• Burela (10/5): - El apartamento está totalmente reformado y es muy amplio, en el corazón del barrio Español y muy cerca de la estación de metro de Toledo. El billar es un plus, tanto niños como adultos disfrutamos mucho. Umberto, el anfitrión, muy pendiente de nosotros, interesándose cada día por si teníamos alguna necesidad. Sin duda, lo recomiendo!!

• Marchionni (9/5): Confortevole e funzionale anche con ragazzi - Le camere molto ampie. La possibilità di dividere l'appartamento come fossero 2 per la presenza di 2 frigoriferi e 2 bagni molto funzionali. Plus per il biliardo da utilizzare nei momenti di relax. La prima sera una doccia non funzionava bene, ma abbiamo pulito il doccino e tutto si è risolto.

Posizione perfetta per esplorare Napoli e vivere l’atmosfera autentica del centro storico. L’appartamento è grande, curato e accogliente. Un’ottima scelta per chi vuole stare in una zona centrale e caratteristica.

• Eanna (10/5): Wonderful family stay. - Loved everything about this apartment- Umberto organised a taxi to pick us up at airport and was awaiting at apartment on arrival at 10 pm. He carried 20kg bag up flights of stairs to apartment and gave excellent instructions and recommendations for where to eat etc. Wonderful spacious, bright and airy apartment with 4 balconies and comfortable beds. Fantastic for family- our kids had a great time. Fantastic neighbourhood also, vibrant and teeming with character and colour and very friendly people. Great soundproofing at night also and we all slept soundly. Nothing. A lot of stairs but didn’t mind at all- great views from balconies and a lovely fresh warm breeze blowing through

• Leontine (10/5): Exceptional - Exceptional property. Very very spacious for our family of six. In the middle of the most lively neighborhood but absolutely quiet at night. Amazing view of Mt Vesuvius, good airco. Very close to metro Toledo. Loved the service, communication is smooth and accurate. Highly recommend.

• Orsolya (10/5): Exceptional - Our host Umberto was very reachable, friendly and helpful, we received a lot of recommendations from him and he regularly checked on our wellbeing during our stay. The apartment was clean, nice and modern. Well equipped for a short stay with family. You can easily cook a quick pasta but don´t expect to fully cook for a whole family every meal for a week. Don´t worry about the outer appearance of the building and the neigbourhood: it is somewhat rough but the apartment itself is renovated and nice.
• Susan (8/5): Comfortable and if your intentions are to stay in downtown Naples it’s ideal - Clean, spacious and the host was very helpful Initially shocked with the location because we came from Sorrento previously- did not expect the contrast. The reviews and description of the property also did not include the fact that you have to climb so many stairs with all your luggage
• Can (10/5): Exceptional - great location in the spanish quarter, close to great bars and restaurants but still quietly situated. very clean apartment, big rooms and great hospitality by Umberto accommodating to our needs. the pool table is a great addition to the apartment. the ac in the pool room wasn’t working. at least the other two were working which were fine for our needs but i can imagine if one of these also break, then it will get quite hot in these summers. one toilet didn’t have a seat.
• Ash (10/5): Relaxing Oasis in Chaos - Very spacious with two bathrooms and two bedrooms as well as a pool table. The owner Umberto is very friendly and has a lot of good ideas and solutions. We never met him but he is omnipresent and very helpful and responsive checking on you from time to time. He gave us good recommendations nearby and the rest we got from using the Fork app as well as Trip advisor. His teammate Anna was also very helpful and there to welcome us even though we arrived quite.late due to flight delays. On way back our flight was cancelled and Umberto gave us a late checkout till possible.and then we went to his hotel to rest before our flight which was also cancelled. The apartment is on the third floor and 75 stone steps so better workout then a treadmill when you return after walking in the blazing sun and have already done your 20000 steps so another 75 is icing on the cake. The air-conditioning in the living room did not work so cool pool was challenging though in the late evening it is cooler .
• Ioanna (9/5): It was a perfect choice - The apartment was great and very big. The location perfect! The metro station was just around the corner. Everybody loved the pool table. The host was very polite and helpful. There could have been some more facilities like toiletries that would make our stay even better.

• Stephanie (10/5): Comfortable stay in an excellent highly recommended location to experience Naples! - Amazing location right in the heart of the quartieri spagnoli. We felt safe, and it was not too noisy considering the location! Our kids adored the pool table! The owner, Umberto, was very communicative, helpful and kind. We felt supported with all our needs and any questions. Excellent service. Just to note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. It was not a problem for us.

• Haekyoung (10/5): Exceptional - Umberto was very kind and helpful. Location was super. 3min walk to Toledo Metro station. Walk to historical site and Spanish Quarter. Place is brand new in an old building. We were the first guest. Clean and efficient. AC os very efficient. I strongly recommend any travellers who want to enjoy Naples. Not recommend older people who have difficulty to climb up stairs though. Nothing.
