• Ben (1/5): FAKE POSTING DO NOT BOOK - Never received keycode to the property on day of arrival. Called Number provided and was informed that "They don't take bookings through booking.com" Had to book a hotel. I will be filing a report for fraud.

• Siw (4/5): If the host clean up the flat and fix it so there is less mould. Change the sofabed into something someone can sleep.on, - Host was nice. It was a quiet place. No disturbence at night It was dirty. Not taken care of. We did not have shower for the first 3 days. This was due to clogged pipes and the host did what he could to fix it. Not enough blankets. The sofabed was terrible. The sofa in the livingroom was a bit better. It was a nice flat, but not taken care of. All of this we could have delt with. But the flat had to much mould and it made my daughter and son very sick. Both has asthma.

• Chikaodi (5/5): convenient but not so clean - Apartment was tidy, in an end plot so quiet for family. The bathroom is mouldy and dirty. No bathroom mat or towel. No mop or brush to clean spills.
• Resources (10/5): It was an amazing expierence, wish I had discovered this apartment the previous times I visited. - The location was top notch Walkable distance to the town centre and high street. Easy access to all means of transportation

• Pam (5/5): Passable - Playground outside for the children. Warm. Shops and takeaways very close During the time we were there it was very quiet. Contacted owner as remote controls for T.V's in bedrooms were missing, he responded immediately and we had replacements by the end of the day. After booking the price was increased The property was very basic and in need of some TLC in places Crockery, glasses and cutlery were a mis-match and there were no teaspoons!! There was a chipped glass. Televisions in two rooms required extension leads on order to use them, although provided not my idea of safety. The socket in the smallest bedroom was loose There was a Christmas tree that had been dismantled but dumped in the corner of the lounge dinner. There was a large pile of dust/rubbish where someone had obviously swept but failed to pick up and put into the bin. There was a large Christmas tree box taking up room in the very small kitchen. The description said there would be a bottle of water , this was not evident. Although close to good public transport links it took an hour and a half to get into central London.

• Carol (8/5): Affordable - If your looking for perfection it,s not for you it is basic decor ect but adequate seating, table chairs plates cutlery ect had everything we needed better then others we have stayed in the past The decor really needs to be addressed peeling paint ect light in bathroom not working small things easy to fix parking is nightmare without blue badge

• Mohamed (2/5): Do not book this place of you are visiting with family or if you are only girls. - Host was good. He even agreed to accept early check in. The location is very risky not for family. Lots of junkies and fights for all the days. Cops were called and people were rude.

• Joanna (8/5): Handy and helpful - The owner responded very quickly and was very helpful when we needed help with something. Quiet location. Felt like a safe area. Handy for the bus. Good value for money. We would definitely stay again.
• Gillian (1/5): Dirty, stained bedding, noisy, boiler rarely worked. - Thankfully I have a Netflix account so I could at least watch some TV in the evening. Small flat in amongst multiple blocks of high rises, very thin walls so noise carried badly from surrounding flats. Very dirty, our feet were black after less than an hour of walking on floors. The boiler only worked sporadically so no hot water for most of the stay (despite doing the 'fixes' as written on some paper stuck onto the boiler). Badly stained bedding and pillows. Folding toilet door can't be fully closed so no privacy whatsoever, toilet backed up and flushed poorly. The bathroom bin was over flowing from previous guest, no washing machine, peeling cheap lino flooring (not hardwood as advertised lol) and black mould in some corners. Host became hostile when I contacted them about issues. Thankfully booking.com offered alternative accommodation and a refund.

• John (8/5): Given local hotel prices, the apartment is great value for money. Enjoyed the stay - The location was ideal for us, with a 15 minute walk into woolwich town centre and the pier to catch the Uber clipper. the flat itself was ground floor ( we had a 2 year old) and the estate was very quiet at night. Easy on street parking Minor niggles, no dish washer tablets, ok washing up no problem ! But although there was loads of spare bedding we could not find any tea towels. the toilet door could with some thought maybe change the current arrangement with a door that opens out.
