• Angela (10/5): Appartamento perfetto - Esattamente come in foto: pulito e accogliente. Struttura molto silenziosa in cui si dorme veramente bene. Non abbiamo mai visto l’host, ma è stato molto solerte nel rispondere e chiaro nelle istruzioni per il nostro late check-in. La caffetteria all’angolo è come avere la colazione in struttura… Magari sarebbe stato carino trovare qualche bottiglietta d’acqua, ma nessuno è perfetto 😅

• Даниела (8/5): - За втори път отсядаме в този апартамент, апартамента е хубав локацията е чудесна за хора които не познават София е супер, връзката със собственика е бърза ако ми се наложи пак бих резервирала. Хубаво е да има моп в банята за да може да се забърше след душ, да има консумативи като тоалетна хартия,кухненска хартия или хавлия за ръце в кухнята , кафе за гостите но това са дребни детайли.

• Ангелова (8/5): - Отзивчив домакин. Много топъл апартамент. В тиха, приятна уличка и в същото време на крачка от главни артерии в града - изобщо, отлична локация. Комфортен матрак в спалнята. Хавлиите бяха недостатъчен брой за нас. Заявихме повече и домакина ги донесе след 15 минутки.

• Peter (10/5): A really enjoyable stay in a well located, spacious apartment. - Spacious apartment with lounge/kitchen, sperate bedrooms and bathroom and exactly as described by the owner. Clean and well equipped with full sized cooker, full sized fridge (unlike no many mini-fridges found in hotels!), toaster, microwave, ironing board and so on. Lots of space in the both bedrooms. The apartment was well insolated with really secure doors. Could not hear any traffic from below (then we were on the 4th floor). Location is central - for example, it's a one mile walk to The Balkan Palace and half a mile or less to the main shopping areas. There is also a metro station less than 200 yards along the street. Water spills over to the floor when showering as one side of the shower is open. Ideally, could do with AC units in all bedrooms. The locks to the doors can be a bit fiddly. But these are all minor niggles and the overall impression remains as excellent!

• todorov (10/5): Доволни сме - Много хубаво обзаведен апартамент, чист и приветлив! Леглата бяха удобни, а това, че имаше бюро, беше бонус за нас. Липсваше уют, можеше да се остави някоя капсула кафе, някой плод или друго.
• Encheva (8/5): - Апартамента беше чист и приветлив, местоположението е много добро, сградата също е чиста и приветлива. Матраците бяха удобни, има достатъчно пространство. Не съм доволна от това, че липсваше душ гел или сапун в банята.Видях на снимките , че има кафе машина и си взех капсули( макар, че сме били в апартаменти, в които домакините оставяха по 2 капсули, тук нямаше), но сутринта установихме , че машината е счупена. На дивана имаше залепена дъвка.

Беше оставен втори комплект ключове, което беше много приятна изненада, и в нашия случай беше голямо удобство. Чадър.. Много сме доволни цялото семейство! Домакинът беше много учтив и внимателен! • Serhii (9/5): Some things in the apartment need some repairs, but this is minor and does not affect the communication experience. - The apartments are very spacious. Everything is very well thought out. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. We had a rest in the apartment in winter, it is very warm and cozy. If you are planning for a long period, then this is what you need. The owner is a very good responsible person, he quickly responds and helps to solve the problem. It is a 5-minute walk to the center.

Rico is very helpful and came over when we needed something and quick communication. It would be nicer to have lower level lighting in the living room and single bedroom.
