WiFi didn’t connect and the owner didn’t reply to my message when I informed I could connect to WiFi. TV channels choices poor/no connection on most of them. Shower looks great but features didn’t work and it was grubby. Shower head fitting in bath was loose from the wall. Breakfast - what breakfast! It was packet toast, packet croissant and jams. No kitchen towel.

• Manuel (6/5): - Nos esperaron para el check in. Nos resolvieron todas las consultas. Incluye algunas cosas de desayuno que se reponen todos los dias. Limpieza y cambio de toallas todos los días, de sábanas cada 3 dias. Ubicación cerca de estaciones de trenes. La ducha principal estaba rota, compraron el repuesto pero no llegó en los 5 días que estuvimos. La ducha secundaria es una tina, incomoda y resbalosa para bañarse parado. La zona es muy fea, llena de vendedores de calle dificil caminar, toda la zona de plaza Garibaldi es asi. La entrada al edificio y el ascensor son muy incómodos.

• Willem (3/5): - Wir haben wie vor uns schon verschiedene andere Gäste (ich habe 16 gezählt) unsere gebuchte Unterkunft nicht bekommen. Statt Deluxe-Apartment mit Küche ein Doppelzimmer ohne Preisausgleich- inklusiv einmal umziehen. In seiner Bewertung vom 31.3.26 beschreibt Michal sehr humorvoll, wie man als Gast behandelt wird wenn man dagegen protestiert. Gegen das eingespielte Paar- Elisabeth als "bad guy" und Enzo als "good guy" -hat der Gast (auch mit Unterstützung durch booking.com wenn ich vorangegangene Bewertungen lese) keine Chance zu seinem Recht zu kommen. Dazu kommt, daß zusätzlich noch 20 € Reinigungsgebühr verlangt werden, für die wir ebenso wie für die gezahlte Tourismussteuer keine Quittung bekommen haben. Auch das scheint hier üblich zu sein. Wer sich so verhält sollte auf einem seriösen Portal nicht gelistet sein.

Un ringraziamento speciale ai proprietari per la loro incredibile accoglienza e disponibilità; ci hanno fatto sentire a casa sin dal primo momento. Rapporto qualità-prezzo imbattibile. • Adina (7/5): - Curat, confortabil, zona buna, accesul cu transportul in comun foarte bun pentru aeroport si Pompei. Am apreciat cafeaua in camera-capsule de cafea si aparatul. A trebuit să platim 20 euro in plus pentru curatenia standard de final, lucru care nu este deloc mentionat pe booking si asta m-a suparat din principiu. Din acest motiv am dat nota 7. In plus micul dejun inclus mentionat este compus din produse ambalate ieftine.

Nos aconsejó restaurantes buenos de la zona. Alojamiento muy cerca de la zona turística y llegamos al alojamiento andando cómodamente desde la estación de tren. Todo perfecto.
• Michal (4/5): An authentic Italian-style experience with a very expressive host – definitely memorable, read more - We really appreciated Elisabeth’s very confident and expressive communication style. It felt almost like being part of a real Italian household, where emotions and strong opinions are part of everyday interaction. Elisabeth explained to us that the price we paid somehow justified the situation, even though we did not receive the room we actually booked. This was an interesting interpretation of how reservations work. We also appreciated being told that we “probably don’t travel much,” which was surprising, especially considering we have travelled to more than 70 countries and have extensive experience with different types of accommodation. Her communication included shifting responsibility onto the guest, suggesting that the issue was caused by us, even in a situation where the booked room was clearly not provided. This added a very unique and memorable dynamic to the stay. Overall, while the accommodation itself did not match the reservation, Elisabeth’s communication style made the experience unforgettable in its own way. Shortly before arrival, Elisabeth requested an additional €20 cleaning fee, which was not clearly stated or agreed upon during the booking process. This created confusion and did not feel transparent. The main issue, however, is that we did not receive the room we booked and paid for. Instead, we were placed in a different room with only one bed. The originally booked room was clearly identified (both in the reservation and on the door), and during our stay it appeared to be unoccupied – we even checked it directly on-site, but were still not accommodated there. The reason for this was not explained. When we raised this issue, Elisabeth justified the situation by referring to the price and claimed that Booking did not inform her that we wanted two separate beds, suggesting that we should have requested this in advance. However, this is not accurate, as the reservation itself already included two separate beds, which was also confirmed by Booking support. As a result, we were forced to sleep as two unrelated adults on one mattress under one blanket during the first night, which is clearly unacceptable. There was also a foldable bed available on the property (which we later found ourselves in a storage space near the balcony), but Elisabeth did not inform us about it and did not offer it as a solution. Even after we requested help, she was not willing to resolve the situation that same evening, despite having the means to do so. The communication style was also problematic. Elisabeth repeatedly shifted responsibility onto us and used arguments that did not reflect the actual situation. If we were less experienced travellers, such communication could have easily felt uncomfortable or even intimidating. We also experienced pressure regarding check-out. Before the official check-out time, we were approached and asked to leave earlier, and shortly after that, the Wi-Fi access stopped working. This created the impression of being pushed to leave earlier than agreed

En başta şunu söylemek gerekir ki çalışanlar son derece yardımsever, anlayışlı ve samimiydi. Karşılaştığımız her konuda çözüm odaklı yaklaştılar ve insanı gerçekten rahat hissettiren bir ilgileri vardı. Bugün böyle içten, saygılı ve insani yaklaşım görmek çok kıymetli. Kendimizi sadece müşteri gibi değil, değer verilen misafirler gibi hissettik. Oda ısıtması normalde saat 6’da başlamasına rağmen oda çok kısa sürede ısındı ve beklediğimizden daha konforlu bir ortam oluştu. Ayrıca Vezüv manzarasını görmek gerçekten paha biçilemezdi; o görüntü bu deneyimi çok daha özel hale getirdi. Mahalle biraz göçmen ağırlıklı olabilir ama bu bizim için hiçbir sorun yaratmadı; herkes kendi hayatında ve sonuçta onlar da insan. Üstelik markete çok yakın olması günlük ihtiyaçlar açısından büyük kolaylık sağladı. Odada olması gereken her şey düşünülmüştü ve genel olarak kendimizi rahat hissettik. Açık konuşmak gerekirse, Napoli’de çok daha merkezi bir yerde kalmakla burada kalmak arasında düşündüğümüz kadar büyük bir fark yok. Bizim için önemli olan rahatlık, ilgi ve insan sıcaklığıydı; burada bunların hepsini gördük. Ayrıca Anna’ya özellikle teşekkür etmek isteriz. Güler yüzü, ilgisi ve zarif yaklaşımıyla bizim için bu deneyimi daha da güzel hale getirdi. Böyle insanlarla karşılaşmak her zaman mümkün olmuyor. Chauffage pas réglable, un peu de moisissure dans la salle de bain, serviettes qui sentaient parfois la cigarette, réaction allergique aux produits de nettoyage utilisés.

Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner proposé dans la chambre est correct. On n’a pas apprécié la literie : matelas creusé au milieu. A notre arrivée, on nous a demandé 20 euros de frais de ménage non prévus dans l’annonce. On nous a proposé la veille de notre arrivée de venir nous chercher à l’aéroport pour 15€, qui se sont transformés en 20€ en arrivant.

• NADIA (2/5): It spoiled our mood quite a bit. - Everything would have been great but I think they cheated us. They told us that there was construction going on on the 3rd floor and that we would go on the 3rd night to sleep in the room I had booked through Booking. The first 2 nights they gave us a lousy room on the 1st floor (something like a spare) with a lousy bed, lousy pillows, and no natural light at all. When they gave us the regular room on the 3rd floor on the 3rd day and last day of our reservation, which was really nice, we realized that the previous 2 nights they had given it to someone else and it wasn't about construction or anything like that... Unfortunately, I can't give a good review because of this incident.
• Boglárka (10/5): Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése a szállásnak, tiszta és kényekmes volt. - Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése a szállásnak, minden a közelben volt. Tiszta és kényelmes volt az apartman, a szállás adó pedig igazán kedves és segítőkész volt. Szívesen jönnék vissza ide. Az ajánlott étterem is tökéletes volt. A szálláson lévő cappuccino pedig a legjobb amit eddig ittam. :) Összességében imádtuk. Innen is köszönjük a figyelmességet!
• Patrik M. (9/5): Wirklich sehr angenehm. - Der Apartmentbesitzer war immer erreichbar, wenn etwas geklärt werden musste. Er hat uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt und hat uns eine kleine Tour durch das Viertel gegeben. Alle Dinge, die er uns in der Umgebung empfohlen hat, waren großartig, besonders die Essensempfehlungen! Das Zimmer war klein, aber super mit Balkon und schönem Bad. Jeden morgen ist eine Reinigungsfachkraft gekommen und hat das Zimmer gesäubert und mit Snacks und Kaffee ausgestattet. Der Standort des Apartments ist auch super, weil man direkt im neapolitanischen Chaos drin ist. Keine 10 Minuten Fußweg ist man im cantor istorico, wo man abends wirklich ne gute Zeit haben kann. Preis/Leistung stimmt hier 100%. Werde dieses Apartment defitiniv wieder buchen, wenn ich in Neapel bin. Das einzige, was man bemängeln könnte, war der wirklich sehr intensive Raumduft im Eingangsbereich. Das ehrlich gesagt war’s mir egal, weil der Rest gestimmt hat.

Gyönyörű kilátás a Vezúvra, egészpontosan lehet látni ahogy kel fel a nap a Vezúv mögött az ágyból/teraszról. Az adókat ahogy a Booking is jelzi helyben kell fizetni, viszont van egy kis plusz díj amit szinten kell a takarításért. Volt egy kis félreértésünk a fizetnivalóval kapcsolatban és amit még nem tapasztaltam, teljesen korrekten megoldottunk. Nem lehúzásról szól, hanem a vendégszeretetről/visszavárásról! Nagyon aranyosak! Ha reggelit is választasz ne lepődj meg, kontinentális reggelit kapsz. Ha fázós vagy, hozz magaddal papucsot. De nem vészes zokniban is a kő hőmérséklete.

Siamo stati collocati senza alcuna spiegazione in un bnb diverso da quello qui indicato, presumibilmente affiliato e situato nello stesso palazzo. Camera senza sapone (solo bustine di shampoo), né abat jour, e con peli (ciglia e altro) sulle lenzuola. Condizionatore non funzionante. Signora delle pulizie che ha tentato di entrare in camera e ha bussato poi ripetutamente dai tre quarti d’ora prima dell’orario indicato per il checkout (10:00).

Supermärkte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nicht erkennbar, schwer zu finden. Frühstück inbegriffen(verpackte Minikräcker, verpackte Croissant, 2 Kaffekapseln, 2 Teebeuteln, 2 mini James. Das ist alles, billiger geht es nicht). 2 von 3 gebuchter Nächte gab es kein warmes Wasser fürs Duschen. Erst zum dritten Tag wurde der Wasserboiler repariert. Viel Müll auf der Straße vor dem Haus, so wie fette Raten abends im Gegend.
• yi (9/5): 性价比高，适合家庭旅行 - 地利位置非常好，出门对面就是去庞贝的私铁车站，楼下151就可以去蛋堡等著名景点，即使步行也可以。楼下餐饮非常多，还有菜市场可以买新鲜的水果。离中央车站也近。房间比较宽敞，虽然楼很老，但房间装修的比较新，卫生间干净。被寝舒适。性价比高。房东是意大利老夫妇，很友善。唯一美中不足是我们等送钥匙的时间比较长，可能因为我们去的比预计晚了。总之非常适合家庭旅行。
• Sanja (10/5): Odličan i izuzetno čist smještaj na dobroj lokaciji - Izuzetno ljubazni i predusretljivi domaćini, spremni da pomognu u svakom trenutku . Lokacija odlična zbog blizine dvije željezničke stanice i prevoza za aerodrom i sa aerodroma . Takođe pogodno za obilazak istorijskog centra , i ostalih znamenitosti. Čistoća smještaja izuzetna , svakodnevno se čisti i mijenjaju peškiri po potrebi . Doručak je u stvari kroasan , tost, čaj i kafa koje vam domaćini ostavljaju svakodnevno u sobi , sasvim dovoljno za jutarnje okrepljenje . Preporuka za ovaj smještaj i sve pohvale za domaćine Enza i Elisu.

They had prepared a breakfast platter for us with croissants, toast and jam and we also had the option to make espresso or cappuccino. But what won us over was Enzo!!!! An amazing guy, very helpful, kind, with humor, who welcomed us and made us feel at home.

Di fronte c'è la Circumvesuviana che abbiamo preso per visitare gli scavi di Pompei, in mezz'ora si è li. Parcheggio con garage di fronte a pagamento comodissimo. Pulizia impeccabile e letti comodi, la signora disponibile per qualsiasi necessità e molto cordiale. Sulla strada sotto l'alloggio 3 fantastiche pasticcerie e una fa anche pizze e ristorante. Po příjedu jsme byli požádáni o přesunutí na poslední noc do jiného pokoje. Z údajné kolize bookingu o daný termín. Poslední noc byla nevyhovující, matrace proležele, s manželem jsme celou noc padali do středu matrace. Noví sousedé se vraceli kolem půlnoci i s dětmi do ubytování, absolutní nerespekt, že tam nebydlí sami.

• alice (10/5): bellissimo consiglio tanto un grande grazie a elisabet - per cominciare un grazie a Elisabet sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza, cordiale in ogni momento gentile e molto accogliente, il soggiorno perfetto, posizione molto comoda vicino alla stazione centrale. la stanza sempre pulita arieggiata letto comodissimo e la tv si collega tranquillamente a internet, il terrazzino ha affaccio con vista , la cucina molto pulita dotata di elettrodomestici del cibo per la colazione e addirittura la moka. bagno pulitissimo doccia spaziosa e vasca rialzata perfetta per rilassarsi.
• Angelica Maria (9/5): Buena elección - La ubicación es perfecta, a unos pasos de la estación central de Nápoles, nos recibió Enzo muy amablemente, nos dio todas las indicaciones del lugar y hasta nos llevó a una pizzería cercana para cenar (la mejor pizza de Nápoles), nos dejaban tostadas, mermelada y café para todas las mañanas y estaban pendientes de lo que necesitábamos. Lo único fue que el colchón de la cama era un poco blando para mi gusto y la ducha demasiado pequeña.

• Zoltán (10/5): Tiszta, rendezett, felszerelt és családias. - A Home Elisabet-et választottuk a szálláshelyünknek egy csajos hétvégére a nővéremmel. A szobánk rendezett és tiszta volt, mindenünk megvolt amire szükségünk volt. Díj ellenében a szoba tisztaságáról minden nap gondoskodtak. Ami különlegessé tette az ottlétünket az a szállásadóink Elisabet és Enzo kedvessége és gondoskodása volt. Enzo segített a transzferrel kétszer is, számíthattunk rá ha nyomtatnunk kellet vagy bármi gondunk volt. A szállás lokációja tökéletes, a szoba kilátása egyenesen a Vezúvra nézett. Ennek a szálláshelynek lelke van! Ha fel szeretnéd fedezni Nápolyt, és környékét kitűnő választás a Home Elisabet! Lányokként este nem mertünk kimerészkedni este, de nem ért minket semmi atrocitás.

Gazda extrem de primitoare, atentă și ne-a oferit informații utile despre oras si imprejurimi, ne-a ajutat cu transport aeroport! Cu siguranță recomandam acest loc și ne-am intoarce cu drag !
• Angelika (1/5): Ganz schlecht und sehr ärgerlich! - Wir konnten die ersten drei Tage die Unterkunft nicht beziehen, weil da noch Gäste waren. Der Anbieter hat uns dann eine andere Unterkunft gezeigt, die aber bei weitem nicht der Kategorie entsprach, die wir gebucht haben und zwar ein Deluxe Studio. Wir teilten dem Besitzer mit, dass wir die Unterkunft nicht akzeptieren. Daraufhin ging er und wir mussten in diesem Zimmer über eine Stunde warten. Darauf hin habe ich für die 3 Tage eine andere Unterkunft gebucht. Erschwerend kommt dazu, dass die Besitzer nur italienisch und keinen Brocken englisch gesprochen haben. Nach 3 Tagen haben wir die Unterkunft bezogen, die aber auch nicht dem entsprach, was wir gebucht haben (keine Küche usw.). Das Frühstück, das mitgebucht wurde stellte sich als abgepacktes Gebäck heraus (eines pro Person). Also alles in allem sehr enttäuschend und ärgerlich. Zuletzt noch der Hinweis, das dieses Vorgehen schon häufiger vorkam, ich habe das in den Kommentaren gelesen, leider erst zu spät. HÄNDE WEG VON DIESER UNTERKUNFT!!!!

• hardy (1/5): - First of all some other person came to receive us below the property and we were late like 3minutes we reached the property by 11.03pm they told us to pay extra 20euros for each person at that time and asked 38euros altogether we don't have cash. We have only 10euros so he said okay I will take this tomorrow pay the rest. Next day this woman texted us asking for 38euros we said we already have 10euros. But the same guy who received us came and talked so rude saying that no you didn't give me any money. Total lier. They don't look like genuine people. Full fraud they didn't mention on website about late fees and after person entered the house, the talked tactically and got extra money. I wouldn't recommend. They don't speak any English not even basic English. They only texted and spoke in Italian we had to put on Google lens and translate all the rude text. Very bad .
• Enrique (8/5): Excelente estancia en Napoles - Nos alojamos solo una noche en casa de Elisabeth, ya que era nuestra última parada del viaje por la costa antes de salir temprano hacia el aeropuerto. Desde el primer momento la comunicación fue excelente: llegamos a Nápoles sobre las 12:00 y, aunque el check-in era a las 14:00, Elisabeth nos respondió enseguida que la habitación ya estaba lista y podíamos entrar antes. La ubicación muy buena: a solo 9 minutos caminando desde la estación central y en una calle principal muy segura. El alojamiento está en una tercera planta con ascensor, y Elisabeth nos recibió personalmente en la puerta. Fue súper amable y simpática, además hablaba un poco de español, lo que hizo todo mucho más fácil. Nápoles es una ciudad que, en una primera impresión, puede asustar un poco por sus fachadas antiguas, las calles algo sucias y el tráfico caótico. Pero justamente eso es lo que le da su encanto e identidad. Por eso, al llegar al alojamiento, puede sorprender un poco que la entrada del edificio parezca vieja o tenga mala pinta; sin embargo, una vez entras al apartamento, todo cambia por completo: está totalmente reformado, moderno, cómodo y se siente muy seguro. El apartamento es muy completo: baño grande, cocina bien equipada y una cama muy cómoda. Agradecimos mucho el detalle de bienvenida con cápsulas de café, tostadas con mermelada y croasanes. Además, como salíamos a las 5 de la mañana hacia el aeropuerto, Elisabeth se encargó de organizar nuestro traslado. Enzo nos recogió puntualmente y llegamos sin problemas, lo cual nos dio mucha tranquilidad. En resumen, recomiendo totalmente este alojamiento a quien visite Nápoles y busque un sitio bien ubicado, cómodo y seguro para descansar después de un día intenso en esta ciudad caótica pero con muchísimo encanto. Nada, todo acorde a la descripción.

Camere molto accoglienti, sia la pulizia e sia il rifacimento. Colazione all'altezza, pulizia al TOP, nulla da dire. In più la.sigora Elisabetta e il suo marito Enzo, sono due persone a dir poco squisite, cordiali, da VERI AMICI, ve lo consiglio a occhi chiusi. Ci ritornerei altre 100 volte. COMPLIMENTI, continuate così.....tutto vi ritorna. Assolutamente niente.
