• Polman (10/5): Fantastisch. - Er zit een geweldig dakterras boven op het hotel. Een Turks restaurant waar je héérlijk kan eten en genieten van het prachtige uitzicht. De bediening is geweldig. Super aardige mensen en erg lekker eten. Aanrader!!! Ook hadden wij een hele mooie kamer, het was erg ruim en heel schoon. Ook de locatie was perfect.

• Mutlu (9/5): Sehr Zentral gelegen und Sauber - Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel Gaia Suites Istanbul. Das Personal war freundlich, die Zimmer sauber und komfortabel. Die Lage war praktisch für Ausflüge, sodass wir Istanbul gut erreichen konnten. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungenes Hotel! Das Personal könnte den Gästen beim Tragen der Koffer behilflich sein, da bis zur Rezeption eine leicht ansteigende Treppe zu bewältigen ist. Leider wird in dieser Hinsicht keine Unterstützung angeboten.

Resepsiyonda çalışan personelin ilgisizliği , suratsızlığı ve bir merhaba iyi günler bile dememesi ve ayrıca zorla çalıştırıyorlarmış gibi davranmaları otelin tek ve en büyük sıkıntısıydı...

• Heidi (10/5): Super convenient location - Convenient location 2 min walk from the Havaist bus stop from the airport and near restaurants, esp. yummy kahvalti restaurants for breakfast. Nearby buses for trips throughout Istanbul. Five minutes from the ferries to the Asian side. Room was large, had a comfortable bed, mini fridge, and wonderful hot shower with great water pressure. Could be really noisy due to the clubs out right outside the door. I asked for a room on the 2nd floor and in the back and it was perfectly silent. Be aware there are plenty of steps both up to the reception and then to the elevator and to the rooms.

Otele giriş yaptığımızda, resepsiyonda oturan erkek personel yüzümüze bile bakmadı. Rezervasyonumuz var deyince, zoraki iki kelime konuştu ve girişimizi yaptı. Sabahları ne bir günaydın, ne hoşgeldiniz, iletişim sıfır. Personelleriniz biraz güleryüzlü ve ilgili olursa süper bir yer olacak.

• Nihad (7/5): Gutes Hotel in belebter Umgebung - Kleines Hotel in Besiktas wenige Minuten von der Fährstation entfernt . Hotel ist sehr schick und schön . Zimmer sind sehr sauber und großzügig. An der Rezeption gibt’s Wasser und Tee umsonst . Auch im Zimmer wird täglich Wasser aufgefüllt. Bett war sehr bequem Das Hotel ist in einer sehr belebten Straße mit vielen Bars und Restaurants . Man ist mittendrin . Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier fehl am Platz . Was uns auch sehr gestört hat war das es im Zimmer immer wieder stark nach Zigaretten Rauch riecht . Anscheinend kommt das von irgendeinem Schacht durch .

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Rooms are spacious but entrance/exit to hotel is tight & claustrophobic. You need to use the winding stairs to reach Reception then take the elevator to the rooms. If you are a female solo traveler, don’t expect help from reception to carry your heavy luggage down or up those stairs. I stayed in a room with a window facing into a tight dark space (a dark garden?) within the hotel building structure, so I got very little sunlight into room. Again, it felt claustrophobic even though rooms were spacious. This hotel is good for those who are young, love drinking, want to be near the noisy bar action and hanging out in bars everynight.

• Hossam (10/5): - This hotel is really good. Safe location, and a lot of transportation around, very clean, great room service, and most of people there are friendly. The only issue during my stay, I was suppose to work one day from the hotel and the internet kept going down. I spoke to the receptionist but they couldn’t really fix the issue. I had to use my hotspot most of the time. I am assuming from working in the IT industry, the router went bad. Other than that, everything we perfect and even the internet when stable it’s really fast, up to 300mb

• Cevahir M. (10/5): Sehr sauber, zentral und absolut empfehlenswert - Ich war absolut begeistert von meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Beşiktaş. Schon beim Betreten fällt einem sofort die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit und der angenehme Duft auf – man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr zentral und ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Isolierung der Zimmer. Obwohl draußen jede Nacht laute Musik lief, war davon im Zimmer nichts zu hören. Durch die doppelte Fensterverglasung konnte man wunderbar ruhig schlafen. Die Zimmer selbst sind ein echtes Highlight: wunderschön eingerichtet, geschmackvoll dekoriert und dazu noch sehr großzügig geschnitten. Man fühlt sich nicht wie in einem typischen Hotelzimmer, sondern richtig wohl. Insgesamt ein außergewöhnlich gutes Hotel, das ich jedem Istanbul-Besucher wärmstens empfehlen kann.

• Münire (8/5): - Der Aufenthalt im Hotel hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer, der Service und die Ausstattung waren top – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Einen kleinen Punktabzug gibt es lediglich für die Aussicht, die unseren Erwartungen nicht ganz entsprochen hat und für die schlechte Schallisolierung auf den Zimmern. Ansonsten war alles wirklich hervorragend!

• Hulya (10/5): - Location is very central. The room is modern, clean, spacious, comfortable and most importantly very well isolated from outside's night life. You don't hear a thing. The staff is also accomodating. Water/ coffee / tea are at your disposal at the reception in addition to your daily water stock in your own room. Compared to other hotels, I find this additional gesture nice. Especially, during summer! Gaia is a very nice discovery for me and I will definitely come back during my next visit to Istanbul.

Ayrıca o kadar temiz ve ferah ki kendimizi evimizde hissettik. Oda kapısında alarm sistemi olması ve konumu da artı bir özellik. Tüm detaylar düşünülmüş, kesinlikle bundan sonraki her İstanbul seyahatimizde tercih edeceğiz.
