was sorted the apartment was so cosy. I requested a later check out which was no problem for them at all. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends & family. There wasn’t clear instructions on how to use the shower, not sure if we were doing it wrong or there was no hot water but wasn’t a big issue as we were checking out anyway so we didn’t contact the number gave in the apartment to contact if any issues, but I know if he had they’d have talked us through it.

• Emmanuelle (5/5): Could have been better - Our host was really nice and answered our requets quickly. Provided a lot of info in advance. The bedsheets were not cleaned ( hairs and weird stains). The shower is not practical and the kitchen lacks some basic things like a pan or a big pot.

• Louise (8/5): Was ideal for a short stay exploring donegal town - The location is great, the beds were comfortable, had everything we needed. Just needs clear instructions on how to work the heating.

• hopstiguy (3/5): Great location in delightful Donegal, but almost everything else was disappointing. - Great location. Paid street parking was handy. Kitchen was well supplied. These comments relate to apartment 4, perhaps other apartments are better. Very noisy, people ringing our doorbell and trying to open our (locked) door multiple times. Bathroom was very, very tiny, could not get dressed after a shower, which made it difficult when staying there with multiple people. Shower was lousy. Sliding door to the bathroom got stuck, which meant each traveler had to use the bathroom without closing the door all the way. No extra soap, shampoo, or toilet paper provided- we had to buy our own. Cleaning staff assembled and did laundry just outside our front door, we felt uncomfortable and closed the blinds, leading to a dark apartment. No storage or shelving for any clothes or toiletries. Internet was intermittent. The response from the hosts will likely be 'you should have contacted us', but some of these things should be provided at a bare minimum. We tried to contact them after the internet went out a second time, and heard nothing from them.

• Fiona (8/5): Great place to stay. - It was a great location, absolutely perfect for the very short two-minute stroll into town with tired children. Nothing, directions from the text/email were very precise on how to access the property.

• Darrelle (7/5): Fantastic location for a visit to the town - Great location, easy check in, nice sized room and great for exploring Donegal town. I would recommend a few diy’s in the kitchen/living area (cabinet doors etc) - not a big deal but think it would enhance the feel of the room.
