- Rhian (1/5): Awful do not book. - Access to Edinburgh and Glasgow. It is an ex LA house situated on a dodgy council estate. There is a small block of flats attached on one side of the house and another house whose door appeared to have been battery rammed. This is not shown on your site. I shared my concerns with the agency only to be told I should have done my homework, pal. The house is poorly decorated, and the floors are dirty. The agency said they'd send cleaners the following morning, but conveniently, I was out during the hour. All bedroom windows didn't close properly, leaving in a freezing draft, which my husband had to adjust as it was freezing outside. We waited several hours for a plumber to come out to fix a radiator in one bedroom. The whole house is old and tatty. We paid £1000 for 4 nights based on the photos but the house looks nothing like the photos. The photos attached is the reality of the property. Rubbish and Dingy garden with a mess.
