- Alan (6/5): Not the best stay. - Didn't realize when booked that this motel was right off a busy highway with lots of trucks. Noisy and people sitting outside their rooms always smoking. I thought it was close to the river but you can't get to it from the motel. There was a bug in the room that tried to crawl under the bed. Lifted up the bed blanket to get the bug and noticed stains on the sheet at the foot of the bed. Looked like it could be blood. They also had my room booked wrong. Initially booked me a single person with one double bed. They had to change rooms around for the two of us as it was booked originally.

- Jessica (6/5): - Pro's: The room was clean, bathroom had a nice reno and the water was hot. The kitchenette was a nice bonus, but definitely lacked some basics (i.e only one fork) and pet friendly. Cons: We couldn't get the HDMI working on the TV and TV puts out a LOT of heat. The A/C did nothing to prevent the room from being terribly hot and stuffy. The bedside table lamp didn't work (tried it in a few outlets and changed the bulb). We could have asked the manager for a different lamp, but it was only one night. The towels are laughably threadbare. All this being said, what does one expect for $90?

- Steven (2/5): No late check in - I made my reservation during the day while driving and when I arrived no one would answer the lobby door. After some emails and phone calls that no one answered I had to go get a room somewhere else. I ended up reading in the fine print that check in time was no later than 10:00pm. 10:00 pm?? I’m hoping I didn’t get charged for a room I didn’t use but I’m sure I did. I don’t like using booking services because of this. If I talked to a human it would have been fine.

- John (2/5): Avoid - Avoid this place. The area is not safe. On a very busy highway with dangerous looking people living in run down properties.
- Antoine (8/5): - The room was very clean and recently updated. The beds were comfy. I forgot my own pillow and so was missing that as hotel pillows are always so puffy, but still slept ok. The highway traffic was right outside the door but the room was well insulated and so didnt notice traffic noise. There was some loud music next door for a bit each afternoon but the evenings and nights were quiet. The motel is convenient to downtown businesses and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a fridge and a microwave so could have simple self made meals in. Overall, an enjoyable stay and would again.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Love the gold pan - Older hotel. And no breakfast. But my go to hotel to stay at in quesnel. Reasonably priced and the beds are clean and comfortable. Nice renovated bathrooms as well.

- Jennifer (10/5): - They were extremely accommodating to me when I realized I booked for the wrong date. After spending an entire day outside adventuring I wasn’t paying close enough attention and booked a one night stay that night instead of the following night. When I messaged to ask about changing it they were happy to help and quickly changed my reservation to the following day. We were arriving much later than the check in time and once again were extremely accommodating for us. I recommend this place not only for the budget friendly pricing but for the graciousness we were shown. I will definitely be staying here when in the area again.
- Alison (4/5): - The property was OK. The floors are freezing and it's very dated. It is not cleaned welll....there was an old and dirty napkin in a mug, a rotting cake in the freezer, which wasn't on, the shower didn't work and the water in the tub was brown.

- Don (10/5): Great Place - This was the best motel of our trip. The staff were wonderful, accommodating, and friendly. The motel exterior was freshly painted. The buildings is cement block and blocks the road noise. The room was very nice, large and with a real kitchen and refrigerator. Microwave and coffee maker included. Room was very well furnished and home like. Bathroom was of the latest fixtures and excellent. Bed was great. Security was excellent, lots of cameras and exterior lighting. We will stay here again...
