• Darren (9/5): Clean, has everything, great location looking forward to booking stay no 5. - Stayed heat on 4 separate occasions now, great location and a great little town. The bath is very romantic in its setting etc. but take care when using the shower head, be amazing if there was a proper shower but understand it would be hard to fit given the layout.
• Irene (8/5): Lovely place to explore the English countryside - Lovely location, the quietness of the area but still accessible to bars, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. We loved the coziness of the studio, perfect for two. Overall it was very equipped, we missed a little coffee machine and a thicker curtain upstairs, as it geta light very early now.
• Bethany (10/5): Hidden Gem - Amazing little property, very cozy, sofas are very comfortable, location is very nice next to shops and the local pub so good for good weather, owner is very caring as messaged him about a concern and he rang me immediately. Honestly a hidden gem and good value for money The amount of woodlice we encountered likely due to the type of property.

• Lesley (10/5): - Our very favourite place. 4th stay, with two more booked this year! Lovely decor, very comfy bed and nice wee finishing touches. The bottle of fizz in the fridge was a real treat. Best place to stay in the best wee town in Northumberland 👍 Nothing. It's perfect.

• Jackie (9/5): Beautiful cottage in a great location - Central location Everything provided in kitchen even kitchen roll and in the bathroom ie shampoo and conditioner and plenty of toilet rolls Even with the central heating on the downstairs felt a bit cold and draughty (upstairs was lovely and warm though)

It contains every thing needed for shelf catering and has a lovely courtyard area for relaxing in the summer. I would thoroughly recommend this little gem and will be doing so to our friends and family. Thank you Chris for such a lovely place to stay.

• Lynda (9/5): Great location, very quiet accommodation and had everything you need. - Great location, everything that you needed for a few days stay. Very quiet. Cleaning could be better, lots of cobwebs everywhere. Both blinds broken in the bedroom so had to ‘botch’ them so we could sleep.

• Lesley (10/5): One of THE BEST places we have ever stayed! - Everything!! Well equipped, comfy bed, spotlessly clean, amazing location. Nothing. Just be aware there's no separate shower, but totally worth it to have such a beautiful bath!

Lovely, comfortable bed and the bath was amazing. Loved it so much we’re having one put in our bedroom at home. The situation was just right for us and our dog, so close to lovely walks by the riverside and handy for shops, restaurants and pubs. Nothing.

• Edward (10/5): Great little base from which to explore many of Northumberland’s attractions. - Location close to National Trust Cragside and situated in Rothbury with its handful of places to eat and independent shops. The fish and chips from the local chippy were delicious. Beautifully clean and very well equipped. Plenty of free car parking close by. Nothing

• Jeffrey (7/5): Will not return - The location was fine. This is a unit that is not fit for people who have trouble going up stairs. The bathtub in the preview looks really cool, but is sorta stupid and hard to use. The owner suggested that we take out the trash, break down the sheets, and leave the unit as clean as we found it. WTF !!! why are we playing for this unit when we are now hired to help clean it on departure. Give me a break !!! Lots

Not a complaint as in general it was clean but some areas Could be cleaner,quite a few cobwebs & dead wood lice on floor between bath & toilet area. Dont think the security light at the back is working,it didn’t bother us but just to let you know.

• Anne (9/5): Really relaxing, enjoyed fabulous walks followed by meals and drinks all on the door step. - A perfect and spacious studio for 1 or 2 people. Well equipped for self catering, especially the kitchen and bathroom with plenty of storage space. Chris was very helpul and friendly when I rang him. Bottle of prosecco was a lovely little touch. Location excellent, right in the centre of Rothbury. Not so much what I didn't like, rather what I had difficulty with. I'm a small person, I struggled to reach the key box, and I found it quite tricky to gain entry to the box.

• Darren (10/5): I love Rothbury, I love Linden Studio - I will be back. - Stayed there twice now and will certainly look to stay again, I love the location, the studio has everything you need for a few days away. Being picky - and as much as I love a bath - I do like a shower and the bath/shower setup is not ideal for that.

• Elayne (9/5): Weekend Break - Really Quaint Cottage, great location, with everything you need, owner Chris is so helpful and thoughtful. Local Italian Restaurant is so good, and local delicatessen has great homemade sausage rolls and yummy cakes.

I will deffo be recommending this but also will be back but for longer next time we didn't want to leave

• Becky (10/5): Absolutely beautiful ❤️ - Beautiful studio, absolutely immaculate. Nice bottle of prosecco in the fridge and a cute little wooden mouse to take home as a reminder of our stay. Loved it 😍 The only fault was the lock was a bit tricky on the front door when you were trying to get out. Don't know if it was just me being daft or not. Other than that I can't fault the place, it was beautiful, clean and had everything you needed. Excellent location.
• Rio (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, clean and spacious inside really done to a high standard, the kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed the bottle of wine was a lovely touch also! The bed was very comfortable and the bath is absolutely beautiful really nice for relaxing after a long walk. The parking was good had no issues getting parked on arrival, the location was really good close to everything on the high street only a stones throw away from the local shops and pubs. The garden is nice also but didn’t get much use as it was cold. We throughly enjoyed are stay for our wedding anniversary, Would definitely visit here again. N/A

The delightful furnished back patio was very pretty although we didn’t get the opportunity to use it as the weather was not in our favour . Right in the centre of the village. Easy parking . Felt a perfect mix of traditional old cottage with the mod cons you'd want. Would definitely return A proper shower may have been useful, although I understand with the small amount of space this may be difficult.
