• Julia (9/5): Perfect location, beautiful cottage, very clean, modern, would recommend and definitely stay again. - Beautiful flint cottage, quiet location. Very clean, modern interior, plenty of room for six of us. Great garden area and small river at the bottom of the garden which the grandchildren loved. Lovely local village store next door. Bus stop outside, buses frequent and on time. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. Only niggle really was with shower in the bathroom, however the shower in the en-suite was great.
• Kim (10/5): Beautiful riverside cottage - Flint cottage was absolutely delightful. The owners supplied everything you needed… a true home from home experience (the welcome pack was a nice touch too.) It was also one of the cleanest properties I’ve stayed in. It was a real treat to sit by the river early mornings and evenings watching the local wildlife…despite the weather! The owners were easily contactable and went above and beyond to make our stay a perfect one. Absolutely nothing!
• Lyla (10/5): Everything was excellent and the information provided made staying there simple and enjoyable. - Flint cottage is in a perfect location for exploring north Norfolk. The standard of decor and attention to detail made it feel like a real home. The garden leading down to the river is beautiful and was a really peaceful spot in which to sit and enjoy the view. • Jacqueline (9/5): Flint Cottage - Lovely cottage with a fabulous garden that stretches down to a stream and the open countryside. Idyllic location to sit in on a sunny day. Well equipped kitchen and pleasant lounge. Three good sized bedrooms with lots of storage! Two bathrooms. There is no key to patio doors onto garden so you can't open them on a warm day. I also found the master bed a bit hard for my liking but that's personal preference!

• Clare (10/5): Fantastic family cottage, we hope to return! - Lovely cottage in a perfect location, very pretty village and Stiffkey Stores next door is a real gem. Cottage had everything you could need, very comfortable and clean. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Nothing, everything was perfect.
• Belinda (10/5): Better thank we ever hoped for - a beautiful cottage in a tranquil setting. - The cottage was beautiful and immaculate. It was a perfect location and the facilities were perfect - our child loved the playground equipment in the back and the setting was stunning, with the creek at the back being the perfect place to sit in the morning. The bed was amazingly comfortable and my child loved the bunk beds. Outstanding - thank you so much. I dont think there was anything we needed during our stay. It was our first time staying in a rental cottage and we would absolutely come back here again.
