Mala organización de la recepción, llamas y no te cogen el teléfono ni el chat de booking. Y difícil aparcamiento y de pago. La fuente de la plaza hace mucho ruido y se oye.

Muita falha de comunicação, quase ficamos sem conseguir ficar no hotel, mesmo já tendo tudo pago porque a partir das 22 é muito difícil que alguém atenda o telefone, então ficamos 40 minutos na rua com as malas a espera que alguém atendesse para nos dar o pin da porta e dizer qual era o quarto.

Maite (9/5): Genial! - Trato maravilloso! Habitación calidad-precio increíble, todo limpio y buena ubicación. El desayuno bien, te dan a elegir entre dos sitios que están muy cerca del hotel. El ruido de la calle, necesitas poner el aire, ya que es imposible abrir las ventanas por el ruido.

Patricia (7/5): - La ubicación hacia donde nos dirigíamos era perfecta No hay ascensor, tuvimos que subir dos plantas largas. Estuvimos en una habitación sin ventanas y para ir al baño teníamos que pasar por un pasillo frío dentro de la habitación. Por lo demás muy bien

El acceso de la television no es exclusivo para clientes tenia cuentas activas de niños

Juan Bou (9/5): Se puede contar con este hotel, tanto de turismo como para visitar Madrid y los alrededores. - El hotel es muy interesante, sobre todo para ir como turismo, avisamos que hay que informarse de donde aparcar ya que hay sitio cerca, a unos 10, 12 minutos, pero difícil de encontrar. Alrededor del hotel, por lo menos sábado por la noche, casi imposible de aparcar. El hotel es muy agradable, la habitación en la que estuvimos, habitación con balcón, tenia una pequeña cocina, muy útils. La complejidad para aparcar y que no nos avisaran.
