LA FALTA DE LIMPIEZA: al llegar al apto. encontramos patatas fritas en el suelo; suciedad acumulada en los rodapies, en el baño y en la terraza. LA FALTA DE ESPACIO y EQUIPACIÓN para prepararse un café o algo caliente por la mañana o por la noche.

• Margaret (4/5): One night enough because we couldn’t have a shower. - The location was perfect. There was dust everywhere, even inside the wardrobes. No hot water. No heating. Clutter everywhere. Half a toilet roll. 3 mugs but 7 of us there. Only one bin in the bathroom. Nothing in the kitchen. Outdoor area that was too dirty to use.
• Beau (2/5): Would not recommend - The location was perfect. The cleanliness was poor, there was mould, paint falling off the walls, layer of dust all over. The toilet didn’t flush which made the stay very unpleasant.

• Sacha (1/5): If you want a good night sleep, do not stay here!!! - Location Noisy!!!,Vibrating boiler pump sound?,vibrating fridge also.Nousey guests and neighbours.Dirty,rubbish and mouth card left in a draw,uncomfortable bed.Was moved from cold damp room with no phone signal,to this one.Drain unblocker liquid in bathroom,gurgling sink,rubbish tiny shower and head,not powerful shower,maybe eco!!,broken front plinth at base of shower toilet seat that didn’t fit ripped curtain and the list goes on crackly TV pixelated et cetera. Tide property needs updating few nice bits but Overall no needs repairing cleaning and modernising.. also that sound needs to be sorted out. It literally vibrates through the bed when you’re trying to sleep I changed beds three times as I booked a room with beds in it I tried them all. I’m furious that I hardly got any sleep which is the reason why I went there to catch up on sleep as I’ve got no neighbours as it is. also, the front door won’t shut properly, always really a bit temperamental when I woke up and left it was open. I think it was broken. There was also a black box near main front door inside , which clearly was for mice control.. I remember seeing another review that there had been mice when I was reading whilst I was there. I really didn’t think it was gonna be that bad. These are only some of the pics, et cetera of my stay. I mean, the guy did try to help by moving me to another room but I simply wasn’t happy with that in the end. It wouldn’t have mattered where I slept. It was very noisy where he’d move me to. I also didn’t like the way he kept saying to me to listen you don’t speak to people like that . The only positive was the fat that it was in Knightsbridge and I liked the. Storage baskets in the room.. the window brackets didn’t work if you looked at the window or you saw was dirt and mould. I love the fact they were high ceilings just as well. So if you want a good night sleep, do not stay here. It’s just not up to scratch even when I could move rooms.

La rue est paisible Le métro Knightbright a proximité rend cet appartement bien desservi L'hôte se rend disponible de manière réactive lors des échanges L'appartement ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos sur l'annonce. Celui dans lequel nous avons logé ne semblait pas récemment rénové L'appartement n'était pas très propre Il est également très mal insonorisé (nous avons rencontré des problèmes de tapage avec les voisins au dessus durant tout le séjour) Les sols gondolaient au niveau de la chambre Le filet d'eau était très réduit Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le lit parapluie car il y avait du vomi dessus Cela pose un réel souci quant à l'hygiène et la propreté surtout quand nous venons avec des enfants Nous sommes très déçus
• Aiman (2/5): Not a pleasant experience at all and would not recommend it. - Location It was not clean at all and the apartment was cold and the heating did not work. Apart from that, you can hear the neighbours as if they are with you in the same room.

• Robert (8/5): Very good value for money - Convenient, warm, comfortable, sensible price. Rubbish in drawers, tea bags were raspberry(!), loo seat and loo roll holder were broken but that was adequately reflected in the price - so very happy.
• Kholoud (7/5): - It’s Nice place, specially the location to Harrods road. It in good neighborhood as it’s quite and clean. Cleaning was good and they provided towels. It’s more personal place and it has personal things around. Not quite sure of bed sheets and towels cleaning, i had to use mine mostly.

• Elaine (8/5): - Excellent location next to Harrods. Very safe of a night. Small room with a double bed and a single. Nice bathroom with toiletries and hairdryer. Nice hot shower. Kettle and cups. A teaspoon would have been handy. Overall we had a great stay and even though a few negatives the location and price along with communication mean I would definitely consider staying here again. Towels and bedding were clean but old and tired. Electrics need updating, not sure they were completely safe. Kettle didn't quite reach the plug socket.

• Leanne (7/5): Great location at a bargain price. - The location was perfect, just round the corner from Harrods. Close to tube station. It had a little courtyard which was a lovely surprise. It was a bit tired and dusty in places.
• Imelda (6/5): Great property, great location, a couple of issues that hopefully host will fix. - Great location. Easy, remote check with, with clear instructions on getting key. Great size apartment with comfortable beds. The neighbours and neighbourhood was really quite, and the building was away from the main road so no traffic noise. Lovely balcony area with seats, that could be accessed via large sash windows. 1. The front door to the building didn't close fully itself, needed to be pushed closed. Twice when returning to the property the front door was off the lock. The door to the apartment was locked though. 2. You couldn't lock the large sash windows that lead out to the balcony area. They would be extremely difficult to open from the outside, but still possible. 3. Floor and walls in the bathroom were dirty and grubby. The toilets, sink and shower looked clean and the rest of the apartment was clean, but the dirty walls and floor gave a grubby feeling. 4. Couldn't contact the host between 2pm-5pm on the day of check in. I couldn't manage the lock on the front door (my fault) but couldn't get through to host for assistance.

Había muchos alargues... Y zapatillas. Deberían poner atención a esos temas. Puede mejorar algunas cosas y llegarían a un 10
• Bety del Valle Arzagoiti (9/5): - La ubicacion , y las instalaciones son muy comodas , el unico detalle es que fallaban los contactos electricos al momento de tratar de cargar los celulares o usar la pistola para secar el pelo, pero despues de todo eso, todo muy bien, 100% recomendado. Q no pude cargar loa celulares o usar aparatos electronicos.
• Mardi (8/5): Small basement room, in excellent location. - Host was very prompt with replying to messages and help with getting into the apartment. The location was brilliant - nothing to complain about there. Not sure 3 beds was necessary, as it is a very small room, and a double bed, with more room to move around would have been sufficient. Lack of power points/electrical outlets was a frustration.

La verdad es que Isaac es atento, y envío una chica a limpiar el segundo día....pero poco podía hacer con productos de limpieza. Se anuncia apartamento de 2 habitaciones cuando realmente la 2a cama de matrimonio está en el comedor. Suciedad extrema , no es algo que se quite limpiando, hay que tirar el apartamento al suelo. Teóricamente esta en el mejor barrio de Londres pero no sirve de nada porque es propiedad de árabes de mucho dinero, por lo que tampoco sientes que estás en el auténtico Londres, lujo escandaloso. No volvería al barrio más que para ver Harrods como anécdota. Fotos del interior de la nevera para que os hagáis una idea...

• Danny (1/5): Worst place to stay ever - Nothing there was a smell in whole flat and food on the floor , someone’s fake eyelash on the floor , rubbish in bedside table , had to get cleaning products and clean the flat , beds have no spring well they do as you can feel the springs and 2 random mattress up against the wall , hairs in the bed and in the shower the place obviously hadn’t been cleaned so not happy and someone kept trying to open the door in the room that Leeds to another part of the building Everything

Feels like the place needs a little tender love and care - and you could ask double the price. Now it felt a bit like a student house. Shame, has huge potential.

• Jessica (8/5): Convenient, good location, easy checking in and out . - The property was very conveniently located, right next to a Mc Donald’s for convenient food. Also very close to a little Waitrose! Really close to Knightsbridge tube station as well as Harrods - so location was perfect. Very close to the gorgeous V&A museum too!! We stayed in the budget room which was perfect for our needs, has everything you need for a stay in London including a fridge which was really convenient. Checking in and out was really easy! We were contacted via Whatsapp and given clear instructions on how to self check in. Flat came with a key for the outside door and the flat itself - no hassle at all. Overall a really lovely place for a short stay in London! Very convenient :) As a budget option these were to be expected but the furniture and things were a little worn down - didn’t impact our stay at all as we used the flat as a convenient base for exploring.
• Robert (1/5): Bad - The location The photos on booking.com are very misleading as the flat we got given was very run down and dirty with sockets broken and hanging off the wall and windows that are very draughty and noisy You can hear every noise from neighbours and people above who were running around till 1 in the morning

• Rebecca (1/5): This place needs to be thoroughly cleaned, this obviously had not been done for a while. - The communication was really good. Location was very good. The place was really dirty, it seems they may have had an issue with damp at some point, there was mould on the back of the doors and the skirting boards were filthy. The patio door was mucky and the patio outside was dirty with someone’s sliders and an ashtray left out there. There were loads of almost empty bottles of shower gel etc in the shower. The photos used were not of the room we had - bathroom was completely different.

• Coyle (10/5): Very Good Value - Overall everything was good. Waste bin was a bit too tiny. Fans came in real handy as aircoolers worked but we're a bit noisy. No Anti- Slip mat for the Shower...much needed for us + 70 year old folk.
• Iram (7/5): Good short stay in the heart of London - The property was spacious and well situated right near Harrods’ and a short walk away from natural history museum and V&A gallery. The properties facilities had seen better days and on arrival the property was not clean. We ended up cleaning the kitchen to make sure it was fit for purpose.

• Patricia (6/5): Helpful Host, great location! - The best thing about this property is the location you are a stones throw from Harrods, lots of restaurants, boots and pharmacies. The host leaves shampoos and body washes in the shower, the robes were a nice touch but one was very stained. For me it the little things that matter- There was an old watered down soap dispenser, we had to buy more soap and toilet paper. The toilet paper holder was broken and kept falling off. The private balcony was a little oversold. The next door neighbors were watching an inappropriate movie late at night, drinking and laughing until 3 am. No quiet hours.

Furniture was falling apart, bathroom had no heating, shower was so small that you could hardly move, no hot water in kitchen, no table so had to eat on the bed. The mattress had springs sticking out, cutlery and glasses were very dirty, too many other issues to name.

• Lesley (9/5): Who needs the Ritz? Perfect value break in central London - Fantastic location- close to tube station and literally round the corner from Harrods. Easy walk to Sloane Square and Kensington/Hyde Park and Museums. Excellent value for money. Our room had small outside space - which would be brilliant in warmer weather. Room was very warm. Use of kitchen could be arranged. As room was ready we could check in early and then store cases elsewhere in property on departure day. All staff very friendly and willing to help. An excellent find! Excellent value - but this is not for those who like 5 star living. No bath plug - but shower fine. Bedding and linen mis matched - would not suit some. Evidence of damp round patio doors - but we were in basement. Took us a little while to find keys - but were being dithery and not reading instructions properly. For a value break in the heart of central London I really should not fault it!
• Jo (9/5): Great stay and location! - Great location , less than 10 minutes walk to Knightsbridge tube station , and shops/restaurants/Bars on the next street. The apartment was very spacious and had toiletries,coffee and treats. A lovely stay, clean, central, and the host was very easy to contact with any queries .

• Ht (1/5): Would not book again and would not recommend to anyone. - Location was very convenient for where I wanted to be in London. The property was not the one in the picture I saw when booking the one night stay. Bedding was all mismatched. Tiles and grout in the bathroom were not clean. There was noise from other apartments into the early hours of the morning.

• Michael (5/5): The entrance was dark , no information on the pantry and washing /drier that could be used - going down to the stairs to the room and the pantry was not informed
• Andrew (9/5): Fantastic Location, great value... - Concise check in instructions, with good detail. Early check in was available, which was a massive advantage to me No info documents in the room. Mobile data signal is poor but nothing can be done about that, just one of those things. There is WiFi but the code is not easily visible and outside the room in the hallway. More info in the room would be welcome.

• Michael (1/5): Avoid. Unless you are happy with subpar. They did refund my money for the night I cancelled. - Nothing. It was not pleasant. Cancelled the second night and got a refund. That was the best part. To be honest that impressed me the most is they repaid the second night without issue. I was expecting a fuss, but no, a simple, quick, honest refund, I was happy about that. The room was a basement, the photograph above shows a first floor flat. The smell was musty, the bedding was mismatched, there was a kettle and a cup, but nothing else. The TV was tiny and on a wall not in line with the bed. There were too few plug sockets and they were far from anywhere useable. The courtyard outside the room funnelled the water from the roof into an open drain that dripped loudly all night preventing me from sleeping properly. The bathroom was ok, it had the remnants from previous occupiers shampoos and soaps there was no consistency with anything about the room. Clearly they are leveraging the brand of Harrods but I doubt they have anything to do with the brand, other than being a couple of streets away.
