Guest Reviews
- MrCupa (10/5): Fantastic property in a lovely area, very safe & secure with easy access to the main roads. - Really friendly hosts, showed us around on arrival, lovely accommodation, everything you could ask for was available, pity we only stayed the one night on our way home. Travelling to / from Holyhead for ferries, this place is perfect, likewise if you want to explore the area. All Good.
- Rosie (8/5): Lovely break - Beautiful stetting Directions on how to find it
- Eileen (10/5): - It was a great place for what we needed Nothing
- Beate (10/5): - So liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Farben stimmig, alles so gemütlich. Wir wären am liebsten geblieben. Immer wieder!! Nichts
- Meirwen (9/5): -
- Milly (10/5): Beautiful - It's absolutely stunning place x central for everything. This is our second stay her and already looking to go back. We got engaged here last year.. the hosts are amazing, and the grounds are beautiful
- Chris (8/5): A great property in a super convenient location. - Will was very friendly when we arrived. The accommodation was comfortable and location great - we were with friends in Rhosneiger so perfect. The turn from the lane into the property was tight and difficult to see on coming cars/bikes. It didn’t matter though - once you got the hang of it, no problem!
- Louise (10/5): A serene little bolthole in a beautiful setting with all needs taken care of. - Set in a beautiful peaceful location, just a short drive to the coast (where my friend lives). Perfect for my use as a base, so I wasn't there much but I would definitely recommend it for a longer stay. It has all you need, and lots of space too.
Great shower pressure! I loved the open plan feel with a spacious mezzanine (lots of space for morning yoga)
The breakfast welcome pack was wonderful too:) I felt safe there as a solo traveller, and the garden with stream is gorgeous. It wasn't a huge problem as I was able to change my plans, but initially I was going to work and teach a couple of classes online. The internet is 6-8mbs so not fast enough for large zoom calls. I did ask up front about the wifi and Will responded, so I was informed in time to formulate another plan, but it could be an issue for others.
- Jennifer (10/5): Quiet and Relaxing. - Pandy Cymunod is located in a lovely, quiet location, about 10-15 minutes from the A55, and around 10 minutes from Holyhead. You can just about hear the A55, though it's not an overly busy road despite being the main road from the ferry terminal to Ireland.
The host is lovely and welcoming. Parking is free, just a couple of steps away from the cottage and I could park outside the cottage to unload. It's place is lovely, clean, airy and well appointed with good internet connection. There's plenty of room inside the cottage, with a lovely big sofa, dining table/chairs, a comfortable double bed and a good shower/toilet along with all the kitchen amenities you need, even for a longer stay.
I brought my own evenng meal. There are local facilities a short drive away, but after 7 hours of driving, I was more than happy to reheat my dinner, sit in the lovely gardens by the river. Breakfast is provided in the cottage (self-service) in the form of hot drinks, cereals, milk, yoghurts, bread and jam/marmelade. Perfect! I could choose to eat as and when it suited me.
Thank-you for a lovely stay. Telephone reception isn't great, but that's the same in a lot of rural locations, even in the outskirts of Andover in Hampshire!!

Beautiful location, very welcoming hosts.

- Armand (10/5): Gorgeous cottage - Beautiful apartment. Very clean, well maintained well stocked, great hosts who live just next door if you needed anything, parking on the doorstep.
We would definitely come again. It is only 10mins from the ferry terminal if you intend to cross over to Ireland which we did. Nothing we didn't like but just a note to fellow travellers that this apartment is not in town and you would probably be happier with a car if you stayed here.
- Anonymous (9/5): Very good. But just good do with dust around. And tidy up outside - Plenty off room. Large tv. And quiet
- Mccoy (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent hosts and terrific location.
- Ned (10/5): Outstanding accomodation on Anglesey - Beautifully set up and decorated. Very spacious. Washing machine is a real bonus as well as a full kitchen. Loved the position and garden. Will and Dianne are very friendly and helpful. Turning left out of the drive in a bigger car is a bit of a mission over the very narrow bridge but easily solved by turning right which was the quicker way to most things any way.
- Mark (9/5): Superb -
- Halle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aimee (10/5): Perfect little piece of paradise. - What a little slice of paradise on Anglesey. Pandy Cymunod was perfect for me as a solo female traveler. I felt safe and it was a great location. - Sarah (10/5): Our quiet cozy new years stay - Beautiful setting, even with the weather not being great you could still see how Beautiful it is. The property was spacious, we felt the pictures don't do it justice for the actual size. It was warm and extremely comfortable. Will was lovely, so helpful and friendly. Even though breakfast isn't included they left us some breakfast items which is so kind. WiFi is provided, did struggle with signal at times but that couldn't be helped with having bad weather. Will and Diane were really nice and very accommodating, they even left us a few brekkie essentials (milk, bread, tea and coffee) which was fantastic. - Emma (10/5): This was a wonderful stay, the accommodation was clean and comfortable. We could not have asked for a better 2 night get - The property is a wonderfully renovated mill, it is light and bright and very clean. The garden is beautiful and the whole setting is idyllic.
- Dmitry (10/5): An excellent getaway in the country side of Anglesey. - The lodge used to be an old mill that was converted. It sits on top of a pond and a gurgling brook - a peaceful setting away from the noise of the city. What looks like an old and quiant cottage from the outside has been meticulously renovated and looks like a top notch modern accommodation from the inside. There's a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a large TV. The bedroom is downstairs, and so is the bathroom. Everything is super comfortable and well thought out. The shower head is leaking - an easy fix to make. When I arrived there was no hot water, but the owner turned on the boiler and 5 minutes later it was all sorted. I'd make the WiFi password a bit easier to find and type, or gotten rid of the password altogether.
- Sharon (9/5): Lovely Stay - It was in a beautiful setting with its own private stream and gardens. The host was friendly and welcoming and some breakfast food was provided.
