• Shamara (10/5): Great place to stay - Apartment was really clean and comfortable. The pool was great and never to busy. The lady was really helpful and always on hand when needed. Had a welcome package of water, juice and lactose free milk. The bar here is a bit hit and miss with opening times but the food and drinks were cheap and tasty. There is a big spar just around the corner. Well equipt kitchen. Large terrace. Would stay here again

Esther was always available for whatever needed, she also arranged a taxi on our departure date which was impossible to book "on the streets" of Puerto del Carmen. Thank you Esther! The location was great, the apartment is fully equiped (hairdryer, beach towels, washing machine), big terrace. The water in the pool is warm enaogh to swim, the facility is being well maintained, the bar near the pool is a plus (pool table, reasonable prices of drinks). The supermarket is just few steps away... We would reccomend this place to a family of 4!!!

The apartment is located in a lovely complex and so close to all the necessary amenities. A short stroll to a variety of lovely bars and restaurants. Will definitely be coming back. Nothing!

• Yazmin (10/5): Exceptional - Esther’s place is in a great location, right beside everything, she had the apartment fully stocked with everything we could have needed and was there to answer any questions we had during our stay. We loved staying there and will hopefully be back again!

Terrace was mainly in the shade most of the day, no key for room safe and advertised as air conditioned apartment although it is chargeable at €40 per week. Stayed for one week although no cleaning/maid service was provided throughout the week.

• Alison (10/5): Fantastic Apartment. Fantastic host. - The apartment was beautifully presented and had lots of unexpected extras. Communication with the host was immediate and she was absolutely lovely. There was a little misunderstanding about the amenities but I don't think this was the hosts fault.
• Penelope (10/5): My husband, daughter and myself had a wonderful holiday and look forward to returning soon. - Apartment was part of Club Calypso complex and was excellent. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and to the Spar shop. Esther, our host was there to meet us and let us into the apartment. 2 bedrooms - twin room and double room which also had an extra single bed available. Everything you could wish for in an apartment was there ready for us - comfortable sofa, dining table and chairs, TV, wifi, modern kitchen with microwave, full oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster and kettle, loads of crockery, cutlery and glasses. Esther had left us a welcome box with snacks, milk, juice, teabags, sauces, oils etc. Bathroom had a walk-in shower with loo paper, shampoo and towels provided for both bathroom use and also pool towels along with really comfortable sunbed mattresses. There was also a large, part-covered terrace with dining table and seating, washing line with pegs. In short, it was home from home and spotlessly clean. Esther came to clean and change bedding and towels after we had been there for 3 days. The pool area was lovely. The pool itself was clean and very fresh feeling. There was a bar run by Danny who also did hot food. Quite a quiet area although it was half-term so there were a few children around but I would think during term-time, it would be a very peaceful spot. Many of the apartments were privately owned. Loads of restaurants and bars just around the corner and the area is very flat. Took about 20 minutes to walk into the main strip of Puerto Del Carmen but it's an easy, flat walk with shops etc all along. We took a taxi to the Old Town one night which cost 5 euros. I would definitely recommend Juma Holidays with no reservations and am sure we will return in the not too distant future. Wonderful holiday!!!! Thank you Esther. There wasn't anything I didn't like about the apartment or the location. The only suggestion would be to put a mirror in the twin bedroom but that is only after having to think very hard for something which could be improved upon.
