- kazuhiko (1/5): 最悪 - 最低 全て
- James (7/5): Okay - Efficient little hotel. Good location to be able to get in/out of heathrow quickly. Lots of food options. Basic room setup. value for money is questionable.
- David (1/5): Disaster - Close to Heathrow My booking and 3 other travellers spent 2 hours out side unable to get into the property. No response from owners. Eventually Booking.Com cancelled the booking, refunded money and we made other arrangements at midnight..
This is not a hotel. It is a multiple room house on a suburban housing estate.
Do not book without confirming that someone will be there to receive you!!!
- Lumari (1/5): Terrible - This was a terrible property. It was listed as if it was able to be booked but the owner never showed up. The owner did not show up and I and 3 others were stranded outside the property at midnight.
- Tom (1/5): A complete disgraceful misery - The location was close to Heathrow Airport When I arrived there was no staff to greet us. I was waiting outside for 30 minutes, constantly ringing their contact number and ringing their doorbell. When someone eventually did answer it sounded as if he had just woke up.
The room had no towels, no toilet paper and the bed was extremely uncomfy.
During my stay the people occupying the floor above (third floor) were extremely rude and noisy until around 2am. This meant I did not get to sleep until then. When I messaged the property their reply was ‘alright’ then asked me my room number.
I have requested a complete refund from the property as it was disgraceful. You should not allow this property on Booking.
- Na (1/5): Bad - Very isolated Scary
- Chen (7/5): Good -
- Joel (8/5): Very good - Very clean. There were no tea/coffee making facilities.
I arrived after a very long flight and just wanted a cuppa
- Nick (1/5): Utter disaster - Nothing. I wasnt able to stay. No response from the site owners or managers (texts, emails, phone calls). I was left to make other arrangements, jet-lagged, 10:30 at night, in the rain, on foot, with luggage. booking.com should not have taken my booking at the last minute if there was no prospect off getting in touch with the owners. From the outside (I never made it inside) the building looked unloved and littered with an open box of rubbish next to the front door and the garden unkempt and bleak.
- Itoro (1/5): Bad - Nothing After payment, I was ghosted by the staff. They called two hours later when I booked another place. Horrible place to be
- Leslie (6/5): Pleasant - Room was very clean and tidy Tv not set up. No kettle in room/kitchen. No slippers in room. Was not close to the airport
- Michael (7/5): Ok - The room was adequate and not too far from the airport. It was clean. The shower and toilet was challenging with size . Thw water for the shower was permanently hot which was disappointing.
- Toffolo (2/5): never again - No breakfast, not even a small table to put things
- Julian (1/5): Terrible. Bad location, Bad service, Dirty, Noisy. - Firstly, my original booking for a room near terminal 2 was abruptly changed to something that was a long, inconvenient and expensive trek from terminal 4. This was euphamistically sold as an upgrade to a 'luxury' apartment, but this proved to be a very bad joke.
The apartment's floors and windows and internals were dirty. Also, the sofa seat cover was completely absent with only filthy stuffing exposed, so one could not even sit on that. And there was an ancient used drink in the fridge.
Also, the only WINDOW COULD NOT BE CLOSED properly, so the traffic noise was unbearable and cold air just streamed in all night.
Finally, getting to airport terminals from this location without a car is awful.
A refund is warranted.
- Panagiotis (5/5): Passable -
- Mauricio (3/5): Freezing room in a random sketchy house - It's clean. The room was freezing, they didn't turn the heating on and when I turned it on, it was a tiny heater that obviously didn't heat the room, even less the bathroom.
- Marlitaloprz (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ali (7/5): Good - Proximity to Heathrow Airport Cleaness
- Ann (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marcelle (1/5): The wrost place I stayed ever. Says was 1 Km from tbe airport but is far. Took 20 min in a taxi to get there. The street - The wrost place I stayed ever. Says was 1 Km from tbe airport but is far. Took 20 min in a taxi to get there. The street is dark and it is a house not a hotel. There was no water and no where to buy anything because this is far from anywhere. It was the wrost place I ever stay.
This is not a hotel, is an Airbnb, says is close to airport but takes 20 min in a taxi to get there, this is in a dark street, no water to drink and no place around to buy anything
- Mukhtar (10/5): Was good - Very nice and clean All good
- Christiane (1/5): Bad - Cleanliness Everything else.the keysafe did not work, so waiting outside in freezing cold for instructions [nobody on the house itself], instructions barely intelligible, no furniture apart from bed and 1 small wardrobe . place freezing cold [heater took hours to warm part of the premises.] Bath has no heating whatsoever you cannot shower there in cold weather. Water impossible to regulate vacillating between freezing and boiling, so if you time it right you can manage to shower for about 3 seconds at an appropriate temperature before it is too hot or too cold again. 10 min walk from nearest bus stop
- Jnr (10/5): I like the property and anytime I will to London and I need a place to stay I will choose the same p - The room is neat and the heater is working fine Bathroom was very neat
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -
- David (5/5): Passable -
- Krupali (1/5): No - No No
- Man (10/5): Exceptional -
- Weili (1/5): The room has very strong odor. It is not safe place - We paid the room charge , but we didn't live there finally. The room smelled very strong, and the interior decoration was even more terrifying and unsafe. It was difficult to contact the landlord, the information did not reply and the phone continued to be hung up. We waited for more than half an hour without replying. We will submit a formal letter to booking .com . It was a terrifying experience. We paid the room charge , but we didn't live there finally.
