Löcher in der Wand für Belüftung, dadurch hört man alles Geräusche von draussen Zahlung nur mit Cash Bettwäsche fühlte sich immer feucht an, was ein etwas komisches Gefühl war Etwas Ameisen wenn man Essen hat

• Francesca (10/5): Un angolo di paradiso! - Il Pratama House è un angolo di paradiso a due passi dalla via principale ma situato in una stradina tranquilla e immersa nella natura. Nella stessa stradina ci sono inoltre tantissimi posti molto buoni dove poter mangiare. La camera era di una pulizia impeccabile, di grandi dimensioni, e molto confortevole. L’atmosfera che si respira è veramente magica, i proprietari sono gentilissimi e per qualsiasi cosa pronti ad aiutarti. Sono stata 5 notti ma sarei rimasta volentieri di più se avessi potuto.
• stephanie (9/5): Peaceful homestay with a kind family - I stayed at Pratama House for 2 weeks!! And it was a great stay. The family that owns the home is sooo nice! They were so friendly and I appreciated our conversations. The room was a nice size as was the restroom. The room would get cleaned each day. Gusti, the owner of the home helped me find a driver to take me to the waterfalls and also helped me find a gym nearby, and also recommended some cooking classes. He was so nice! Additionally, I had a sciatica injury and he helped me with some ice. Such a kind host. The home was also peaceful and quiet. It was overall a good experience!! I would recommend others to stay here. The lighting of the room and the difficulty with the wifi when using my phone. The wifi didn't work well with my phone, it did work well with my laptop.

También tienen dispenser de agua fría y caliente que está muy bien. El lugar es hermoso,hay mucha paz y los dueños son muy amorosos y serviciales. Nosotros por un retraso del vuelo llegamos muy tarde, y nos dieron todas las comodidades para entrar a la habitación a la 1:30 de la mañana. Muchas gracias y ojalá podamos volver pronto

• Shen (10/5): - 一段很棒的烏布文化藝術村旅行，住到這裡非常棒的環境，床鋪非常好睡一覺到天亮，設備又很好有桌子又有私人陽台在這可以讓我喝咖啡放鬆很喜歡。 老闆又很貼心，因為怕冷多給我一條毯子，每天還沒起床陽台就有一瓶煮沸的熱水，實在很貼心。 還有很棒的就是洗澡的水溫非常穩定水量有充足洗澡洗頭非常舒服舒緩身心。 還有因為住了七個晚上老闆也很照顧有什麼問題，會盡量幫我解決謝謝老闆老闆娘的照顧 住宿出門回家要走一點上下坡到烏布主街大約10分鐘。如果有早餐會更好，不用為了早餐去張羅。

Very quiet place and very clean. Every morning we got hot water to use for tea or coffee. I wish we couldve stayed longer :)
• Jenna (6/5): Günstige Unterkunft, ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen - Lage ist gut Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen - die Tür zum Zimmer hängt nicht mehr richtig ein, die Waschbecken könnten erneuert werden, das Bett ist nicht sonderlich komfortabel, es ist auch auf Nachfrage keine bargeldlose Zahlung möglich (definitiv nicht zeitgemäß)

The place is a Balinese house with a very peaceful inner courtyard and its own mini temple where offerings are made every day. The accommodation is very spacious and comfortable, separated from the main streets of Ubud, with no noise or traffic. On the other hand, the main street is a 5-minute walk away, with the Ubud temple nearby and the monkey forest a 20-minute walk away. In the surrounding area, you will find all the necessary services, including a supermarket, restaurants, motorcycle rental, and a laundromat. Nothing to say about this.

• MARA (8/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo - Belle e comode le camere deluxe. Invece non consiglierei la camera standard al Primo Piano: non essendoci condizionatore si sente odore di umidità. Appena fuori dal centro e quindi dal caos, si raggiunge comunque tutto con una breve passeggiata I proprietari sono cortesi e disponibili. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Peccato manchi la possibilità di fare colazione anche se a pochi minuti c’è un locale molto valido quindi di fatto per noi non ha impattato. Camera standard piccola e con odore di umidità.

• Celeste (10/5): Excelente :) - Las instalaciones geniales, es una casa tradicional indonesa con su propio templo, donde hacen ofrendas también. Los dueños muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar, incluso encontré un gatito bebé bajo la lluvia y les pedí ayuda para evitar que algo malo le pase, y lo cuidaron y alimentaron aunque ya tenían otros gatitos. No sé si finalmente lo adoptaron porque es una gran responsabilidad, pero el hecho de haberle salvado la vida es algo que dice mucho de la calidad de personas que son :) Disfruté mucho estar en este alojamiento, y está muy bien ubicado en verdad, he ido caminando o en gojek a todos los sitios sin ningun problema.

• Virginia Trillo (10/5): - Buena ubicación y limpieza diaria Pratama House está a solo 10 minutos caminando del centro de Ubud. La calle donde se encuentra puede parecer desolada al principio, pero en realidad tiene movimiento durante todo el día: hay turistas paseando, muchas guest houses, un supermercado y varios warungs en la misma cuadra, lo que lo hace muy conveniente. La habitación estaba muy limpia y la limpian todos los días, lo cual se valora mucho. Tiene ducha de agua caliente y en la zona común siempre hay agua caliente disponible para prepararte un café, té o mate. No tiene aire acondicionado, pero el ventilador de techo es más que suficiente para descansar bien. En resumen, una opción cómoda, práctica y bien ubicada para disfrutar de Ubud sin complicaciones.

Il y’a beaucoup de bruit, ce n’est pas très insonorisé ( personnellement ça ne me dérange pas mais cela peut souvent être un problème pour d’autre personne )

• Maria (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno - Ottima guesthouse, pulita, in una via tranquilla ma vicina al centro e numerosi ristoranti. C'è l'acqua calda nella doccia e caffè a volontà. La ventola sul soffitto era più che sufficiente per rinfrescare. Il proprietario è una persona assai gentile e disponibile, ci ha permesso di lasciare i cartoni delle nostre biciclette in attesa del nostro ritorno e dato suggerimenti su cosa vedere nell'isola.

Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und doch mitten im Zentrum von Ubud. 5min zu Fuss die Strasse runter und schon ist man mitten im Getümmel. 😁 Ich würde jederzeit wieder ein Zimmer dort buchen, Preis-Leistung ist hervorragend. Nichts.

• Lennard (9/5): - Schöner Ort in der Stadt. In Laufnähe gibt es Restaurants und der Markt ist ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Zimmer ist groß und ordentlich gehalten. Vor dem Zimmer gibt es einen Tisch wo immer heißes Wasser für Tee oder Kaffee vorgehalten wird. Leider kann man nur mit Bargeld bezahlen.

• Hildegard (9/5): Absolut empfehlenswert, so liebe Gastgeber - Sehr empfehlenswert! Sehr sauber und aufmerksame Besitzer. Man musste nach nichts fragen, was in Indonesien selten ist. Immer saubere Handtűcher, genug Toilettenpapier und jeden Tag dafűr gesorgt, dass Alles ordentlich ist. Auch ein Duschkopf, der mal nicht verkalkt war und super heisses Wasser lieferte und das das Badezimmer nicht unter Wasser stand nach dem duschen. Ich komme wieder, wenn ich in Ubud bin. Das einzige waren die Nachtischlampen, die einfach zu dunkel waren, sollte man vielleicht mal hellere Birnen reinschrauben, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau:-))
• Hiroko (9/5): ゆったりとした時間を過ごせました - とてもフレンドリーで、笑顔の素敵なご家族が経営されています。部屋は十分な広さでお湯もたっぷり出て快適に過ごすことができました。Wi-Fiが少し不安定なのですが、それを除けば全てパーフェクトです。朝ご飯はありませんが、テラスにお湯の入ったポットとインスタントのコーヒーとコップを置いてくれています。朝テラスに座りながらぼーっと外を眺めて、コーヒーを飲む時間がとても幸せでした。周囲には安価に食べられるご飯屋さんがたくさんありますし、カフェもあるので飲食には困りませんでした。むしろ表通りのお店は観光地価格で一気に値段が上がるので、この場所にして正解だったと思っています。またこちらに滞在したいと思います。
• Melanie (10/5): Ich komme gerne wieder! - Es ist eine schöne Unterkunft- ich hatte ein großes und sauberes Zimmer. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist toll- nicht im Zentrum und dadurch ruhig gelegen, man kann aber ins Zentrum laufen und ist in maximal 10 Minuten an der Hauptstraße. Es gibt viele tolle Warungs in naher Umgebung sowie SPAs. Wenn ich wieder nach Ubud komme, würde ich hier immer wieder gerne buchen, vielen Dank!

Es gibt einen wunderschönen Innenhof, das Zimmer war sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht, Klimaanlage und Ventilator vorhanden, es gab sogar Moskitostecker - tolle Unterkunft! Zentral und ruhig gelegen nichts :)

Номера были удобные, современные, санузел очень просторный. Кондиционер удачно расположен, не дует на кровать. Есть еще и потолочный вентилятор. Матрас очень удобный, достаточно жёсткий, независимый (подходит для двух человек). Лестница на второй этаж довольна крутая, учитывайте при бронировании, есть номера и внизу. Есть кулер с горячей и холодной водой и холодильник на первом этаже. Вид из окна шикарный. Местоположение удачное, в пешей доступности центральная улица. При этом место очень тихое, в основном слышны птицы и слегка лягушки.Рядом есть несколько варунгов и магазинчиков. Рекомендуем.

There are some lovely warungs close by for Lunch or dinner and you’re just a 5 minute walk from the bustling Ubud centre. Gusti and his family are fantastic always greet you with a lovely smile. • Maddie (10/5): Quiet and gorgeous traditional Balinese home conveniently located right off of Ubud main street - Accommodation is a beautiful traditional Balinese home compound. Architecture and plant life in the compound were highlights. Ayu and Gusti were so friendly and happy to help with any needs we had. Room includes coffee and tea with hot water available all day, and a water refill station with cold and hot water. Shower is cold and hot, toilet is flush toilet with bidet and toilet paper available. Bed is comfortable, and room has a ceiling fan. The accommodation is also in a great location. It is on a sidestreet that is a few minutes walk from downtown Ubud, so it is convenient to get around by walking, but it is far back enough on the street that it is very quiet in the actual guesthouse, and there are nice warungs, small shops, and convenience store on the quiet street itself. Laundry service is very close by as well. The other highlight were Ayu and Gusti's two kittens! So playful and sweet!

• Anna (8/5): It was great for a couple of days - Staying within Balinese family compound was very special; the hose was very friendly and accommodating. I needed an electric adapter and he gave it to me. There was also drinking water and daily hot water thermos and the fridge outside which was much appreciated. Pretty good wifi for remote work. Something to keep in mind is that if you are staying in a cheaper room (downstairs), unless you close the curtains you'll be on display.
• Angela (10/5): Perfect! - Pratma House is the cleanest, most peaceful accommodation that I've ever stayed in. Set within the family temple complex, it's a haven of tranquility. Both the bedroom and the bathroom are spacious, with everything one could want for a home away from home. There is a verandah with two chairs, and a table holding tea and coffee making items. The bedroom is fronted by large windows and sliding doors, giving plenty of light. The bed is super comfortable, and there is ample furniture, along with several power points. The bathroom has a slightly sunken shower area, keeping the rest of the floor dry. The shower spouts hot, warm, or cold water, depending on the tap angle you choose. Shampoo, soap, toilet paper and large towels are provided. The owners, Gusto and Ayu are extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. I immediately felt at home, and as part of the family. Nothing was too much trouble; Ayu even lent me her umbrella. The location is along an alleyway, branching off from the lane, so there is no traffic passing by. There is a laundry at the top of the alleyway, and several eateries along the lane. At the bottom is the main road, with many major attractions, including the palace. It's perfect! There was absolutely nothing I disliked.

• Teddy (10/5): Comfortable, quiet, great location, friendly hosts - Gusti and Ayu are extremely friendly hosts and made me feel very welcome. I am on a 3,5-month trip and after 11 days (I extended a few days) and I feel replenished. The calm location is perfect, outside the busy center but on walking distance. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and the shower is very good (warm + high water pressure). Also, you have a nice view over their lovely garden(? :-)) and more privacy from the rooms on the first floor Wifi is bit slow sometimes, which can be inconvenient for phonecalls but overall doable.

• Giulia (9/5): Great clean homestay in Ubud - The room was very clean and was cleaned and bed made every day. Perfect hot shower. The bed was comfy and the owners were really nice and friendly. Ended up extending my stay because I really liked it there. The location is good, 5 minute walk from the main busy road but tucked enough so you can’t hear the traffic. You can easily get grab from there too. Special shoutout to the two kittens that were super cute and made my stay even better :) The room can get a bit humid (downstairs, no aircon, just a fan)

• Jakob (8/5): Nice homestay in quiet location - Lovely staff, beautiful homestay, spacious room. Also very clean, towels etc provided. Quiet property, water and nescafe for free. No AC in the ground floor units, but there is a fan. Bathroom has no mosquito net.
