• Tomasz (6/5): - Przede wszystkim lokalizacja Ciepła woda wystarczyła do kąpieli dla jednej osoby potem trzeba było czekać aż się nagrzeje. Ogrzewanie było wyłączane o godz 22 i włączane o 6 pobyt realizowany pod koniec grudnia więc w mieszkaniu temp około 10 stopni masakra

• Alessia (9/5): Consigliato con un ma - Monolocale recentemente ristrutturato con buon gusto, spazioso e accogliente, dotato di tutto il necessario. Sono compresi asciugamani, stoviglie e lavatrice. È incluso il parcheggio, che la proprietà gentilmente ci ha permesso di utilizzare anticipatamente. Ad accoglierci due bottiglie d'acqua e due caffè. Check in spiegato in modo chiaro, comprensivo di video e foto. Nessun problema con il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno tramite bonifico. Posizionato in un quartiere tranquillo e comodo alla metro, raggiungibile a piedi in 7-8 minuti. Questo aspetto ovviamente non dipende dalla proprietà ma sono costretta a segnalarlo. Purtroppo i vicini del piano di sopra sono stati molto irrispettosi, producendo rumori, urla, spostamenti di mobili, continuativamente fino a tardissima serata compromettendo il sonno della notte.
• Andrea (6/5): Ottima location per nostre esigenze, ma molto da migliorare... - L'alloggio lo utilizziamo quando ci vengono a trovare in famiglia essendo di fronte a dove abitiamo, quindi la posizione resta ottima, le dimensioni sono accettabili e i locali si presentano ben arredati. Nonostante non abbiamo conosciuto i proprietari di persona, la comunicazione via whatsapp e' stata veloce ed efficiente, inoltre ci hanno aiutato rapidamente a recuperare delle cose lasciate per sbaglio nel B&B. Nonostante una buona comunicazione sarebbe meglio avere una persona fisica che fa la reception degli ospiti alla propria struttura. Ci segnalano, come la volta scorsa, l'asse del doccione traballante e un letto non proprio comodissimo. Inoltre sembrano mancare anche solo cucchiaini o stecche per poter girare lo zucchero nel caffe' (che pero' e' offerto, cosi' come l'acqua). Essendo inserito in un palazzo civile, la notte si possono verificare rumori e schiamazzi di chi vive negli appartamenti ai piani superiori.

• Alvaro (10/5): Incredible - El alojamiento un 10/10. Todo super limpio y aseado. Su ubicación es muy buena ya tienes cerca el transporte público el cual pasa cada 3 minutos y te lleva al centro de la Ciudad. Sin duda si tuviera que alojarme de Nuevo en Milán elegiria este apartamento.

• Radoslav (10/5): One of the best accommodations I've had - Great location, you can easily reach the main sights using the metro that's only a 7 min walk from the building. The room was very clean and it had everything you might need for a few nights or even more. The kitchen was very equipped, the wardrobe was huge and the bathroom was super clean. It is a very comfortable accommodation for a couple. We had a bit of trouble with the outlets but we found a converter for the hairdryer later on.

• Rachell (9/5): The unit is posh & comfy & complete with amenities. Not too near to the train stations but the area is residenti - The unit itself. Everything is nice. Not the property but the payment of tax by international bank transfer. It’s inconvenient. Should provide a direct payment option/link/through booking.com itself.

• Landry (10/5): - L'entrée dans l'appartement se fait en autonomie via un système de code. C'est super !L'appartement est très propre avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour. La proximité avec la station de métro a facilité nos déplacements vers les lieux touristiques. Je recommande vraiment cet appartement pour tous vos séjours à Milan.
• Daniel (6/5): The host required our ID cards in Whatsup - The squirrels outside were lovely. :) The place was clean and modern. The building is awesome. The reason for our score - 6, is the following: The host required our ID cards in Whatsup and city tax payments in Revolut which is a huge turn off! Unfortunately this happened after we booked the place. We've stayed in many places in Italy and this is the first time some want us to send peronsal information outside of Booking or not in a specially designed system for that. This violates the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)! In general the communication with the host was not that smooth.

• Federica (7/5): Buono - Casa pulita, accogliente e buona posizione Mezz’ora prima dell ora di check out l impresa si pulizie cercava di aprire la porta dell appartamento per eseguire le pulizie,abbiamo aperto e detto che saremmo andati via nell ora stabilita e dieci minuti prima del check out si sono ripresentati per aprire nuovamente.Quindi non ho amato l insistenza.
• Zhaneta (10/5): Lovely apartment near the metro station - First of all,the hostess was so caring and helpful. Next, the location was close to the metro, and it was convenient. The flat was clean and cosy. Loved the way it was kept and all the neighbourhood environment. 🥰
• Serhii (7/5): Good - Almost in the city center, with free parking in a gated courtyard. Everything is quite comfortable, and there's a dishwasher and oven, which is a big plus if you're staying for 3–5 days. Overall, very decent apartments for a fairly reasonable price. Very poor sound insulation — it felt like there were no doors at all and the walls were only 5 cm thick. For long stay it would have been not the best choice. But overall, everything went ok.

• Iryna (8/5): Very good - Nice location not far from “everything” ( metro, city center in a walking distance, supermarket, busy and metro stations, Armani museum in walking distance too. Clean and cozy, with a staff needed. It will be good to have some olive and salt there - we bought it and left so I hope someone won’t have to buy for 1-2 days as we did. In general - nice apartment in a very good location The owner made us send a pictures of ID though it’s not a requirement and it’s not safe to send it out of booking - there is no options to send it here. Also it’s a ground floor and the windows are at some parking where both night a group of people were sitting and it was rather loud.
• Tatiana (7/5): It’s ok. - The apparent is very nice and clean. Very close to green metro line, 20 min to the centre. The bed is not meant for 2 people. It’s incredibly small, not a proper double bed. If you are sensitive to the noise - don’t book this property - you can hear all the neighbours as if they are next to you. The house is equipped with a lot of things but has mo cutlery.

• Qinglian (4/5): disappointing - Whether there is a parking space depends on your luck. 1) The host is unfriendly. 2) For a three-night stay, only one towel is provided and there is no washing machine. If you want to offer more, you have to pay a separate fee. 3) The sound insulation effect of the house is extremely poor. 4) The air conditioner is noisy and starts frequently. Couldn't sleep at all the first night, but the second night the air conditioning was working fine. 5) The 1.35m double bed is too small and the fiber quilt is too small. 6) The plug of the hair dryer is not compatible with the socket.

• Felipe (6/5): Pretty but fails on the important details - Very clean, nice interior design and new appliances. The shower water turns cold after a few minutes. Pillows are very thick. I could hear everything from the neighbors apartment.The parking place was full, so we had to park on the street, which was super hard to find a spot.
• Gemma (8/5): Lovely apartment, close to metro, really responsive host - Property is really well designed, lovely bathroom and kitchen and plenty of storage for yours clothes. Bed is extremely comfortable! The host is lovely and responds straight away to any issues! Checking in process was really easy. It is really close to the metro so fine if you don’t mind travelling but we would definitely stay closer to the centre next time to save on travel £. Unfortunately the other reviews are correct, the noise from the neighbours is awful, walls are so thin you can hear everything day & night :(. We had a few little issues ie but the host was quick to respond so can’t fault that. It could do with a few more homely touches like tea and coffee for your arrival etc but apart from that it is a lovely apartment.

• Lotte (7/5): We really enjoyed our stay! - The loaction was very good, not too far form Milan centrum. The airco was fenomenal, it was really nice to come back to a cool appartment. We struggled a little bit whit getting the keys out of the box, because you had to set the code not in the middle, but above the middle. The walls are also a little thin, so there was quite some noice in the morning.
• Rachel (9/5): Great stay - Location is great, only a 5 minute walk to the Metro. Apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Only downside is the neighbours. They are either very loud or the walls are very thin, not sure which one.
