Guest Reviews

- KS (3/5): The host is very unreasonable. - Location is good and easy access to train stations. No hook in the bathroom to hang the tower. When ask, a lot of reasons provided which are not reasonable and unexpected from the host such as it spoiled the tile when glue on it. I am just asking for a temporary hook
- Jan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrew (7/5): Good -
- Rike (8/5): Very good -
- Davide (8/5): Very good - Very good location, in Kanda district, not overcrowded by tourist. There are many metro/train lines and you can reach by foot Akibahara(7-800 meters). Plenty of local restaurants and konbinis nearby.
- Gianni (8/5): Very good - Comfortable, clean and well located. Balcony meant fresh air available, no need for air-conditioning in Spring. I had some issues with wifi and the laundry, but the staff responded through the app quickly and gave good instructions on how to solve both. I wasn't able to use luggage delivery services or store luggage outside of check-in hours as there is no reception and there are no staff on premises.
- Man-ping (5/5): Passable -
- Craig (9/5): Well located, comfortable, clean, good communication… really easy, lovely place to stay in Tokyo! -
- Caroline (9/5): Comfy, central stay. - We enjoyed our stay and the room was perfect for us. The only downside was we weren’t able to leave our bags in a secure place prior to checking in as the reception is not manned.
- Aleksandra (6/5): Pleasant - Only location! Everything else was questionable. There were rats all over the staircase. We got a dirty sleepwear, there was no one at the reception ever, it felt like someone’s home not a hotel. There is no cleaning service, they don’t take the trash out, etc. In the shower there are no curtains so if you want to shower expect you are going to have to clean all the water afterwards.

- Nean (10/5): Great property. Close to everything. Checking in and checking out was super simple thanks to the managements easy instru -
- Y (7/5): Good - very insufficient hooks for hanging things. Especially in the bathroom, there are none of them which causes inconvenience
- Yasemin (10/5): Big space, modern and clean, with great location. Will stay here again and again. Recommend! - Great, spacious place with comfortable bed, washer&dryer and perfect location. We stayed here the second time, this time on the 6th floor and it was nice and clean.
- Eshpal (8/5): Good value for money - Good location, room was big enough for three people. Instructions were easy to follow. I went with friends, a shower curtain to hide the bathroom would be nice.
- Aaron (8/5): Very good -
- 魏 (10/5): Exceptional - 1. Spacious room, room has a "King" size bed (2 x single bed combine) and a mattress and yet we can still open up our 2 x 30inch luggauge to pack and unpack
2. Location is convenient, there are 7-11 and family mart nearby and it is located approx 6 mins aways from a few major metro lines such as Ginza Line and Yamanote line The door opening and lift is just beside each other. It is difficult to enter when using a stroller
- Lis (9/5): Recommended!! - Bit bigger than usual Tokyo room, w a very good, firm, proper (180cm) double bed and enough space for extra futon on the floor next to the bed and still walk around.
Clean, smart, bright, modern. It even had a washing mashing! (But only in Japanese… 🥺)
Balcony, mostly for laundry.
Enough places around to eat/ snacks/ shop. Washing machine instructions only in Japanese.
The door lock was stuck at times. But we were warned beforehand that had happened that day and was going to be fixed.
- Luca (6/5): Pleasant - location A/C with no english instructions
- Lyhour (9/5): Superb -
- Alex (8/5): Very good -
- Kristi-lee (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional - I like the quiteness. Understanding staff. Fast reply message even there is no staff at the hotel. Everything i need is provided at lobby. Nothing i dont like
- Kitchai (6/5): Pleasant - Washer and dryer Limited wifi usage
- Kimver (6/5): Great location. Room is good for max 2 people. If you have 3 people it could be squeeze especially if you have big lugga - Location is great. Very close to 2 train stations so very convenient. Toilet is very small. Was rather uncomfortable. The futton had a blood stain and pillows were extremely flat.
- Rebecca (5/5): Good for the price you pay - The washing machine/dryer was very helpful and the big mirror and basin area was good. The bathroom is poorly planned - the shower is right beside the toilet so everything in the room gets wet. There was also a strong, musty smell, so we kept the exhaust fan on for our entire stay and kept the bathroom door closed. The shower head is very short and not extendable, making it very difficult to wash your hair if you’re a lady. The bed is not a king-sized bed - it is 2 small beds pushed together, which slide apart each night when used by two people. The bed sheets and duvet are not big enough to cover two people in the bed, as they are clearly designed for a queen-sized bed. This is not ideal.
- Downey (10/5): Very convenient place with easy check in and check out process. - Very easy to find and super close to the train stations. This property was great! The only thing I would recommend is to get a shower curtain. The water from the shower just splashed everywhere and got the toilet wet the toilet paper wet and everything wet.
- Hannah (7/5): Good - Place was lovely and clean and quite spacious, enough room to open 2 suitcases easily enough.
Nice and modern facilities Bed was average, 2 single beds pushed together with nothing keeping them together or cushioning the fact that there's a split in the middle. No good for couples who cuddle
- Noor (10/5): Tokyo Marathon weekend stay - Smooth check in process with complete instructions given.
Great location with easy accessible to the metro stations. I chose this place due to its location which is near to finishing line of Tokyo Marathon. Nothing. Everything is perfect!
- Siti (9/5): It is a good stay. I love the washing machine and clothing rack. - The modern design. The location is good. I wish they provide ironing facilities in the room. They might also install a blind or at least shower curtain for privacy.
- Hamish (10/5): Exceptional -
- Adam (8/5): A chill place in a cool neighborhood - The location is good. The facilities were top quality like the washing machine and heater although took a awhile is sufficient. Surrounding was very quiet but safe and its near to tokyo's hot spots like Akihabara, Ueno, tokyo central etc and theres 2 lines passing thru the kanda station; lines green and blue so thats good as well. The positioning of the toilet next to the bath does not make sense as there's just zero leg room.
- Olivia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jiajia (7/5): Good -
- Cynthia (7/5): Good -
- Harry (8/5): overall enjoyable and a strategic place to stay in Tokyo - Location is very good, near train stations and center of the city (close to akihabara and ginza). the washing machine is in the room so i can comfortably wash our clothes. As the other reviews said, the clear bath room is weird...the glass door and wall is not good, even for people travelling with families would feel a bit uncomfortable. the cheap solution for the hotel to fix this is using frosted window film stickers, and i bet people would rate this hotel higher
- Jean (6/5): Pleasant - Location The toilet - no hooks etc to hang towels. The see through glass is a hassle . Would it be good to have blinds as option
- Yasemin (7/5): It’s an unmanned hotel / building with studio-sized apartments. Would recommend for max.2 people, as the futon for t - Quiet location with great access to several train lines and a bunch of eateries. The bathroom was moldy and smelling of it, so having a bath or being in there felt uncomfortable and a bit concerning. Inside the wardrobes was tons of dust on the ground, it just looked like it wasn’t cleaned very well overall. The entrance room downstairs was always full of stuff and garbage, not super inviting.
- Taylor (7/5): Good - Good location, quiet A curtain in front of the shower would have been preferable. Was staying with extended family and not having a curtain presented some challenges.
- Joven (9/5): Good - Spacious Dangerous elevated step in the bath area, low-pile pillows
- Tuigynbek (10/5): Exceptional -
- Peter (9/5): Superb - Really stylish room with own washing machine and proper king size bed. You can get on the roof for a view. The shower/bathtub is a little difficult to use. The hallway was covered in trash.
- Nils (9/5): Superb -
- Alvin (5/5): Cheap convenient, but won't recommend - - Access to multiple metro stations. 5-10mins walk to metro station
- Very close to Tokyo station, Ueno & Asakusa
- Great value for money
- Spacious room
- Washing-drying machine provided in room
- The bed is comfortable
- Very quiet neigbourhood - The bathroom is a disaster. It's transparent. We knew this in advance, its ok for us. You may need something to cover the glass.
- There is no shower curtain.
- No hook for hang your clothes inside the bathroom.
- The water is either too hot or too cold.
- The worst thing - water can leak to the living room when you take a shower.
- You have no support from the host. I needed some extra pillows as the one provided was too soft. The only contact method I could find is Line. They read my message, but didn't respond to me. I had a shoulder & neck pain after 2 nights because of the unsupportive pillows.
- Instruction unclear. We dont know how to do recycling, and where to place the rubbish. They sent us an email in Japanese, asked us to check-in in the front desk. But I've never seen any one in the front desk.
I don't recommend this place for short stay. If you are staying for long, I'm sure you can fix most of the problems.
- Jimmyjackflash101 (9/5): Superb - The room was very modern.
The lighting was stylish and the bathroom was exceptional
The washer and dryer was very useful.
Easy to entry the building and room The bed, which was 2 mattresses pushed together kept moving apart from eachother so I had to keep readjusting it.
There were no cutlery or plates.
- Kadeem (9/5): Superb -
- Benjamin (9/5): Nice location with easy access to multiple metro lines. - Close to cafe's and convenient stores. Bathroom had a wired mouldy smell that wouldn't go away.
