The Villa has stunning views and has everything you need for a super relaxing stay… Tucked away within easy walking distance of local restaurants and grocery stores and a short walk from the larger village of Almyrida where there are some fantastic places to eat. It’s a fantastic base to explore the island from. Soula is also a brilliant host, always on hand to answer questions and give advice, you couldn’t really ask for more!
• Annie (10/5): More than perfect. - I stayed at Villa Nicolas in 2020 and gave it a 10 out of 10 review, I wish I could give it more this year. The villa is wonderful, spotlessly clean, very comfortable with everything you need for a perfect holiday. The bathrooms have both been renovated since we stayed last year and are brilliant. The games room with pool and table football is a wonderful feature, especially if you want a quiet night in. Soula the host is lovely, helpful, communicative, knowledgeable and friendly. The position of the villa is excellent, the views of the bay and the sunset are great. The villa is 5 minute walking distance to the tavernas of Plaka. The beach at Almyrida is a 10-15 minute walk down hill (longer coming back - especially after lunch!). We couldn't have felt more welcome and will definitely be staying at Villa Nicolas again.
• Paul (10/5): Perfect villa for a relaxing holiday - What a lovely villa! And such friendly and helpful host. The villa is in a brilliant position, 5 minute walk up hill to the square in Plaka and the restaurants and shops and a 15 minute walk down the hill to the beach in Almyrida. The villa itself is perfect, very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The added bonus of the games room was great! The pool and out door area is perfect and I will miss having a cup of tea in the sunshine on the chairs at the back garden. And I'm not even going to mention the views at the front ......
