• Britt (1/5): Suspicious and weird. - When arriving at, what was supposed to be a hotel, there was no check-in. There is no entrance. I had to text the host and she told me to meet at a dentist shop in the nearby mall. While waiting here, she texted that I had to pay a big amount of money as “deposit”, because the payment through booking.com had failed… I didn’t believe anything of this. She also said we had to pay cash. When the host (a man and a woman) finally arrived, we had to walk to the “hotel”. We walked very far, through the mall, through the parking garage. It was very suspicious and weird. We went up a building and finally arrived at which seemed to be someone’s apartment. This was NOT a hotel. We have not seen a swimming pool as the pictures claim they have. It does not look anything like the pictures. There were no other guests, just other people living there. The whole situation felt weird and suspicious. I did not want to pay the amount of money, because I didn’t trust it. We didn’t accept any staying like this, so we asked if we could please leave. They send us through the whole building again, back into the mall.

• Rose (3/5): Poor - A bit misleading, wasnt quite what it said it was but adequite. Lights were dim and there was a hole in the wall. Good location & very close to the malls.
• Tracey (1/5): Do not stay here - Location, number of beds,& pool Unable to communicate with the person to check in or check out!!! Waited over 1 hour for room inspection to get our DD back with a taxi waiting for us at the front door after we told them we woukd check out at 11am. Black mold in 2 bathrooms & water damage from the heat pump in the living area. I checked out with a very sore throat and worry about my families health and the air quality in the room. Room is promoted as a family suite to sleep six but only 4 towels in the room and could not change them day 2 as no one would answer our messages!!! Kitchen area not set up for six people either...not enough cutlery. Only 1 room key and you need a key ERVERY time to go anywhere due to the elevators. I feel that Hotel.com should not allow any reservations on this room and we should get a refund.

• Jony (5/5): Not a Straight Forward Way to Check-in (Potential Policy Breach) - The apartment was relatively clean, and the location is so close to Taman Anggrek shopping mall. However, you need to walk along the open area to reach the mall (although it is within the apartment complex, not public space) and it would be very unpleasant when it's raining. It was not a straight-forward way to meet the host and there was a strict rule imposed by the building management that apartments weren't meant to be rented for short-term stays. We felt like we're playing "cat and mouse" with the building management. I was wondering, what if something happened to us during our stay in this apartment, and we were not covered by our travel insurance due to the host was basically breaking the management policy. Upon arrival, towels weren't available and there were not enough blankets. We had to contact the host to provide ones. Luckily, we arrived at around 4 pm. So there were enough time to get things sorted. Toilet tissues were missing as well. When contacting the host, she mentioned that toilet tissues were not provided by the host. It's better that these things were mentioned in the agreement or in the advertisement. The fridge absolutely needs some serious maintenance (see image). One of the bedrooms had a crooked door, and it was impossible to close. The WIFI connection was hopeless, it kept on dropping off very often.
• Öğrü (9/5): Superb - I like the environment of an apartment. The workers were pretty friendly and so clean. For that kind of place the price is budget-friendly I can say.

• Chrystina (8/5): Very good - access to Taman Anggrek mall and walking distance to other malls check in and check out timing. - we can only check in around 3 pm. the good thing is that they can keep the luggage for us while waiting. - check out timing is strict at 12 pm and host remind us few times about check out timing, this leave us uncomfortable as we feel chased out by the host.

The apartment is cheap for its location, b - guarded house, location next to a huge mall, quick response from the manager on WhatsApp There are cockroaches in the apartment on the 8th floor. A blanket instead of a blanket. There was no duvet cover for the blanket. there was no toilet paper there was not enough more detailed explanation about the location of the apartment. • Wisnumurti (4/5): A great location appartment with major shortcomings inside. - 1. Location was exceptional. Very close and connected via a tunnel to Mall Taman Anggrek and Hub Life Mall. In walking distance to Central Park Mall (outside). 2. The lobby, building, and outside facility are looking very nice. 3. Communication via Whatsapp is friendly and fast (as long as within working hour) 4. No problem with returning deposit. 5. Free wifi 1. Facility in the appartment is bad! There is a washing machine but no drying rack. There is only 1 clothing hanger in the whole appartment. There is a stove with 1 small frying pan and nothing else. I can't even boil water to make my morning coffee. 2. Apartment was very small. The sewage in the kitchen smells. 3. Booked for 4 people, get an apartment with 3 beds. It was solved after much arguing by having an extra bed without charge. 4. The way to get the key.

• Vadzim (1/5): Different room given - leaky AC and not hospitable - Hard to like something when you have problems and given a different room. Horrible experience - gave a different room, no table, promised table but did not give, then AC started leaking, promised to fix it, and then did not fix, next day technician come, bed dirty, smell, he said no other rooms available to suite my demands. Said your problem, move out. Then he messaged me in 2 hours after i left and offered another room. Was too late.
