• jade (8/5): - Beautiful little apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Very comfortable beds & quiet location for a brilliant sleep. Perfect location, 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes to the town, brilliant for not needing to drive once we arrived. Whilst the apartment smelt lovely when we arrived, this quickly disappeared, though, leaving a strong smell of dog, especially the blankets provided in the lounge. The hoover was clogged with dog hair, which I had to clear before before I could use it. Just a couple of small notes.... The clothes airer is far too big for the apartment & the shower could do with a small shelf or rack.

• Chelsie (8/5): Lovely little place. - The flat was clean, comfortable and good use of the space. Bathroom was modern and water pressure/temperature was excellent. The location is great as its only 10 mins walk to the beach, 5 mins walk to Tesco superstore and multiple places to eat, couldn't have picked a better spot. Plus off road parking is available right outside the door, although it is not a drop kerb so beware with lowered cars. In the description, it states airfryer and microwave but it would be helpful to mention there is no oven or stove. For a single person or couple, this would work well but is a challenge when feeding a family. There was also a broken glass in the cupboard, no grater and no tubberware to help cook multiple items in microwave.

Contact with host re some some issues was quick and positive The plumbing was a bit noisy - boiler made a lot of noise and if you used the hot tap in the night there was a noise for ages Not enough electric sockets in general - none in main bedroom so had to charge everything in lounge

• Leslie (4/5): Good location near to facilities. - lOCATION IS CLOSE TO BEACH, PUB AND TESCOS. Have stayed there before so it must have been OK or we woulgn't have booked. Surprised there was no dropped curb ( could have got a puncture.) Door key box was a bit tricky but soon sorted out.. Very noisy plumbing, only way to stop it was to leave the tap running, would have phoned but only stopping there 2 nights so didn't bother. Shower was a bit dangerous with slippery floor and no grab handles. Front of the property looked a bit neglected, needed sweeping and weeding. Sorry to sound so negative, but I don't remember having these problems before. Hope you'll see this as CONSTRUCTIVE criticism

But no freezer and cooker, would not recommend for a longer period of time with a family. But the cleanliness was fantastic. And a great host

• Rhiannon (10/5): 100% recommend it's become our yearly spot! - Our second time staying here, we really enjoy our time here. Brilliant location, WiFi, smart tv, welcome package, comfortable beds, very much a home from home. We love that it is fenced off, which is nice as we could have the door open, knowing our children were safe from the road. Our children loved the fact they could watch YouTube on tv when having downtime. Last time we came, there was only 1 pillow each, but I'm happy that has now changed to 2 each. The last thing I liked is that there was a hoover left in the property so we could hoover up as and when we needed to. The only downside would be that there isn't a shower, but we love the bath as it's easier for kids.

• Barbra (8/5): An excellent budget option, especially for those not keen on huge, closely packed caravan sites! - For a short stay in Hunstanton this property provided adequate facilities. The description was accurate and although a fairly small space, 5 of us - 3 adults (2 grandparents, one adult grandchild) and 2 young grandchildren were able to manage fine for 2 nights. Communication with the host was first rate - always a quick response. Location close to centre of Hunstanton is brilliant and the offroad parking space is a huge asset. Although this is absolutely clear in the description, the lack of shower (there is a hand held shower for the bath taps) and lack of oven/hob is limiting. It would have been helpful to know in advance that there is an air fryer!

• Sophie (9/5): Mini home from home near the sea - The location is excellent, a short walk to beach and all amusements and other facilities. It was like a staying in a mini home from home. Recommended for a couple of nights stay. We liked the little extras upon arrival which we wasn't expecting i.e. cleaning products, welcome basket. I love a bathroom with a bath, great for relaxing. Would have been good to have a shelf in the bathroom to put toiletries on. Noisy seagulls early in the morning but we were at the seaside so this was to be expected. Struggled setting up the wifi. There are building works at the back going on so envisaged would of been a little noisy during the week but nothing to hamper the stay here as we were there to explore and this was a good base in which to do this.

• Lisa (10/5): Fantastic, clean, lovely holiday home, local to everywhere! - Helpfulness of the host, cleanliness of the flat. Great location. Loved our stay, slept in as the bed was so comforting. We would definitely like to stay again! It truly is a place that is looked after, and cared alot about. On my confirmation from booking.com the information wasn't correct. It said we were saying in no:2, in fact it was actually no:3. Once I clarified this by ringing the host, we had a fabulous time. It was embarrassing, as we had to explain to the residents of no:2, as it didn't look good as we were trying to get the key out of their lock box. Let's just say when they confronted us with what the hell are you doing in my lock box, we made friends rather quickly. I was grateful that the host was contactable and could confirm we was staying in no:3, not no:2 as the confirmation says. Would have been nice to have had a more up to date shower and a hair dryer!

• Peter (8/5): A relaxing weekend in a clean and comfortable apartment. - The property is situated in a convenient location, close to all local amenities, it has its own parking space and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. From a personal point of view I feel the property would benefit from a shower in the bathroom and blackout blinds in the bedrooms.
• Denise (9/5): Great little flat. - Perfectly sized little flat in a good location close the sea front. Nice stroll into Hunstanton town. Attractively decorated, clean and simple, exactly what was needed for 2 nights away! The bed was very comfortable. Parking right outside was convenient. Would have preferred a shower. However, a small bath was ok for a change, and the water was hot and plentiful. No toilet brush.

Good value for money compared to other accommodation in area. As previous reviews, no shower. Downstairs apartment may get a little noise from upstairs. Not catered for cooking for a family if longer than couple of days.

• Lexis (9/5): Lovely, homely, clean cosy apartment. - Unfortunately booking.com have the property listed as number 2 when in fact it’s number 3 so when trying to gain access I was at the wrong apartment and I was met by a very rude man, who spoke to me over a camera. Understandably he was upset, but the incorrect information was provided by booking.
• Rachael (10/5): Lovely clean place with everything you need - Lovely little place, everything is there what’s needed for a few days away , nice little extras tea, coffee , hot chocolate and biscuits for us , can’t fault it we would definitely book it again the place is spotless and well looked after Only thing could say that there is no hot water untill 7.55am would have been better if was 7am just as we’re up nice and early but wasn’t an issue.

• Manik (10/5): Our stay was excellent. - The instructions were very clear. Apartment was easy to find and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. It was only 10mins walk from nearest beach and around 15mins walk from town centre. We brought our dog with us who is usually very skittish around new places but she settled in pretty quickly. The green patch outside the apartment helped to take her out for a quick whiz. Highly recommend this place :)

Lovely touches, such as welcome package, guest book, night lights, TV was a smart tv with Netflix, which was a bonus for us with small children. Will definitely book again The door was quite stiff and hard to lock/ unlock. Would have been great if there was a bedgaurd for bottom bunk beds for small children. More than 1 pillow each as we like 2 pillows but personal preference.

• Leslie (7/5): Good central location, everything clean and fresh, private parking, 2 bedrooms. - The location was good for us, near to Tesco, walkable to the town centre for evening meal, near to promenade, easy parking, very clean and fresh. The key box was difficult to open as was the front door, think you need a locksmith to make them easier to use. A decent shower would be appreciated, but I think you probably know this from the comments in the guest book. An instruction note on how to use everything would be good, we don't have an air fryer or Netflix.
