• Kristýna (9/5): Great stay in a lovely apartment - The apartment is very nice, the beds are comfortable, and they are actually the size of real double beds (which we learned is not always the case in some accommodations). The self check-in was easy, the apartment was clean, and the host was very kind and helpful over WhatsApp. The accommodation only has windows facing an internal courtyard/lightwell, so it felt a bit cold and dark, but I can imagine this is a big advantage during the summer months. The shower pressure wasn’t the best. However, neither of these things negatively affected our stay and we would definitely stay there again.

U jednoj sobi je krevet bio dobar, dok je u drugoj sobi bio malo premalen za dvije odrasle osobe. Mozda bi jos nadodala da treba imati vise rucnika jer 1 po osobi za sve i za vise noci je premalo

Es una vergüenza que una persona ajena entre en un piso el cual hemos pagado hasta una hora para que entre antes sin avisar como si fuera su casa

• Pablo (7/5): Recomendable pero si viajas en coche mejor aparcarlo en las afueras e ir andando - Debido a lo céntrico del alojamiento, es problemático la reserva del parking, ya que hay que devolver el mando de la puerta al apartamento y es una complicación ya que no hay manera de dejar el coche mientras tanto, en el mismo parking debería existir un cajetín donde dejarlo, mal esto.

El trato con el responsable del apartamento fué estupendo se preocupó de conseguirnos un parking para el vehículo. Muy buen ambiente en el edificio,los vecinos son tranquilos. La experiencia fué muy buena !!!!
• Amaia (6/5): Bonito pero caro para lo que ofrece - Está muy bien ubicado. Puedes llegar en un paseo corto a los principales monumentos de Sevilla. Está en una calle tranquila, no hay ruidos de noche. Por dentro, es un alojamiento bonito Muy escaso en servicios.Eramos 4 personas para 5 días y solo tuvimos una único toalla de manos para toda la estancia. Creo que no estamos obligados a compartir toalla, y que cada uno debiera tener la suya, y sino es así al menos que haya para cambio. Además las toallas estaban muy desgastadas. El aire acondicionado hace muchísimo ruido, tienes que desenchufar la calefacción para dormir Los colchones muy blandos e incómodos. Nada de servicios en cuanto a un poco de aceite y sal… productos de baño… muy habitual en este tipo de alojamientos Las ventanas que tiene son a un pequeño patio interior. Nada de luz exterior y poca luz artificial

• LORENA (6/5): Great location. Good size and clean. Some improvements needed. - LOCATION Sofa bed was as hard as a rock. We had issues with the hot water and even though the owner was very helpful, we could not take a shower or do laundry for a day. Towels and sheets were very old. That is a cheap fix and usually something guests appreciate after a day of walking. Another thing easy to fix, extra trash bags, dishwasher soap and toilet paper. Little things that make your stay smoother. When you rent an apartment is because you expect more than in a hotel room. Overall it was ok. But, we did expect more.

• Emmanuel (8/5): - Nous avons été très bien informé, très bien guidé vers l'appartement. Le fait que celui-ci aie les chambres avec des portes, permet de garantir le calme dans les couchages. Ce n'est pas toujours le cas ailleurs. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Booking ne précisait pas que le parking était un parking moto.

(Tengo un SUV. Quizás con un vehículo más pequeño no exista este problema)

• María (1/5): Lamentable experiencia, nada recomendable - Nada Nuestra experiencia fue pésima. La primera noche vimos una cucaracha adulta y una cría (probablemente había más). Al poco tiempo aparecieron picaduras de chinches, localizadas en la habitación de matrimonio, donde los colchones estaban hundidos. El sofá cama era totalmente inservible: un lado es pura madera y la persona que durmió ahí se levantó con fuertes dolores, aunque quienes durmieron en colchones tampoco descansaron bien. No había ni papel higiénico suficiente para dos noches y tuvimos que usar nuestros clínex (como ya habían señalado otros usuarios), y se escuchaba absolutamente todo el ruido del entorno. Lo más grave fue la atención: los propietarios no cogían el teléfono, nos hicieron perder media mañana para pedir la hoja de reclamaciones y, al final ni nos la entregaron, mintiéndonos todo el rato. Unos sinvergüenzas. No lo recomendamos en absoluto.

• Mounir (8/5): Sevilla is te warm in de zomer om te bezoeken. - In het centrum van Sevilla. Lift aanwezig, airconditioning, check in ging vlot op afstand. Geen parking bij de accommodatie door de smalle straatjes van de oude stad. Beter met taxi of bus gaan

At the same time it was not noisy, it was possible to have good rest Windows overlooking the inside yard, hard to estimate the weather outside (I was wondering if it's sunny or not :)

• Natalia (8/5): Very good - The apartment was as advertised and good value for money. Beds were comfortable, shower was good, space was enough for 4 people. The elevator and location were a big plus. A little dusty here and there.
• Milmih (3/5): Terrible communication and overall bad experience - Mainly the location Pretty much everything else. The bad was not comfortable and the sheets were inadequate for this type of mattress. We were told we couldn't leave our baggage at the apartment but we were practically thrown out to the street at the end of our stay (and they knew we have a 3-month old baby with us) because people after us were coming to leave our baggage exactly at the checkout time. The towels looked dirty, and then in the end they tried to charge us one towel stating that it had a stain although the stain was there before us. We were left with 2 toilet rolls and no dish washer tablets although we stayed at the apartment for 5 nights. The electric kettle was full of limescale. And so on and so on.

• Mehmet (6/5): Pleasant - Firstly, the biggest problem we have encountered was the electricity problem, the electricity went off more than 20 times a night. The other problem was the blockage of the kitchen sink and it was almost impossible to wash the dishes. The last thing is that the apartment barely sees any sunlight because all windows look to walls of the same building space.

I found that the bed covers and pillow covers in the small room were dusty, and this may pose a problem for people who are allergic to dust. The unavailability of extra sheets.
• Christopher (10/5): Lovely apartment in inner Seville. Highly recommend. - Incredible location with walking access to most of downtown. Lots of great bars and tapas restaurants very close by. Host was extra kind and helpful, and the apartment was clean and had all we needed. Like most of inner Seville, parking and driving is difficult. The host has a parking spot that you can rent for the day at a competitive rate, so keep that in mind. The beds are not the most comfortable, but it just means you want to stay out late 🎉

• Tudor (4/5): Horrible experience - Good location Firstly, rude guest, Manuel, I was waiting for him ,in the street, to open the flat almost 2 hours. He left the flat stormed after telling me that if I don't like the flat we can go to the hotel. Just one set of keys for 3 people. Dirty flat. All windows are into a narrow and closed space, so you can see the other windows and walls, claustrophobic. Bathroom has a terrible disgusting smell. Display of the TV has vertical lines of pixels broken. If you put the heating on and in the same time the hob to make some cooking, the general breaker of electricity is tripping. 20A. Dust everywhere. One of the shower doors is brocken. Narrow shower.The worst accommodation in my life.
• Kirsty (10/5): Comfortable beds, good shower, all kitchen facilities were on hand. Plenty of places to eat nearby and about 15 minutes - Arrival details was helpful, everything was in the apartment that was needed for a good stay and in a good location. Would highly recommend.
