• Clara (7/5): Staying at someone’s home - Unbeatable location. Convenient and large apartment. Host was very helpful and friendly. Easy communication with him. The apartment had everything, from a washing machine to a coffee maker. We stayed 4 nights. Localización inmejorable. Cómodo y muy espacioso. The apartment was the owners own home that was rented while out-of-town (or simply somewhere else). While this could be the norm for other rental platforms where people rent spare rooms or so, it is not the norm for booking.com and this should have been transparently communicated in the add. We were not aware, it is nowhere mentioned in the ad and it felt like we were staying in a strangers home, among his personal belongings and his own personal things. From the pictures, we indeed expected some personal things like books and so, but it really felt like we were staying in someone’s home who just left for the weekend. Se debería especificar, porque no es como si hubiera algunas cosas en la estantería, más bien es como si alguien te deja su casa para pasar un fin de semana.

• Nelia (10/5): Exceptional - very comfortable apartment. almost like home. all necessary utensils, even a geyser coffee maker. great balcony, nice to look at the ocean in the evening. the location is very good, close to the beach, supermarket nearby. special thanks to the owner of the apartment! a million hearts to his karma! we arrived the day before my friend's birthday and he decorated the apartment beautifully and dessert and champagne were waiting for her! he set the mood for us for the entire period of the holiday. He was always in touch, helped to call a taxi in the morning! this is almost a relative relationship. next time we will only stay here! ———
• Julia (10/5): Perfect stay in Las Canteras - Comfortable and homely apartment with amazing views of the surfers and the Alfredo Kraus. Convenient for shops and restaurants. Would definitely return and recommend.
• Janice (8/5): Lovely flat great location and view - Great location fabulous view exceptional WiFi. It was great to stay in such a lovely flat. We enjoyed it. The facilities could do with some maintenance. Electric sockets were loose. The door to balcony leaked during heavy rain. Some dust had accumulated on various items and bathroom bin needed emptying on arrival. All things at acceptable level if it is your own home but not if renting out to other people.
• Dave (9/5): Long walks along the beachfront and back to the apartment for homemade salad and a bottle of wine. - Jesús is the owner of this apartment and he is a real gent. He met us outside the building and brought us in and showed us around the apartment, letting us know everything about the apartment. The property faces the sea and what a wonderful view, you can see for miles from this top floor apartment. It has a good size balcony that catches the evening sun and can sit four people easily. The living room is spacious with a very large TV with Netflix (you will have to change to your language to watch). The kitchen has everything you may need for cooking, washing machine, a large fridge freezer and a dishwasher. There are two good size bathrooms with showers. The bedroom is a good size with a large window with blackout blinds which are handy to keep out the morning sun and it also has a TV to watch if your filling lazy. Overall the apartment is very clean and well kept. There is ample shopping very close by, the shopping center has a good variety of restaurants also and it's only about 200 meters away from the apartment. There are a few takeaway or sit in restaurants in the street at the back of the building which are quite good. We can say that we had a wonderful stay, a home from home and we hope to be back again soon. Thank you Jesús for a wonderful stay. David and Maureen An air conditioner would be a good addition but at the time we visited one was not required. The bed could be a bit wider but then again we are used to a super king at home. The living room could do with a coffee table. Other than that we have to say we loved our stay.
• Judith (9/5): Superb - The apartment was in an excellent location with parking, buses, shops and restaurants within any easy walk. We felt very much at home and Jesus was a great host. Unfortunately we did not have good weather but luckily we had a great apartment to relax in and a car to drive to the sunshine.
• Lijie (10/5): Great stay ! Thank you - Spacious apartment in wonderful location. Great view of the sea , the promenade and the auditorium from the balcony. Shopping centre and buses are at the door step. Very quiet and safe residence complex. Ideal base to enjoy and explore Las Palmas. The apartment has all you will possibly need, lots of cooking utensils, even yoga mat. Perfect for holidays. Highly recommend.
