• TOMASZ (10/5): Via Permuda 18 - Przystępna cena. Bliskość Bazyliki Świętego Piotra i muzeów watykańskich (kilka przecznic). Bliskość metra (Ottaviano). Mini market 10m od bramy. Kilka kawiarnii w okolicy (do 400m) z kawą i ciastkami. Czysty pokój. Bardzo wygodne i duże łóżko. Darmowe wifi. Dostęp do pokoju z aplikacji o każdej porze dnia i nocy. Bylo to dla nas bardzo ważne z uwagi na późny przylot (w innym rezerwowanym wcześniej miejscu trzeba było płacić dodatkowo 30 euro za wejście po 22 a po 24:00 nie było w ogóle możliwości wejścia do lokalu). Dostępna wspólna kuchnia z ekspresem do kawy, lodówką, żelazkiem, deską do prasowania. Także można spokojnie sobie kanapki przygotować na czas zwiedzania czy kawę zaparzyć. Łazienka w pokoju czysta choć nieduża. Wyposażona w szamponetki i żele pod prysznic. W pokoju mała lodóweczka na schłodzenie napojów. Jest klimatyzacja. Spokojna i bezpieczna dzielnica. Vincenzo (osoba zarządzająca) bardzo pomocny we wszystkim. Wystarczy zapytać na Whatsapp. Pozdrawiamy Vincenzo bardzo mocno. Brak

Nice walk to all attractions Shower was not good Broken told of this after I arrived, had no other rooms.offered a bottle of wine but could not work outhowtogetwashed in it ?? Booking.com did not respond to my complaint. Noise from the upstairs apartment loud until 11.30pm landlord told me it was from another property which he had no control over and apologised.

Poi Il Sig. Vincenzo si è dimostrato di una gentilezza infinita. Estremamente premuroso, ha prestato particolare attenzione sapendo che il viaggio era per mia figlia e il suo fidanzato, entrambi giovani e poco esperti nel viaggiare. La sua disponibilità e cortesia sono state davvero preziose.

• M Angeles (10/5): Volveremos - Todo, la cama era tan cómoda que la voy a hechar de menos en mi casa , la ubicación perfecta para ir a cualquier punto , a 15 minutos andando de una parada de metro, puedes ir de noche por la zona sin miedo, el anfitrión fue muy amable, y contestaba muy rápido, se preocupo de que tuviéramos todo y si faltaba algo preguntaba, tiene plancha para la ropa con tabla , que es muy práctico, una cocina donde poder hacer tu propia comida o guardar bebida fría aunque en la habitacion hay una mini nevera. La ducha muy pequeña.

• Rubina (10/5): short and sweet, will recommend . - This hotel was very budget friendly and we we're happy with the location as it was about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the Vatican and the 70 bus allowed us to explore many interesting parts of the city we weren't expecting. This is not a traditional hotel; there is no breakfast and the check it process is done entirely by yourself on your smartphone and our experience was that the check in website was a little buggy. even opening the room door is done via the website. there is virtually to hotel staff to interact with but necessary phone number are provided. This wasn't a huge concern for us however since it was simply a place to stay for our trip to Rome.

• Jedrzej (9/5): Your place in Rome. - Very comfortable place to stay in Rome - everything you need is here :) Equipped kitchen, coffee maker and tea available. Trouble free access (via smartphone), comfortable bed etc. Very clean place, with AC (I stayed there in Feb so I used that for heating). Shower cabin is quite small.
• Jansen (9/5): Was clean, quiet and suited our needs - It was close enough to Vatican City for our plans/ tours for the weekend We had our own car, but parking not available on site and public parking nearby is impossible. May be helpful for future guests to be aware of the nearest parking garages. We did find one within a 20 minute walk, which we were OK with. We were grateful that we had investigated and booked our space online for two nights ahead of time.

• Simón (10/5): The place is well located. Very kind staff, the "purple" room was fine, and the breakfast okay. - Great location, well-connected with the metro and bus stops. Close to Vatican, and 4-5 stations from the city center. Purple room was good for a couple, and the apartment's kitchen is well equipped. The room had a smell of smoke, and the bathroom was small.

The location is amazing, short walk to the Vatican and near transportation, definitely recommend this place!! Only the food, but that’s not Domus Premuda fault.
• Matheus (9/5): Superb - Vincenzo was an outstanding host. He made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The room is spacious, shower has hot water and the bed was confortable. The breakfast was not served on the hotel location, but on a restaurant nearby (walking distance 3 minutes). The breakfast itself was ok but the waitresses at the restaurant were far from friendly.

• Eric (10/5): It was perfect for us, would come here again! - Francesco was very friendly, whenever we had a question he basically always replied within 10 minutes. The breakfast was very delicious, the staff was friendly where we had breakfast! The Vatican was about 10 minutes on foot. There are also many great restaurants within 5-10 minutes. The apartment itself was very nice! We had the green room, which faces the street and at night it was noise if the windows were open. Apart from this small thing, everything was great!

Franchesco offered nice breakfast tickets from a cafe nearby, a great place to start your day. The location is convenient, there are many affordable shops and cafes nearby. It is a great choice if you want to be close to Vatican city, as well as the metro station Ottaviano is nearby (7-10 min of walking), connecting you with most popular spots in Rome. There were problems with draining system and hot water, however the host has already contacted workers to fix it. It’s very humid, but this might be the case with whole Rome, so not a priority :)
• Julija (10/5): Exceptional - The apartments are located in an old building with an interesting elevator. 10 minutes walk to the metro station, 15 - 20 to the Vatican. There are many cafes, restaurants around, a large supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. Clean, comfortable, there is everything for good rest. Friendly staff. We were constantly in touch. We were delayed at check-in due to unforeseen circumstances by 1.5 hours from the agreed time and they waited patiently for us. Trank You -

The breakfast was super delicious too! The wifi didn’t work but that wasn’t a problem for us! Everything else was perfect!!

• Svetlana (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, convenient location. Many of Rome's sights are within walking distance. There are supermarkets nearby. It is quiet in the evening, even though there are summer cafes everywhere on the streets. Good value for money. I recommend to all!
