Guest Reviews

- Thomas (2/5): - The location was very central and close to Toledo metro station as well as shopping district and a multitude of restaurants.
The air con in both the main room and the upstairs bedroom were great.
Communication with host was good. We stayed as a family of five, 2 adults and 3 kids for 3 nights.
The adults took the sofa bed downstairs and the kids the upstairs bedroom, double and single bed.
The noise for those of us sleeping on the sofabed was insane. It was relentless, morning to evening and honestly felt like the mopeds and garbage trucks were in the room with us. It wasn't as bad for the kids who said there was only a little noise for them upstairs. the sofabed itself was ridiculously noisy every time we changed position.
There was a bad smell of sewage and dampness. There were mould patches on the bathroom wall and hallway ceiling.
The upstairs room had a couple of cockroaches while we stayed.
The shower took forever to drain away and kept flooding with water after each shower. Guessing this was due to the cleaners not cleaning the plughole occasionally.
only two people could have a shower at a time, then you'd need to wait for an hour for the tank to refill.
The coffee machines were for display only. we asked for instructions and they stopped communicating with us. Honestly, it shouldn't be rocket science to operate the coffee machine, but this thing was ridiculous.
There were no cleaning tools, not even a sweeping brush available, despite the house rules stating that the apartment needs to be kept clean and tidy.
No instructions on recycling/garbage removal which is in the house rules, luckily one of the neighbours helped us out and showed us where to go.
Lastly the shelves. They are floating style shelves, but I don't know who installed them as every single one was running off at a ridiculous angle. doesn't sound like a big deal till you try and put a couple of things on them to tidy up and everything rolls off.
Have to say, this was the worst accomodation experience for us in Italy.

- Nikolina (10/5): Overall, the general impression is very positive. - The location is perfect as well as the host who answered all our questions in no time. The apartment is very clean and beautiful. Spare blankets would do, as well as a larger knife. There is also a slight drain odor.
- Karen (4/5): Satisfactory because it was only a couple of nights. - The location was excellent and the property was clean. The internal stairs were very steep and there was nothing to hold onto. The coffee machine didn't work, the kitchen facilities were limited and no ironing facilities.
- Geoffrey (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, hosts really helpful and efficient. Check in well organised. The balcony while small was a bonus for us The stairs were fine for us, but possibly not for anyone with walking problems or children.
- Klarna (8/5): Nice place - We had a nice stay! Villa Fernanda is very clise to nice restaurants and shopping. In the apartment itself it smells a bit of mould/moist but over all very nice!
- Leonid (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was very good.
- Mirzayevs (9/5): Nice apartment at the heart of Toledo. - The location is just top. 1 minute to Toledo station and walking distance to almost all the main attractions. Although you could feel the air moisture, there was no mold observed. The main door is not soundproof. Hence, all the noise of the street goes in. If you are sensitive to sound, then it is going to be hard to sleep. The facilities were new but not the best quality.
- Megisa (9/5): Superb -
