Jessica (8/5): Great location and nice hotel. Can be noisy at night from the area. - The hotel is in a great location in the Abanotubani area, easily walkable to many things. Hotel was nice and room was very spacious and well designed. Ekaterina, the manager of the breakfast area, is amazing. so sweet and made sure I had enough to eat every morning. She even bought me a magnet before I left! If you are a sensitive sleeper- beware! There is a lot of noise from a nearby restaurant that plays music until as late as 2 am. The type of thumping music that really prevents you from sleeping. This was a major negative about my trip as I like to wake up early but wasnt able to sleep well.

William (8/5): prima - Het hotel is goed, de omgeving prima maar het personeel maakt het echte verschil want is uitstekend. De ontbijtdames, en vooral Ekatarina, als ook de vrouwelijke receptionistes verleenden een hoogwaardige service. De mannelijke receptionisten kijken zelfs niet op van hun gsm als je het hotel binnenkomt, dat is wat raar en geeft geen welgekomen gevoel. Als je hen aanspreekt zijn ze wel vriendelijk.

Ponieważ lokaljzacja to stare miasto i położenie przy głównych atrakcjach ,więc jest sporo ludzi. W restauracjach na ulicy muzyka gra do 24, codziennie. Więc jeżeli ktoś ma lekki sen lub wcześnie się kładzie, to nie dla niego.

Adelaide (10/5): Se passate da Tblisi non potete non soggiornare in questo fantastico albergo. - Il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel è stato da sogno. La struttura si trova nel quartiere più caratteristico della città, a due passi dalle famose terme. La camera era pulitissima, arredata in modo elegante e funzionale. Hotel moderno, dotato di ogni comfort. Colazione superlativa, con ampia scelta di frutta e verdura fresca. Staff eccezionale, in particolare la gentilissima signora Ekaterine, alla quale mando un grande saluto dall’Italia 🇮🇹.

Aeleshia (5/5): Lovely looking hotel - The hotel is beautiful and well located On our last day we had agreed a later checkout. This took a lot of back and forth and went from a full charge for the entire night to free. We only wanted to extend by 2 hours. When we got back to the hotel we were told there were plumbers in our room and that there had been a leak from our room and they urgently had to get in. When we arrived there was clearly a leak which was displayed by a bucket in the middle of reception. Seemed odd it was suddenly urgent. It was also strange to have been put in a room with a leak when the hotel was clearly far from full. I think this could have been handled better.

The room was very clean, so overall a very good experience. There was some noise from the street as our room was located at the back side of the hotel.

Özge (5/5): It could have been better - We have stayed as a family of three. Staff was lovely and kind. They helped us with everything we have asked for. The room was clean and big generally. There were 3 complimentary waters every day. Decoration and view from room was good. Water pressure in the bathroom was also good. When we first entered the room bedsheet of the single bed was dusty and dirty. Our guess is it's probably because it's been a long time since the bed has been used so that's why bedsheets haven't been changed recently. When we told this to staff, they came quickly and changed the bedsheets. There was also no headboard for the single bed. Behind the bed there was only a window and a curtain which wasn't very comfortable. Because of the weather, window was also cold. There was a smell of sulfur time to time in the room because of the location of hotel being near to sulfur bathhouses. We have struggled to control the lights because there was only a one option of turning on or off all the lights at the same time but it's not a big deal. For 3 people there was only 1 chair to sit. A sofa or berger would be great. A carpet would also look good with the decoration. Breakfast was so simple and wasn't enough. Photos and reality don't really match. There wasn't pancakes, variety of breads etc. From the hotel it takes around 15 to 20 minutes by walking to Rustaveli Street and other touristic places.
Elena (10/5): Добавить крючки для полотенец в ванную и приобрести уличные обогреватели, что бы можно было зимой стдеть на чудесном бал - В этой гостинице мне понравилось абсолютно все. Мы жили там 9 дней и поменяли три номера разного комфорта. Везде было идеально чисто (уборка номера каждый день), завтраки идеальные и разнообразные, когда уезжали на экскурсии нам давали еду с собой. Удобные кровати, мягкий матрас (как по мне даже очень) и удобные подушки ( для меня это важно). Так как мы били зимой, в номере очень тепло и уютно. Местоположение идеальное и близко ко всем интересным локациям. Да что там близко, мы и были той самой локацией, так как внизу знаменитые бани. Персоналу отдельное спасибо, они все молодцы. Мы чувствовали себя как дома.

Guest (7/5): Très bien - J’ai beaucoup aimé le design, c’est propre, et le matelas est très confortable. J’ai séjourné dans la chambre 15 ; il n’est pas très pratique de monter l’escalier avec des valises, même s’il est très beau. La nuit, il faisait froid dans la chambre à cause d’un fort courant d’air : les fenêtres ne sont pas hermétiques. C’était un peu bruyant, mais au centre-ville c’est sans doute normal. Comme je partais tôt, à 5 heures du matin, je n’ai pas eu le petit-déjeuner, bien qu’il soit inclus dans le prix. À part cela, la chambre et le personnel étaient excellents.

Holger (10/5): Zentrale Lage, schönes großes Zimmer, überaus freundliches Personal - Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen. Der Balkon für unser Zimmer war riesig, mit Blick auf den zentralen Platz vor den Schwefelbädern. Das Frühstück war gut bis sehr gut. Was vor allem auffiel, war die extrem hilfsbereite und freundliche Bedienung - danke! Das Zimmer war realtiv groß, nett eingerichtet, mit Badewanne und einem hotelunüblichem (schönen!) Schrank. Ein etwas späteres Auschecken war problemlos möglich und das Personal war darüber auch nicht (wie in anderen Hotels manchmal) genervt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Ich würde sagen, das sind keine Minuspunkte sondern Anmerkungen! 1. Die Parkplatzlage ist in der ganzen Innenstadt nicht gut. Eine Absprache mit einem Parkhaus oder einem anderen Hotel würde ich mir wünschen. Auch wäre es eventuell möglich, dass das Hotel gegen (oder besser noch ohne :-)) Gebühr Parkplätze an der Straße vorhält. (In einem anderen Hotel hatten wir genau so eine Absprache mit einem Parkhausbetreiber und fanden das viel besser gelöst.) 2. Die Situation im Frühstücksraum ist etwas unschön. Man sitzt offen in der Hotellobby. Es wirkt etwas improvisiert. Hier könnten eventuell gestalterische Elemente (Raumtrenner, Teppiche, Blumenkübel) eine etwas schönere Atmosphäre schaffen.

Patricia (4/5): Enttäuschung pur - Konnten nach der ersten Nacht das Zimmer wechseln. Saubere Zimmer. Obwohl wir ca. 6 Monate im voraus gebucht hatten und um ein leises Zimmer gebeten hatten, hatten wir das lauteste bekommen. Die Standard Doppelzimmer liegen direkt an einer Straße mit Restaurant und Bars. Obwohl es hieß unter der Woche ist es Leise war es nicht so. Andere Gäste waren so laut und haben Möbels geschoben und Trinkspiele gespielt und sind dann zwar gegangen aber dann morgens um 05:00 Uhr zurückgekommen und wieder Lärm gemacht. Frühstück war das schlechteste unserer Rundreise. Flughafen Transfer ist mit 28 USD übertrieben teuer.

Elena (7/5): Нормально - Симпатичный отель, хорошие завтраки, очень милая женщина на завтраке, в отеле приятный ароматизатор в коридорах и тд Персонал готов идти на уступки, лишь бы ваш отдых был комфортным К сожалению, было шумно вокруг отеля, поняла, что в следующий раз точно не выберу отель в центре города, где проходит оживленная дорога. В номере было довольно жарко, но есть кондиционер (смогли настроить только на второй день) На наш вкус очень мягкая кровать

Paola (7/5): - La posizione accanto alle terme storiche Al buffet della colazione subirete il controllo del personale come foste un elefante in un negozio di porcellane, Siamo una coppia di 60enni educati, sappiamo servirci ad un buffet. È il caso di affittare camere che dovrebbero essere chiuse per manutenzione?
Jovan (9/5): Odlična namestitev za ugodno ceno - Izjemna lokacija, zelo dober zajtrk in prijazno osebje. Odprt pokrov klime v sobi. Na stropu v predprostoru, kjer se nahaja klima ni bilo zaključnega pokrova, tako da se vidijo žice in notranjost klima naprave. Naprava je sicer celovala brezhibno.
Snezhana (7/5): - Ottima posizione !! Il personale è molto gentile, disponibile , ha risposto a tutte le nostre richieste. La posizione della camera n.1 al primo piano .. sembrava di vivere su marciapiede , rumorosa e tutta in vista dai passanti . In bagno mancavano le comodità come il ripiano in doccia per appoggiare il sapone, un gancio per asciugamani..
