• Jenny (7/5): An okay place to stay but there is no kitchen facilities. - Good location. Close to bus line #3,5,and 6. The room is clean. The apartment is very quiet during the night. I had good nights sleep. The major issue I have is that when I select the place from booking.com using filter. I specifically picked kitchen facilities. This apartment does not have a real kitchen. There is no stove or any heating element. There is no pots and pans for cooking. The fridge is very small and doesn’t have a freezer compartment. The sink in the “kitchen” doesn’t have hot water. I felt that I paid for an apartment with a fully functioning kitchen but only got a small fridge and a sink. That’s a big misleading for the travelers. And there is no tissue paper in the kitchen either. Can’t do any cleaning during my stay.
• Emma (10/5): - The property is beautiful, modern and yet right in the centre of the old town! Lovely facilities (very clean), good bed and a smart TV. The kitchenette had a fridge. Absolutely loved it! The pictures are a true reflection of what the place looks like, including the very cool rock wall in the bathroom! Had to reach out to the owner when the building code had not been received. However, remedied quickly by the friendly owner when he realised he had accidentally forgotten to send.

• Robin (9/5): Small but very unique, clean, and convenient. - The location was great and the apartment was modern and unique. The shower was great and the glass window to the stone outside added a lot of character. There was no hot water in the kitchen sink. The kitchen stools and table setup weren't very comfortable.

• Laura (10/5): - Es war sehr sauber, der Stein im Bad bietet eine außergewöhnliche Atmosphere. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Lage war auch optimal. Die Parkplatzsituation war anfangs ein wenig schwierig, wobei die Unterkunft dafür nichts kann. Sonst optimale Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

• Sandra (10/5): Wonderful stay in an exceptionally beautiful and spotlessly clean apartment! - The property was stunning! The attention to detail was incredible! Gunther had placed a great deal of thought into the Rock. The fixtures and fittings were all matching and of the highest quality. The Rock feature was not only unique but stunning. Everything was very high quality and of a very high aesthetic! Even the gorgeous well made wooden door into the bedroom was beautiful! It was bright and exceptionally clean and the shower and glass bathroom door spotless. I loved the frosted glass for privacy in the bathroom and the lovely grey curtain. There was absolutely nothing to dislike!

• BookingBewertung21 (9/5): Praktisches kleines Apartement in top Lage - Lage: ca 5-10 Minuten von allem Sehenswürdigkeiten und Hbf, in ruhiger Gasse. Die 20qm sind im wesentlichen das Zimmer und Bad, der Vorraum enthält noch einen Schrank und - raffiniert - Klapptisch mit 2 Hockern. Sehr sauber, hell, freundlich, modern. Genügend Kapseln und mehrere Sorten Tee vorhanden, auch Shampoo und Seife; Bügelbrett wäre vorhanden. Info zu Check in etc. Sehr gut, nur die Gästekarte haben wir nie erhalten ( berechtigt zum Öpnv), haben dann aber auch nicht nachgefragt. Sehr gut: Gepäck kann aufbewahrt werden in separat gesichertem Räumchen. Kontakt mit Vermieter sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Würde ich wieder buchen! (Die Matt-gläserne Abtrennung zum Bad ist ganz prima und überhaupt nicht unüblich, da verstehe ich manchen Kommentar nicht). Die „Küche“ ist tatsächlich eher keine - man kann Kaffee/Tee kochen und mitgebrachtes Essen verzehren- sehr kleiner Kühlschrank (passen ein paar Biere hinein, bei zwei Flaschen (Milch und Sekt oder so) wäre es schon schwierig) im Schlafzimmer, aber keine Herdplatte/Mikrowelle oä. Geschirr etc. Sind darauf entsprechend ausgerichtet. Das stand auch so in der Beschreibung/Photos, aber deutlich war das nicht, hier könnte man noch einmal klarer werden, bei FeWo denkt man doch, man könnte etwas zubereiten. Sitzplatz/Sessel ist nicht vorhanden, man kann nur im Bett sitzen (oder auf Hocker aus „Küche“. Der Klapptisch dort mit zwei Hockern ist raffiniert vom Platz her gestaltet, es muss aber immer alles weggeräumt werden, erst recht, weil man dort vielleicht noch einen zweiten Koffer unterbringt (einer geht im Schlafzimmer). Ist alles nicht schlimm, sollte man aber wissen - genussvolles frühstücken oder selbst ein Abendessen ist eher nicht vorgesehen, auch kein eigentlicher Aufenthalt im Zimmer. Ein paar Kleiderbügel mehr - auch im Eingangsbereich/„Küche“ für Jacke - und ein paar Haken für Handtücher im Bad wären noch prima. An der Bewertung sieht man, dass dies Kleinkram ist!
• Anthony (10/5): Lovely Salzburg property for a couple - Excellent location for short walk into old town (Mozatplatz) and quiet at night. Bus stop nearby for easy transport. Property very clean and well maintained by owner who clearly takes pride in their property. Kitchenette is small but well furnished and adequate for a couple. Fridge was adequate but smaller than expected. This did not negatively impact on our stay.

• Attila (10/5): - A kilátás a fürdőszobából nagyon hangulatos. Közel van minden látnivalóhoz, percek alatt besétálhat az ember az óváros szívébe. Kellemese csendes az elhelyezkedése.
• Daniel (9/5): Great modern room in a prime location! Comfortable room for 2 people. - Great Location, easy access to room with codes rather than a key. Our host was very lovely and allowed us to checkin early, we help us out very much. The rock in the bathroom was quite lovely to look at. We loved how bright the room was and all of the aesthetic lighting. Very modern room and comfortable for 2 people in a quiet little street. Close to many great restaurants and cafes. Would recommend this stay. The light switches in the room were very complicated to use, there probably should have been instructions on how to use these. Also the room was very hot, there probably should have been a fan in the room considering there is no air conditioning. Not being allowed to leave the windows open while we were out also didn’t help, just made the room hotter every time we came back. Also having to pay the local taxes in cash/transfer wasn’t convenient, this would have been better if it came out apart the booking. These issues were not big deals but are suggestions to make the stay even better for future guests. Thank you!

I particularly appreciated how quiet it was at night but that it was still close to loads of lovely places to eat and drink It wasn't an issue for me as I wear an eye mask but it couldn't probably do with some blackout blinds re the bathroom if you're sensitive to light when sleeping

• Robert (10/5): Feel part of the old town cobbled street vibe in modern comfort - Newly refurbished and super neat and tidy, with very comfortable bed, fabulous shower and small (microwave / sink / fridge, no stovetop) kitchen, in the heart of old town and very quiet. Easy walking access to sites and sights on both sides of the river. Very helpful host.

• Ha (10/5): Close to everything but nice and quiet. - Perfect location, close to tourist attractions and restaurants but far enough from other tourists to be peaceful and quiet (-: The place is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Host was very nice, offered to pick me up from the train station but our timing was not right, I took a Taxi from train station for 10 Euro. You can also catch a bus to Rathaus bus station, cross the bridge and walk about 300m to the property. Recommended this place. Nothing

Clean and modern, with amenities such as a mini kitchen with microwave, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. The remodel is freshly updated. No elevator, but only one flight of stairs. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to create the option for better privacy in the bathroom. It looks very nice and creates the impression of larger space with more light, but maybe a curtain or pull-down shades could work when more privacy is desired?

• Julie (10/5): We had a beautiful visit to Salzburg after 20 years. - The property is walkable in all directions to most of Salzburg's attractions, shopping and places to eat. You just need to walk a short distance to the main street to catch Uber/taxi to/from train station or airport. We did not have to cook and it was perfect for our few days stay. Best of all the host is kind, very prompt in our communication and responsive to our requests. No sitting area

We care about location, comfort and to be sparkling clean and not old. This apartment met everything on our list :) I would choose this again if we ever stop in Salzburg:)
