• Dušica (10/5): - Smeštaj se nalazi na dobroj lokaciji, do centra i glavnih atrakcija je bez problema moguće stići pešaka. Vlasnici apartmana su divni, uvek dostupni i pažljivi. Sve je bilo čisto i opremljeno kao kod kuće. U kasnim večernjim časovima je povremeno bilo buke u zgradi, bio je vikend.

Easy and fast communication with the host, who provided us with clear instructions for check in, helped us with reserving a parking spot, gave us recommendations for local restaurants, allowed us to check in earlier and checkout late, which was absolutely amazing, even though we were there only for a night. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the amazing hospitality!

Vlasnica nam je poslala najbolje upute koje smo ikada dobili prilikom rezervacije smjesta, svaka joj čast na tome. Govori izvrstan engleski. Preporuka vam je rezervirati parkiralište preko vlasnika koje je u blizini smještaja.

• Edvin (10/5): A lovely stay and a very wonderful host ready to help at any time. - The house is very clean and the furniture is like brand new and clean as well. The location is convenient and there is also a free parking area nearby. The host is super kind and ready to help with everything. We were there during the winter and it was a bit cold. We had both AC on all the time to warm the place. A wooden floor would have been perfect, just to suggest:))

The host provided us with detailed instruction on how to get there and was in constant communication with us during the whole stay. The apartment is very nice and in a very good walking location. I will definitely recommend to all my friends and will surely visit again. :)

• moyucel (8/5): Aile için tercih edilecek temiz bir ev. - Ev sahibi lokasyon, etraftaki ücretsiz park alanları lokasyonları, eve giriş, evin kullanımında dikkat edilecekler gibi konularda whatsapp üzerinden bilgi ve videolar paylaştı. Ayrıca eve ulaşıp ulaşmadığımızı, bir şeye ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını kontrol ve takip etti. Ev çok temizdi.Dolaba su ve meyva suyu, ayrıca kahve ve çay gibi ilk anda ihtiyaç olanlardan konmuştu. Teşekkür ederiz. Lokasyon olarak da kısa yürüyüşlerle birçok noktaya ulaşmak mümkün. Mutfak 4 kişi için biraz dardı. Ama yine de rahat bir kahvaltı yapabildik.

• julie (8/5): A beautifully renovated apartment.. - The owners took great trouble to see that we were comfortable and that we had all we needed. The flat was beautifully renovated and very well equipped with brand new appliances. We were in the heart of an old and characterful part of Thessaloniki. There were nice cafes and bars nearby . There was very little daylight, except in the sitting room, and we had to park the car some five minutes walk away.

• Allen (10/5): perfect!! - We had a great stay at this apartment. It is beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The place is very clean and quiet, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the metro, bus stops, and the city center. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, as well as a supermarket, small local shops, and even a wonderful bakery. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, answering all our questions quickly and making sure we had everything we needed. We were also able to arrange a late check-out, which allowed us to enjoy our last day in the city without worrying about our luggage—a big plus! If we return to Thessaloniki, we would definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you for a very pleasant and memorable stay.

• dkgabor (10/5): Erősen ajánlott ár-értékben - A szállás Thessaloniki központi részén helyezkedik el, a főbb látnivalók 2-3 km-es távolságra voltak, kisgyerekekkel könnyedén lesétáltuk. A szállás jól felszerelt volt, kényelmesen elfértünk az ágyakon. A konyhában minden volt, wifi jól működött, mosógép remek volt, zuhanyzó kényelmes. 2 klíma volt, kiválóan működött mindegyik. Mindenkinek bátran ajánlom. A tulajdonosok nagyon segítőkészek voltak. Bármikor visszamennénk. Erősen ajánlott, ár-értékben top helyen van. Nem tudok negatívumot mondani, maximálisan hozta az elvárt szintet...sőt még többet is.
• Marsia M. (10/5): - 🇬🇧 Excellent apartment! We came all the way from Brașov and found a clean, freshly painted place, with super comfortable beds. The hosts, aside from sharing super useful instructions beforehand, were more than helpful and answered all our questions! In addition, the place is close to the market and many cafes - very safe, too! The kitchen is fully equipped, with an espresso machine and all the necessary kitchenware. +1 for the fast internet connection👌 We also managed to find a parking spot in the public parking. But the hosts have also provided for the possibility of private parking, in case the public one is full, with very reasonable prices! Cheers to the hosts, great experience 👏 🇹🇩 Apartament excelent! Am venit tocmai din Brașov și am găsit un loc curat, proaspăt vopsit, cu paturi super confortabile. Gazdele, pe lângă faptul că au împărtășit instrucțiuni super utile în prealabil, au fost mai mult decât utile și au răspuns la toate întrebările noastre! În plus, apartamentul este aproape de o piață și de multe cafenele și foarte sigur. Bucătăria este complet echipată, cu un aparat de espresso și toate ustensilele de bucătărie necesare. +1 pentru internet rapid👌 Am găsit un loc în parcarea publică. Dar gazdele au prevăzut și posibilitatea de parcare privată, în cazul în care cea publică este plină, cu prețuri foarte rezonabile! Felicitări gazdelor, o experiență grozavă 👏

Very easy and comfortable. In the house there is 1 private bedroom and two sofa bed we found very comfortable as well. If i will come back to thessalonikki, and I will do that, i will come take this apartment for sure.

We booked the place for one night around Easter and couldn’t stay then . Informed the owner about it and he suggested to come another time which we did in June without any other cost ! The city itself is quite crowed regarded parking places but the owners gave us great advices on where to park and we had not issues finding parking spots. She also gave us good recommandations for restaurants or for a physician. Great host!

We were even able to find free parking at a location nearby indicated by the hosts. Minor things such as the absence of hangers for bath towels in the bathroom and accessories for placing your shampoo shower gel inside the shower cabin. These do not ruin the nearly perfect experience.

• Veranis (10/5): Our unique experience at phidias house! - The apartment is worthing more than it looks like! Located in the city center at a walking distance (10min) of Aristotelous square and all sites of interest. Metro ,bus station and taxis are nearby.( 2 min walk) .I found easily a spot on the public parking place the host pointed out. I felt so safe with cameras outside the house and everything was automatic which made it easy. The host was very responsive at any times even when my phone was out of internet reach and I had to call Theo and she opened me through her phone!! Can't thank them enough! The apartment was spotless, everything brand new and very well equipped! The speed of Internet was incredible which was very nice because we had a load of workstuff to finish with my friends! All of us are so happy to have chosen this house . I really recommend it !! The bed was so comfortable! I would rate 20 if I could!! Well done Theo you have thought of every little detail and we tasted most of your recommendations which were fantastic as well! She even brought us melomakarona for Christmas and other beverages 🙂. Unique experience definitely the best choice for staying in Thessaloniki! Everything was perfect

• Alyson (8/5): Very good - Good location to be able to walk around Thessaloniki and explore the White Tower, Ladadika, the Roman Forum and other Thessaloniki sites. The apartment is secure, quiet and clean. The hosts were incredibly responsive and remarkably helpful with an enormous amount of information about Thessaloniki attractions and where to eat. Parking was tricky, it was a long weekend. Apparently when the metro opens this is expected to be easier however it’s a bit of a walk from the apartment.

• Nicolas (1/5): Disappointing because of the lack of parking facility - There was a misleading announcement in the House presentation. It was stated that there was free parking, this expression means a free private parking where parking slot is guaranteed, Instead we 've discovered that in a tricky manner it meant there was free parking in the public domain. Consequently there was no parking slot available, it was very difficult to park the car, mostly far away as the area was crowded by existing parked cars. For us parking facility was a criterion to choose between offers in the city of Thesaloniki

We parked the car in a private parking and walked everywhere we wanted. There is a bar right near the house. On a street up there are places where you can eat and also there is a supermarket. • Milan (10/5): The stay was excellent and as agreed, a serious and pleasant hos. - Everything is neat and clean, with all the necessary accessories. The kitchen is well equipped and so is the bathroom. Everything is as it should be in the building. Only the street around the building is a bit neglected. So the cleaning company should deal with cleaning the streets around the facility. Of course, this is not up to the host, but it would be much more pleasant for the guests.
