• Anna (7/5): Disappointing - Great clean apartment with everything you need. Everything inside was pretty new. It was freezing cold there (on March 15). There was no central heating and both air conditioners were really weak. Even the bathroom was so cold, that taking a shower with hot water and good pressure, I was still freezing and felt the cold from the walls and the floor. I barely survived the night there. This is the first time that I slept in my down coat in a rented apartment. And it wasn't enough, because I woke up at 2 a.m., feeling that I'm catching a cold. So I spend the rest of the night drinking hot tea an searching for another apartment. The manager suggested bringing me a radiator "some time tomorrow", but I didn't know how strong it was and doubted that it would be enough to quickly warm such a cold apartment. I didn't want to risk my health, so I left. I requested a return of money. I booked the apartment for 7 days and the returned me money only for 3 nights, which was quite disappointing. After this apartment I rented several other apartments for short stay, until I found one for long-term stay, and none of them was like this. And I noticed that some owners even warmed the apartments before my arrival. So I can say that such cold is not normal for apartments in Sofia. Overall great apartment and I probably would have had a great time there (I even wanted to book it for couple of months) if it wasn't this cold. I can advise it for summer but not for other seasons.

• Veneta (4/5): - Не останах доволна от мястото. Снимките са подвеждащи – изглежда, че е в друга, по-хубава сграда, а реално е в блок. Няма гараж, паркира се на улицата. Вътре беше прашно и задушно, не беше проветрено. Не искам да влизам в повече подробности, но на мен не ми хареса и определено не си заслужава цената, но всеки си има вкус!
• Vyara (10/5): Great apartment made with taste and thought - Apartment was very clean and the info for the self check in was very clear. The place had everything needed. A proper espresso machine is only thing missing this place.
