• Debandi (10/5): - Struttura molto accogliente, ideale per soggiornare qualche giorno nel centro di Napoli. L’appartamento era dotato di tutti i servizi necessari per rendere il soggiorno comodo e piacevole. Io e le mie amiche ci siamo trovate benissimo, sia per gli spazi offerti dall’appartamento sia per la posizione davvero centrale. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha accolte con entusiasmo ed è rimasto a disposizione per darci consigli su come e cosa visitare nella città.

• Szandra (10/5): - Nagyon jó helyen van az apartman. Biztonságos környék, rengeteg étterem és üzlet a közelben. Nagyon kedves személyzet. 3 éjszakára tökéletes volt. Mi nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.

• Roberta (8/5): - La posizione ottima vicina a Via Toledo, alla metro di Chiaia, alla funicolare a una delle entrate per Napoli sotteranea... l'host gentilissimo e sempre disponibile!! Nell'appartamento non manca nulla (anche se noi ci abbiamo solo dormito) e il balconcino molto carino per rilassarsi un po' (anche se nel tipico rumore di motorini macchine e clacson che fa parte di questa parte di Napoli). Malgrado ci siano un po' di scale siamo stati bene!!!

• Maltese (1/5): Esperienza personale negativa - Solo la posizione Struttura non valutabile. Dire terribile è poco. Iniziamo dall’ingresso portone in ferro tipo magazzino, appena riesci ad aprirla ti ritrovi delle scale ripide tanto che con il passeggino fai davvero fatica a salire. Entrando in casa si respira un aria fetida di sporcizia e cucina unta con stoviglie sporche mattonelle unte di olio e tavolo da pranzo ancora con le molliche e aloni degli ospiti precedenti. Polvere in ogni dove( se sei allergica praticamente muori )! Camera da letto con due dita di polvere , finestre sudice e rotte! Andiamo al bagno allego foto per rendere più l’idea del posto !!! Ho trovato il wc ancora sporca e la tavoletta dal marrone al giallo! Dietro il tubo delle cassetta c’è questa cosa nera che non capisco cosa sia se un animale morto o una spugna con non so che assorbito ( da vomitare) e non vi dico l’odore 😱🥶🥶🤢🤢Come potete vedere dalle foto piatto doccia nero è pieno di muffa e sporca. Se non volete ammalarvi state lontano da questa struttura!! Specialmente se avete bambini. Spero possa essere utile.

Giuseppe proprietario della casa essendo il nostro volo in ritardo ed arrivando la sera tardi ci ha fatto trovare le pizze e l acqua, in qualsiasi parte che sono stato mai nessuno lo ha fatto. Pasquale un collaboratore ci ha accolti in maniera stupenda. La casa è cosi come si presenta in foto. Comoda pulita e super accogliente in tutto. La struttura si trova immersa nei quartieri spagnoli e a pochi passi sia da via toledo sia da via chiaia. Super consigliata.

• Francesco (5/5): Solo per dormire quando si è molto stanchi - Buona posizione tra via Toledo e via Chiaia. Casa vecchia e adattata, molto scomoda e poco accogliente.
• Chloé (8/5): - L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Naples, plein de petits commerces et restaurants dans les rues adjacentes tout en étant calme la nuit. Attention car l'annonce peut être un peu trompeuse, la terrasse n'est que pour l'un des deux appartements !
• Judit (10/5): Kellemes szállás - A szállás jól félszerelt volt. Közel volt a város központhoz és a metróhoz. . Nekünk kicsit zajos volt a szállás, de még lehet szokni. Éjfél után a forgalom is le állt és teljes csend lett reggel 8 óráig.

• Giuseppe (8/5): Buon rapporto qualità prezzo con posizione relativamente centrale - È a 5/10 minuti a piedi da Via Toledo, Piazza Plebiscito e Quartieri Spagnoli, utilizzando l'ascensore della fermata di Chiaia la risalita si riduce a 300mt. L'alloggio non è nuovissimo ma è dotato di tutti i confort che permettono anche soggiorni più lunghi. Il proprietario è attento e disponibile Le scale d'ingresso sono ripide, è una sola rampa ma veramente molto ripida

• Anželika (7/5): - The location of the accommodation was very good, 20 min walk to the beach, 5 min to the Spanish Quarter, 20 min to the Toledo metro. The host of the guesthouse was kind, always asking how he could help. He ordered a taxi for us to the airport on the last day. Clean rooms, kitchen. Extra pillows and blankets are provided. Air conditioning. Kitchen equipment is provided. We arrived at the hotel a little early. The previously agreed arrival time was 12:00, but even then our room wasn't ready, we had to go into town and wait. When booking the room, I understood that we had a room with a terrace, but on site it turned out that it didn't. I recommend asking the owner of the accommodation whether there is a terrace or a balcony (the balcony is very narrow and small). The apartment has very steep stairs, both the external stairs and the stairs to the second level, where the bedroom is located. Not suitable for people of a heavier weight. The kitchen corner is also very narrow, not suitable for a person of a heavier weight.

Recommending if you don't want to pay lot of money but still want to enjoy a nice house. + Awesome staff, ready to help with everything + Great price + Location is great, although the closest metro station is 15 minutes away + House overall was pretty clean, no complains + Balcony + AC - Don't get drunk, the stairs are not for beginners :P
• Aleksandra (10/5): Super lokalizacja - To już nasz drugi pobyt w tym apartamencie i lubimy tu wracać. Jeśli ktoś oczekuje klimatu neapolitańskiego, to jest to dobre miejsce. Lokalizacja super, apartament też ma wszystko, co potrzebne na krótszy i dłuższy wypad.

• anna (6/5): - Boendet ligger med ett bra utgångsläge för att lätt nå många sevärda platser och få uppleva det genuina Napoli. Trevligt bemötande när vi kom och svalt och skönt i lägenheten. Lite svårt att hitta dit. Små vägar där taxi inte gärna kör in. Mycket branta trappor både upp till lägenheten samt inne i. Väldigt lyhört och mycket ljud från gatan stor del av natten. Ej städat på terrassen och hela utemöbler vilket var synd då det annars är en bra möjlighet att sitta ute .

• Rachel (6/5): Great location, very kind host. - Overall a nice place to stay if you're in the city. Host is very kind and helpful, found us when we were a bit lost, helped with luggage, and was quick and responsive to any queries that we had. No issues with him at all, is a lovely man! Great location. Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to a significant ant infestation. This is not the fault of the host at all - it was just bad timing - and he responded quickly and arranged a cleaner who would come by within an hour. We decided not to stay, but again it was just bad luck and not anyone's fault - we just didn't feel comfortable staying there anymore. The apartment itself felt quite outdated and I feel could do with an upgrade and would become an even better place due to it's great location and very kind host. Cleanliness could also be significantly improved both within the apartment and on the terrace.

• Dale (9/5): The hosts were very helpful and address all our concerns, it is a very cheap place to stay and not too far away from the - The price was very good, it had all you needed for a short stay. It was clean and tidy, we had 4 adults share this apartment for 3 nights and I’m not sure that we could of stayed longer and been totally comfortable, it would be perfect for 2 adults and perhaps 2 young children only. The stairs from the ground level to the front door are very steep, this was a difficult climb for my elderly parents, I would not recommend this apartment for the elderly or impaired.
• Paul (10/5): Exceptional - We met Guiseppe outside the property. He was so kind to us and is such a lovely fellow. We loved the facilities, the roof terrace, and the location. You can cook, but we didn't as there was a fab pizza place downstairs. We also went to Don Macaroni's place for dinner at Guiseppes' suggestion. The place is clean and secure and has all you need. Even a kettle for anyone who likes a cup of tea. The area is proper Napoli yet near enough to the port area and walkable to the old town and Piazza Garibaldi for train connections. We are so glad that we stayed here and so pleased to have met Guiseppe. He is a star. Nothing not to like

I had a heavy case which I struggled with on checking out but this was down to me not the property so next time I will pack lighter

He also picked us up from the airport. We could easily get everywhere from the apartment, every important things were just in that place. We also had underground station like 15 minutes from apartment and we could get also to other cities. It was a bit loud in there in the night and in the morning

The staircase was a bit on the steep side from the lounge to the bedroom, not many sockets, both minor issues.
• Paula (10/5): Tru Naples Experience - The location is perfect, the rooftop is a cherry on the top. The apartment is basic but comfortable enough, it has kitchen equipment and good space for a city break. Little pizzeria downstairs has great pizza!

• Diana (6/5): Pleasant - the location and the main host’s kindness it wasn’t clean, the bathroom smelled, AC did not work, TV didn’t work, the apartment with the terrace was a different one and we didn’t have access to the terrace, although the listing makes you think you can access the terrace. the access to the apartment is very dirty. but we did appreciate the host for being attentive with us over the phone.
