Kirstin (7/5): - Sehr großzügig geschnittene Räume. Fantastische Sicht aus dem Fenstern und dem Balkon. Gute Parkbedingungen. Direkt gegenüber eine Großbaustelle, Baustellenlärm, Schmutz. Baustellen -beleuchtung, die ganze Nacht extrem hell., Leuchtet direkt ins Schlafzimmer. Sämtliche Küchengeräte verlangen Reinigung ,funktionieren aber trotzdem.
Lars (7/5): Tolle und Lage und grundsätzlich schönes Objekt, allerdings viele kleine Mängel. - Die Lage direkt an der Seebrücke ist sehr schön, auch wenn direkt gegenüber weiter gebaut wird. Auch die Größe und der Schnitt der Wohnung ist sehr gut, gerade für Familien. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt (nicht) mehr. Wir waren nun bereits zum vierten Mal im Objekt. Nach dem Wechsel des Betreibers fallen Dinge wie kaputte Plissees, eine Spülmaschine mit Fehlermeldung oder Bettbezüge mit Löchern unangenehm auf. Auch konnte der Wellnessbereich ein Tag nicht genutzt werden, da Reinigungskräfte fehlen. Interesse oder Fragen bei der Schlüsselrückgabe wie „Alles in Ordnung“ oder „Wie hat es Ihnen gefallen“ Fehlanzeige. Wir werden daher gut überlegen, ob wir für den stolzen Preis dort noch einmal buchen.
