• Jane (10/5): A great stay, would definitely recommend - Spacious room, quiet and modern. It didn't look as though the building was very old. Comfortable king size bed. The hotel next door has had big renovations which are ongoing. The food is good.

• Sonya (8/5): Comfortable and convenient. - The check in experience was excellent - friendly and helpful. Ample parking. The room was spacious and well appointed. Very comfortable and clean. Despite being near a late night venue on a Friday night it was not noisy. Food from the bistro was tasty with large portions. People staying in other rooms had a gathering outside and their voices echoed into the night. (This isn't something that the hotel could control!)

• Lucas (10/5): WE WILL BE BACK - Great size rooms, very sound proof. Didn't hear anything from the party at the pub once the door shut. Great bed and pillows even better hot water and water pressure. Parking was interesting while the renovations are on but that was it one worked out where to park

• Lavers (7/5): A very nice, spacious room, but smelt a bit stuffy as windows were locked and unable to be opened. - The room was really spacious and really nice, with lots of room to walk around. It was a really nice room to stay in for one night, with a lovely Cafe and bistro next door. The room had a microwave, table, cutlery and nice tea and coffee supplies, which really helped and made the stay lovely. If ever we need to stay in the area again we will be back :) The downstairs room we were in smelt a bit stuffy, and we were not able to open any windows (window's locked). It would have been great to have been able to open a window to help with the smell.

• Renai (8/5): comfortable and convenient - conveniently located within walking distance to food, comfortable room and facilities the light fitting next to bed didn’t feel safe, had movement in the base with noticeable rust/damage that look like it had been glued

• John (8/5): Very good if you have a dog. - Clean, modern. Staff are excellent. For us most important was being dog friendly. Rooms back onto pub beer garden which is open until 4 am. Drinkers right beside bedroom and rooms are not sound proof. So loud, foul language until early hours.

• Scott (6/5): It’s generally a good hotel for a family of 5 but the noise impacted. - We love to stop here at The vineyard hotel in particular for dinner. It’s an annual stopover. The facilities and rooms are generally good and well priced. Lots of new construction also happening at site but no noise issues experienced. We have stayed here for past 3 years and generally have never had an issue, Unfortunately the noise of a couple arguing and the road noise (truck braking mainly) was quite loud and impacted sleep quality.

• Kathryn (10/5): Great motel find, value for money with great location. - Location was perfect with the Bistro being close with great food and even better service. Then the Cafe providing a beautiful breakfast before leaving. Even the children's play area was amazing. We could not ask for anything else. Everything was provided, including tea/coffee and biscuits in our room. Would highly recommend this accomodation.

Room not at all soundproof (literally a 1 inch gap under the front door), so foot traffic and road noise outside was very loud. I was warned of the live music which was fine, but drunk patrons out in the carpark and noisy children were unbearable.

• mark (1/5): No one there after 9pm for check in - Nothing Didn't like how there was no one there after 9pm to check us in the the accommodation nor would the so called manager on call called us back so we were stranded without accommodation and had to sleep in the car due to not being able to book other accommodation for the night
