• D (10/5): Exceptional - Awesome location, great for walking around the harbour or heading over to the city via the ferry. Full view of the Vivid lights on the bridge and the fireworks, and the sun lighting up the opera house and milsons point in the evening. Both the nearest cafes were excellent (Foliage 50m, North Spoon 100m), plenty of other restaurants and stuff within walking distance. Walking back over the bridge to or from Circular Quay is (each way) about 4 or 5km and takes about an hour if you take your time looking around. Ferry is 5 or 10min walk. Location is perfect for a weekend away, a week of work in the city, or both. Should've stayed a week!

• For_our_wellbeing (9/5): We loved our stay in Sydney and at this apartment. Damien was a very responsive host. Thank you. - We ate out for breakfast each morning at a wonderful cafe - The North Spoon. I highly recommend going there and make sure you say hello to Jake, he looked after us each day. The apartment could have been a little cleaner in some spots but otherwise it was a great place to stay.

• Belinda (9/5): Superb - Amazing stay at Damian's apartment. Of course the views are magical and it's amazing to sit on the balcony with a tea or coffee and feed the birds. The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay with kitchen items and extra blankets. We had two cars in transit from Brisbane to Melbourne so it was handy to have the car park and easy to park on the street for the other car over the weekend. It's less than 10 mins walk from North Sydney station or the ferry stop and a short walk to Luna Park along the waterfront. Damien met us for check in and was super friendly and helpful with lots of suggestions for local places to eat. I'm looking forward to staying here again when we're in Sydney next! The parking space was quite small so wouldn't be suitable for bigger cars. The apartment was generally clean but could do with a bit more dusting around the fan and decor. These are fairly minor points though, overall it was great!
• Brayden (10/5): Great apartment close to the heart of Sydney - The apartment is very clean and well furnished, basically everything you need for even a relatively long stay is provided. Towels, linen, well stocked kitchen and lots of small things (like including detergent) that shows Damien is considerate of his guests. During my stay I never heard a peep out of the neighbours and never felt unsafe walking around the neighbourhood. There's a small grocer around the corner as well as a chemist so you don't have to go far for small items. Train station up the road is convenient and there's a ferry stop down the road (though it's more of a scenic thing, the train is the best way into the city). I arrived earlier than expected but had no issue getting keys. Damien reached out proactively, was always punctual with his responses and is very friendly. I've stayed at apartments in the past and usually your interaction with the owner is minimal, preferring to send you on a mission to find his stashed away keys then hoping you leave them alone and don't trash the place. Damien seems genuinely keen to help out his guests and so this place is a great fit for anyone who is keen to explore and absorb knowledge from locals. The price of my stay was literally half of what it would've cost for a hotel room while being better than any hotel I've stayed at. The laundry facilities are provided by shared facilities on each floor. $3 for a wash, $3 for a dry. The machines work well but you'll need to get coins and they're busy on the weekends so you're best off just doing your washing while everyone is at work. A basket and laundry detergent is provided. Heating is provided by a little Dyson tower and it was struggling with the cold weather during my stay. Definitely bring warm clothes if you're coming in the winter. A proper Internet connection would be nice. You can get full strength 5G reception on Telstra at least.

The apartment is clean and comfortable and off street secure parking so easy Close to all public transport and quiet The view at night breathtaking and the 2 little visitors on the veranda in the morning while your drinking your coffee are very eager to eat their sultanas have a chat and take flight All in all a great place to stay and will definitely stay here again. Thanks Damien for your hospitality and for sharing your Magical Views Absolutely nothing I cannot fault this property
• Julieta (10/5): Magical staying, wonderful host, I will be back! - I loved everything! Just from the carpark, you can appreciate the magnificent views of Sydney! The unit so comfortable and even better views…. Just breath taking from your window the greatest view to harbour bridge and opera house, even lunar parck. So many thing I lived from this place… I was very lucky to experience it. The rail cross the balcony blocking the view if seated.
