• guy (10/5): The best spot to stay in santorini - Our stay in Santorini was truly unforgettable and the perfect honeymoon experience. The hotel's location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short 10-minute walk from the heart of Oia. It allowed us to enjoy the beauty of Santorini without being overwhelmed by the crowds. The view of the vineyard was stunning and added to the serene atmosphere. The place was exceptionally clean and well-managed, and Helena, the landlady, went above and beyond from the moment we booked. She ensured our driver had all the necessary details before we arrived and remained available and attentive throughout our stay. Her kindness and flexibility—especially when she allowed us a late checkout due to unexpected flight delays—made a real difference and helped make our departure stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our honeymoon. It was a beautiful, quiet escape with exceptional service and a genuine sense of care. Highly recommended. The taxi on the way back to the airport was more expensive of the one from booking, it cost more then double..

• Alexia (6/5): Engaño - En las imágenes daba a entender que era una villa entera y cuando llegamos resulta que era la mitad del lugar y la chica que nos atendía nos dijo que pasaría cada 2 días y venía todos los días sin avisar previamente por lo tanto tampoco tuvimos privacidad en la estancia.
• Diana (10/5): Inolvidablemente perfecta - Noelia, la anfitriona, es un amor de persona. La villa no iba a ser menos. Desde el jacuzzi que hay en la parte de arriba hay unas vistas espectaculares del mar, y la villa tiene todo lo que necesitas para que tu experiencia sea inolvidable. La cama es muy cómoda, la cocina está bien equipada y el baño está limpio y con buena ventilación. ¡Recomendamos al 100%!
• Céline (9/5): Magnifique petite maison avec belle terrasse et jacuzzi à Finikia - Très jolie maison troglodyte, à Finikia (10/15 mn à pied d’Oia). Tout est décoré avec goût, la terrasse est très agréable, avec Jacuzzi et vue sur mer. 2 vraies pièces et une literie très confortable. Attention au puit de lumière dans la chambre, prenez qq chose sur les yeux! La cuisinière est très sommaire (deux plaques électriques).

• Héctor (10/5): Beautiful Relaxing Peaceful Villa; Great Location away from crowds - Very beautifully, relaxing and peaceful villa. Great attention to detail and excellent service from the host. Only an easy 15 minute walk to the center of Oia; close enough for easy access but well away from all the crowds. At least four excellent restaurants nearby with great food, service and value for money. Definitely recommend and we will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Santorini.

• Margaret (10/5): Amazing stay, highly recommend. - Absolutely amazing stay in the cave suite. The host, Elana, was so nice and accommodating. The suite was so beautiful and perfectly clean. The location for us could not have been better. Quiet but close enough to walk to Oia. The only very minor detail is the hot tub does not get very hot, so if you use it at night it can feel a bit cold.

Elena speaks great English, is very prompt & helpful, while saving us money by giving us realistic tour expectations. The place is large, adorable, cute & quiet. We loved walking a few minutes to Lefke restaurant which was SO good we ate there twice. Super easy to walk to Oio without dealing with car traffic, and there are stores, banks, restaurants & sights all nearby. So glad we found this perfect spot in Finikias right next to Oio !
• John (10/5): Beautiful location, quiet and relaxing time - Lovely suite in Finikia,situated at the top of the village, two minutes from the road into Oia which takes around fifteen minutes to walk into the main pedestrian area. Large outside area which also contains sun beds and a jacuzzi. Four restaurants within 400 yards and a mini market within 600 yards. Made to feel really welcome by the hosts and staff and a perfect place to relax and take in the beauty. We possibly needed more hangers for clothes but not really an issue.

The host Elena went above and beyond, her recommendations for restaurants and activities were excellent. The suite is so lovely and the jacuzzi on the rooftop gives you privacy and outstanding views. The suites are only a short walk to Oia - 10mins and out of the crowds! I would highly recommend a stay in one of these two villas.
• Andrea (10/5): Stunning Villa in beautiful Santorini. We had the most amazing girls holiday, relaxing and recharging in such a gorgeous - The villas are both beautiful, so comfortable, clean and the decor is simply gorgeous. The outdoor spa and rooftop areas are ideal to relax and enjoy the sunset with a drink after all the walking and sunshine. Helena couldn’t do more for you as a host. She recommended some fantastic trips and restaurants in the local village. Meze Meze was our favourite. We enjoyed staying just 10 mins walk from Oia as out of the crowds. The village is more traditionally Greek and more reasonable in price for meals. Ideal for those who want a slightly quieter stay, but so easy to stroll to the stunning views of the Caldera. I would highly recommend a stay in one of these charming villas. Everything was fantastic, not a bad word to say.
• Khaire (5/5): It was okay will not book again. - This property is not close to Oia at all. If you want to enjoy the oia views then dont book this apartment. If you want to stay away from the crowd and enjoy your time then you can choose this.
• Sara (10/5): Perfect location and wonderful host in a gorgeous villa. Would absolutely stay again. - Elena the host was incredible and went over and above anything that we could have expected. Elena helped to organise our car rental and excursions plus provided information at any time of day on public transport plus answering general questions that we had. Friendly and approachable and very genuine. What a gorgeous place to stay! Highly recommended! We had a week stay in the smaller cave with a roof top hot tub. This felt very private and a perfect spot to chill and relax outside of the main tourist spot in Oia. Extremely clean and new facilities, maid attendance daily for outside and every other day for the interior which was ideal. We were even asked the most suitable time for our maid to visit. I am very particular with cleanliness and this accommodation met all of my standards to an exceptional level. We were provided with water and wine for our arrival, a helpful guide and useful information in the room also. There is a room safe, ironing board and hairdryer available for use too plus a lovely supply of toiletries. The villa is set in gorgeous surroundings with access to the beautiful village of Finikia with lovely food restaurants and is a welcome place to dine outside of Oia which is extremely busy. There is a supermarket within walking distance and Oia itself is a very short walk away, around five to ten minutes where you can experience the beautiful views and fine dining.

• Mackenzie (10/5): I could go on and on, but if you're on the fence at all, absolutely book Noelia Suites!! - Can't recommend Noelia Suites enough!! First, the host, Elene is awesome. She was so helpful I'm organizing us a taxi from the airport even when we had a really late flight in. She also helped us book breakfast for the next day and gave the BEST restaurant recommendations (you can't beat the ones she mentions in Finikia!). Second, the location is exceptional. You're just outside of Oia, which means you can get to anything easily (about a 10 minute walk to Oia and under 5 minutes to the bus stop), but you're far enough outside the town to feel like you're in a private space and all the cruise ship tourists aren't breathing down your neck. Finikia, as mentioned, had some amazing restaurants (just a 2 minute walk downhill!) so we didn't even bother with the Oia crowds for lunches and dinner most days. Third and finally, the rooms are amazing. Our room had the rooftop hot tub which was so cool. The absolute best spot to watch the sunset in total privacy! On top of that, the rooms are so clean and well appointed. Elene made sure we had everything we needed, from coffee and tea to sugar, bottled water, and even wine! Rain shower is amazing, bed was so comfy, and the AC made it so we weren't sticky even though the weather was pretty nice.

• Sabine (10/5): Wonderful stay with a great view - Perfect location: - great view, - quiet and calm place, - near to Oia (about 10min. walk), - amazing rooftop jacuzzi with very comfortable sunlounger, - very clean and cozy room/ bed, - a small kitchen with everything we needed, - a great rain shower. Very friendly, great and helpful Host Elena. She assisted us with everything. She gave us hints for good restaurants, bars and places. She was always available for any requests or questions. We could order breakfast through Elena and even choose the time to eat. It didn't have a fixed space of time like in Hotels. The breakfeast was very delicious but a little bit expensive. We were amazed with everything. It was a wonderful stay! We would have liked to stay a little bit longer... Thank you Elena :) The pillows were a little bit uncomfortable for me and my partner but that was a really small detail. Everything else was perfect!

• Cornali (8/5): Beautiful staying in Santorini - The room was fresh. The host and the cleaning lady were very kind and available. The position is near the beautiful Oia (only 10 minutes walk), but out of the crowd. The ceiling in the kitchen was slightly low and therefore a bit uncomfortable, but for a few days' holiday it wasn't a big problem. Considering that in Greece you can't throw paper toilet in the toilet, maybe the toilet garbage can should be a little bigger. However upon request the cleaning lady went every day to empty it, so again not a big problem.

• Thijs (9/5): Relaxing accommodation at a great location - Fantastic view and quiet. While you can go to Oia for the sunset, a convenient alternative is sitting in front of the accommodation, optionally in the jacuzzi, with a glass of wine. The location is very nice because it’s near, but not in, Oia. On the road (which is a bit busy) to Oia there are some nice restaurants and a mini super market. As a pleasant surprise; Finikia was great!! A maze of narrow streets with again a mini super market (selling fresh bread) and some excellent restaurants! The host was super kind and helped us with everything we needed.
