• Eileen (7/5): Comfortable apartment for a longer stay with great transport options. - The apartment is spacious and has all the facilities you need for a longer stay (two weeks in our case), eg washing machine, oven and cooktop, dishwasher, etc The location was good for us as it is close to family but it is quite a way from the centre of Dublin, however a bus takes you from just outside the apartment straight into the city. This is a much better option than driving in. Also there is parking available. The cleaning and presentation lets the apartment down. It was quite messy when we arrived and the linen all needs to be replaced. If the owners can sort this out it would be an excellent place to stay.
• Jana (5/5): - The apartment is 15 minutes from the city center and is very convenient, with parking available at all times. The information provided about the apartment location, waste disposal. Cleanliness was insufficient and not up to the standard of the price we paid.
• Daniela (7/5): Alloggio silenzioso e comfortevole, abbastanza pulito ma con qualche dettaglio migliorabile. - la casa è grande, seminuova, gli arredi recenti, la cucina è molto attrezzata ed è perfetta per chi come me necessita di cucinare cibi senza allergeni; il letto è comodo, il bagno grande, il soggiorno luminoso e ampio. Ho apprezzato molto che ci fosse la macchina da caffè Nespresso che mi ha permesso di prendere l'espresso come a casa, anche se mancano le tazzine piccole. Tutto sommato, una buona soluzione alloggiativa. Ho fatto fatica a trovare il posto perchè l'indirizzo ricevuto tramite Booking non corrispondeva esattamente , così abbiamo suonato a casa di qualche ignaro residente, con scarsa collaborazione da parte dell'host che evidentemente era impegnato altrove. Quando sono arrivata mi è seccato non trovare: carta igienica, carta scottex per la cucina, detersivo per le mani e per i piatti, sale, cioè le cose minime indispensabili che secondo me dovevano esserci in abbondanza come dotazione base (sono un agente immobiliare, ho diversi amici che fanno locazioni turistiche e tutti accolgono gli ospiti fornendo queste cose che ritengo basilari); la camera è minuscola e si fa fatica a girare attorno al letto, se ci si alza di notte si rischia di cadere, è più adatta come singola, inoltre la luce dell'abat-jour era fulminata quindi alzarsi di notte era ancora più complicato; la cucina era abbastanza pulita ma dentro i pensili non del tutto, si potrebbe fare meglio; bagno comodo, mancano solo delle mensole per appoggiare le proprie cose e qualche detersivo in caso si volesse pulire dopo l'uso, c'era una scaffaliera troppo piccola in dotazione. Mi è dispiaciuto che il balcone fosse una specie di discarica. Trattasi di terrazzo abitabile loggiato godibile, ma purtroppo non attrezzato e pieno di cianfrusaglie da buttare. Tutte piccole cose facilmente migliorabili che agli occhi dell'ospite farebbero davvero una bella differenza. L'impressione è che la cura della casa venga lasciata solo a chi fa le pulizie, senza supervisione da parte dell'host.
• Ihor (10/5): Nice place 👌 - Owner connected fast with me. This apartment has "everything" what you need for living. Free parking place. There is a park close to the apartment. Very quiet district.
