Guest Reviews
- Catherine (9/5): - The location it was near to Skegness only a 10mins drive away. The shower was cold couldn't get hot water and the oven and grill was not working.

- Michael (10/5): Truly amazing place with lots to do for the kids nighttime entertainment was brilliant - Beautiful property right next to all the amenities very affordable clean and tidy. The host was very welcoming. The only thing I didn’t like is having to leave
- Colin (8/5): -
- Frances (9/5): - Beautiful caravan and location Nothing was all very good
- Piyush (9/5): Thoroughly enjoyed - Great Location - lots of facilities on Park.
Caravan had everything and more.
Only drawback - Shower cubicle very tight
- Maricon (8/5): Very comfortable stay for our young family. - There was enough heating equipment to keep us all warm through the night and day. Sandy our host made sure there’s enough beddings available to use although we brought our own but the effort she did to make sure we’re comfortable was really much appreciated.
- Lisa (5/5): Lovely owner and great location for us to the raceway, sadly the roof leaks in two places - Great location It had two leaks which we reported
- Iryna (10/5): -
- barry (9/5): -
- Bowen (8/5): - The site was kept clean and lovely ponds scattered around the park.
The jacuzzi was awesome, but the steam room was only a tad warm bit disappointed as I couldn't use it.
The restaurant was nice and clean and offered plenty of meals.
The fried chicken was really nice, chip shop never opened while we were there.
The showroom had plenty for kids, and the ABBA show was great.
Bingo was expensive, but the payouts were good if you win.
In all, we were very happy. The caravan had plenty of heaters to keep warm but had no toaster.
We will definitely go again everything nearby, and dogs were allowed in the restaurant at the bottom part. The staff were very friendly. The shop had all essentials and even hot sausages rolls etc also gifts and hot drinks available.
The swimming baths were next to the restaurant, which was ideal.
Aldi, Jollys, and b&m also, Mark's and Spencer, were 5 minutes away by car. There was a bus available on site, and plenty of them.
Thank you Beds were not comfortable, and bedding wasn't clean. Luckily, we had taken our own.
- Margaret (8/5): Birthday trip - Comfortable bed great sleep
Home from home. Nice touches, tea, coffee, milk on arrival Nothing
- Ruth (10/5): The Springs - Lovely clean caravan
My grandson loved the ducks outside the caravan Only thing I can think of there wasn't an iron 🤣

- Robin (9/5): - It was a great family caravan very comfortable and clean lovely location. Thank you for an amazing caravan holiday we will be coming again definitely Everything was great I have no complaints about anything
- Dutton (1/5): Avoid do not rent this caravan - The Southview caravan park was good The caravan was fusty and dirty, 2 windows didn't open, 1 windows was leaking when it rained. There was old an used soap bar stuck to the sink in the bathroom along with used sponges scrunchies and something that resembled cloth in the shower and part used shower gels. There were old mouldy dehumidifier tubs full of water in several rooms. The kitchen utensils, baking trays and pasta dish had dried food on them. There was a tobacco packet and rizler under a bed and child's top in another bed, the carpets were dirty with pet hair on things. The microwave was dirty as were all the shelving areas in the kitchen. The caravan was not fit to be rented out. On asking for a refund the owner has put the cost of repairing the window onto us and offered next to nothing as a refund because she had to repair the window and lied saying there was nothing wrong with it even though we contacted her as soon as we arrived because the bedding was all wet on the bed. The pictures of this caravan were not shown when we booked.

- Hayley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Caroline (8/5): Very nice would recommend for dog friendly - Host had put up a little christmas tree and laid out some crackers for our arrival which made it feel more festive and the site and location was very nice The heating, fire in living room could be better and the radiators in the bedrooms were either red hot or switched off
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jamie (10/5): Fantastic.Great communication. Kindhearted owner and very welcoming - I went up with my 2 children. The owner left Christmas presents under the tree for them in the caravan. Pots Pans cups glasses air fryer toaster microwave Utensils and cleaning products all available. The property was exceptionally clean. Veranda clean and spacious. The owner even left some toys for the children. The smell of the caravan was lovely and the owner nipped in early to put the electric fire on prior to our arrival. The owner allowed us to stay an extra hour after check out as I was delayed leaving. I’m hoping to book again in February. The duck pond next to the caravan was lovely. We watched the ducks from the window. I forgot to pick up a business card unfortunately Nothing at all.
- Courtney (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ellie (9/5): Nice caravan for a short stay, dog friendly and cosy - It was a lot bigger than we thought, comfy sofas and heaters provided which was nice
Good location, very quiet but felt safe and secure We had less than half a toilet roll and there was hair and dust in the bathroom sink so unsure if it was cleaned before arrival
- Roy (10/5): Good value, welcoming clean and well appointed - Ease of booking, accurate instructions, clean and well appointed property, good communications with the owner, spot on N/a
- John (9/5): Weekend away, great site for families - It was very good, clean, would like to go again in the summer because I think it would be better got everything on the site It was clean , but my daughter had eye lashes on her bed , a small amount of food bits around floor .was no iron, but that's

- Ellen (10/5): Exceptional - This is my 2nd weekend visit, driving from Leicestershire, and so worth the drive,on arrival it was noticed this lady is still making improvements to this already beautiful stay,we had an addition of comfort cushions on the sofa and a coffee table.the weather was kind so we made the most of sitting out on the decking watching the 🐦 wildlife, this time we used the leisure passes at the bar( 2 min walk)and saved £4 on 2 alcohol drinks x will be returning very soon x
- Sabella (9/5): Nice static, next to a pond with ducks, and a shop just next door. Great connections for Skegness - Lovey caravan for a stop over! If you’re all adults, it’s a little tight, but lovely for not too long a stay :D
- Ellen (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation was very homely, with lovely views over the ponds, sandi was lovely,we had the pleasure of meeting her,as she gave us entertainment passes for the parkdean leisure facilities, wud highly recommend,we were so happy and comfortable we've booked for next weekend too x Nothing to dislike at all.....
