• Maud (1/5): Avoid this property. Do not book here. The accommodation is misleading and does not meet basic standards. The handling o - - Do not be misled by the attractive photos. The accommodation I initially booked through Booking.com was not the one shown in the listing and was not equivalent. I was first placed in a different unit, which was already very dirty. I was then moved to another apartment that matched the photos, however it was in extremely poor condition. The apartment was excessively dirty, with numerous stains, including large stains across the carpet, as well as hair and visible dirt throughout. The toilet was leaking. Essential facilities were not working, including the oven and stovetop. The shared washing machine was extremely dirty, and it was also unusable as the spin function did not work. After reporting these issues, I was met with threats from the owner instead of a proper resolution. Overall, the property does not match what is advertised and does not meet basic standards for a stay. I strongly advise future guests to avoid this accommodation. If you have experienced similar issues, I encourage you to report them to WA Consumer Protection. Booking.com has also been made aware of this situation, and I am currently in contact with them. I expect that appropriate action will be taken to ensure customer safety and to properly address listings that do not meet acceptable standards. This situation is currently under formal dispute.

• Debra (8/5): Comfortable with everything you need - Bed was very comfortable, good kitchen facilities, even airfryer. Tastefully decorated. External of property is not very inviting, luckily inside they had improved appearance and it was nicely decorated inside. Would have liked a small dining table and chairs in place of extra soft lounging chairs
• Sarah (10/5): A Little Pilbara Gem! - This little unit was absolutely perfect for our stay in Port Hedland. They have done a fantastic job renovating it, with lots of added touches making it feel so homely. The location is impeccable - it is walking distance to the wonderful Ray’s bar and restaurant, and you can see the ocean from the front door! The host is an absolute delight, nothing was too much and she is so lovely. I’ve been to Port Hedland a few times and this has been by far my favourite accommodation.

• Daniel (9/5): Happy with the location and the apartment, even though I was working it was relaxing. - Well positioned, and easy access to facilities. Comfortable and reasonably priced will recommend to family and friends.

• Russell (8/5): Location is good, clean inside. - Location was good, short walk to the beach with a decent walk path along the beach. The blinds don’t cover up the front window or the bedroom window at the bottom by about 150-200mm.
