Outre le confort et la propreté de cet établissement, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le personnel (voituriers, garçons d'étage comme le très serviable "Elshu", les serveurs à table et au bar). Ils ont été très professionnels, accueillants, sympathiques, disponibles, de bons conseils, et pour certains qui avaient même quelques notions en langue française. Encore merci pour ce sublime séjour et à bientôt.

- Henry (6/5): Good location, helpful staff but the facilities, such as WiFi, was terrible. - The staff always tried to be helpful. But the facilities were a let down. Breakfast foods were lukewarm or cold except if you ordered eggs or omelette. WiFi coverage was terrible throughout. Constantly cutting off and it made working very difficult. I was on level 3. Shower water comes out very aggressively, and the floor flooded with water even when the shower door was closed. That should be fixed before any person moves into the room! Seems like a poorly maintained place.

I've stayed at a lot of places around Edna Mall and many have gone downhill. As this is a newer hotel, it is still in good shape and a great price for what you get. I stayed 2 different nights bracketing my trip. On my first visit, the wifi in the room was down/horrible and the satellite tv was missing most stations. However, on my second visit, wifi and tv was great. The entire area around the hotel is a construction zone. Not the hotel's fault of course, but something to know.

Close to the airport and great customer service. - Breakfast was fantastic-- the service was amazing, and when I needed a hotel shuttle, one was in close proximity. I enjoyed our interactions with the staff greatly. They were kind and helpful. Rooms were clean. Also, we ordered room service one evening, and the food was really good. Beds could be a little more comfortable, but they were still more than adequate.

Loud. - Great staff and clean The club on the 9th floor consistently blasts music a a very high volume from the time they open until they close. If your room is near an elevator or on a upper floor, it will be difficult to sleep without good ear plugs. Also, the whole are was under construction, (not the hotel's fault) but there was noise and dust about 18 hours a day.

Only downside - it can be incredibly noisy at night from surrounding bars/restaurants on a weekend but it’s quiet during the week. We were on the 4th floor so didn’t get too much noise from the rooftop bar.

- Andrew (10/5): - The rooms are clean and updated the staff is very helpful and friendly small but very nice gym the breakfast which is in included in the stay is very very good with both traditional as well as other options the room I stayed in didn’t have a balcony but the windows were large enough to all adequate light to fill the room.
- Clinton Donald (10/5): - Spa - great massage area with very cheap prices. Staff is well trained.
