Anna (9/5): We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this apartment - Modern, brand new, and spotlessly clean, this apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The international TV channels, thoughtful toiletries, and excellent amenities made it feel like a home away from home. With a supermarket, bakery, and great restaurants right on the doorstep, the location was unbeatable. Truly an amazing apartment! One small downside was that the living room and kitchen receive very little natural daylight, as they face the corridor side of the building. We often opened the main door to let in some natural light, although the corridor can become quite hot on sunny days since the windows are kept locked. It would be great if some of them could be opened to allow a bit more airflow. Another small improvement would be adding a wall hook near the entrance for hanging jackets or bags

The place is well equipped, spacious, modernly designed and furnished, and last but not least very clean. Free parking available in the back yard of the building. I definitely recommend this place and host, you won't regret it!

Bielkina (10/5): - Very nice and comfortable beds and pillows. It’s perfect that beds are separated, love it. apartments looks very fresh, furniture and repair looks new and fresh. Easy check in and Check out. There were bottles of water as a compliment, still water and sparkling water. Capsule coffee machine is present in the appts. Very nice placement: there is a supermarket, shops, bus stop is just cross the road.

Valentin (10/5): Perfect stay in the heart of Ayia Napa 🌴 - Our stay at Living Boutique Apartments was absolutely perfect! The communication with the host was excellent — very friendly, responsive, and helpful in every detail. We arrived earlier than expected and were kindly allowed to check in earlier, which we really appreciated. Since we had rented two apartments, the host also offered us a late check-out for one of them, which made our last day much more comfortable. Both apartments were spotless — clean bathroom, fresh linen, and a modern, cozy design. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything listed in the description (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, and all necessary utensils), making it easy to prepare meals. The location is ideal: very close to restaurants, cafés, bars, and the main attractions of Ayia Napa, but still quiet enough to relax. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended — a wonderful place to stay in Ayia Napa! 🌟 -
Astrik (10/5): Amazing stay - The place was cozy, clean and super comfy. We had absolutely everything we could need. And the host was very supportive and attentive. As an addition to all the benefits, I want to mention, that the location was also perfect. It's close to everything you may want. Specifically we loved the balcony, right above the English bar, with good music 😊. Meanwhile inside the apartment there was no noise to disturb our sleep. I absolutely recommend the apartment and the host. Thank you for making our holiday even better.

Norman (10/5): - Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und alles modern und neuwertig eingerichtet. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Strände sind ungefähr 15 bis 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Stadt ist wild und belebt, aber die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, so dass man zentral und doch ruhiger wohnt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

ELIZAVETA (10/5): - Если вы хотите удобное расположение- то это идеальный вариант! Находится между центральной улицей и улицей баров. До пляжа Лиманаки шли не спеша 10 минут. Но что больше всего понравилось- русскоязычная поддержка 24/7. У друзей не получилось приехать по причине задержке рейса и нам поменяли одну ночь на другую дату. В итоге приехали еще раз на двое суток отдыхать и опять были в восторге от чистоты и сервиса. 10из 10! Кстати в комнате лежат беруши, так как ночью может быть громко, но нам и не понадобились, хотя останавливались на выходные. Когда включили кондиционер была тишина и спокойно спали. Отличное место
